Probably one of the worst coffees I've ever! The problem could be that they use huge cups and fill them right up with hot water so you can hardly taste anything! Honestly tasted like hot water, couldn't taste the coffee at all! Straight in the bin!

Seems to close 15 minutes before it actually closes, so couldn’t get a coffee after walking over especially.

Sustenance after a charity bike ride. Lucky enough to have good weather so sat outside. Nice coffee and delicious dark chocolate and ginger flap jack. I can't comment on the service as the wife went in while I minded the phones, bikes, bags and stuff. Couple of miles home afterwards. Set in a pleasant park with lakes water birds. All in all really good.

A magnificent place to hang out and walk with friends, close to the lake with lots of greenery to breathe.

I and friends regularly go to the central cross cafe after our park fitness session and cannot fault the service and the coffee. It has been very disappointing that the cafe has not been able to keep the marquee ..in our English weather it would be great to have somewhere dry to sit on rainy days . Short sighted as the park is busy and a missed opportunity to encourage people to stay longer and spend more money !

Love this place - we have been going 3 times a week for coffee for 6 years and are now really upset and disappointed that the marquee has been taken down. It was so lovely to have somewhere to sit out of the weather and we saw how much busier the cafe was when the marquee was up. It’s disgusting and terribly short sighted by the council that it has been taken down! Disgruntled coffee drinkers !!

Love this place. It's our favourite meeting place to walk and catch up. Coffee is good, occasionally only warm. But the sausage buns are amazing.. Try them, you won't be disappointed

This cafe is so nostalgic for mee😩!! I love it here. Our coffees were really good & perfect for a cold day, the food is delish too. The service was super quick and the staff are friendly as well. Lovely atmosphere, we thoroughly enjoyed drinking and eating here💗

Great outdoors cafe and free parking, that's important. There is now a marquee with tables and benches inside to hide from the winter wind and rain.

Great pitstop on an Autumn walk in The Park. Lovely choice of snacks,cakes,sandwiches and seasonal drinks. Honeycomb chocolate was Special!! Lovely staff, really brightened up our day!!

Had a lovely sunny lunch. Great to have the choice of a gluten free wrap or salad. Opted for the wrap which was fine. Service friendly and efficient. Great to see this long established cafe doing well …a few more tables would be nice

First time there, certainly not the last. Great coffee and being able to sit outside in the middle of Pittville Park makes it even better.

Fair prices, plenty of choice, lovey handmade pastys, subs,and sandwiches. They also have a good range of vegan options, including oatmilk.

Absolutely love central cafe. Their staff are amazing, the coffee is amazing and there are lots of delicious vegan options. 10/10

Didn’t even get a chance to eat, 5 minutes before closing and felt like such a inconvenience for even walking in. Hope the young ladies day gets better!

Been going here for years and generally love the place and what they do BUT I have to say that the standard of coffee making has taken a turn for the worse lately. Don't know if it's because they struggle when it's busy or just inexperience and that's a shame. Please try and get back to your former glory!!

I ordered an oat latte, no syrup - I've no idea what I got! It was sweet and milky - not sure it even had coffee in it - it was warm so I drank it (hasn't killed me yet)

Warm, friendly, nice cakes, outdoor cafe

I have been a regular at this cafe since it opened under the current management about ten years ago. The range of food has been extended and is of very good quality. Coffee ditto. Inside the cafe (ordering only, no seats indoors) is lovely. However, the tables outside are not at all clean and the leaves and litter rarely swept up. The tables and benches have gaps in the planks which get filled with all kinds of horrible things including cigarette butts. I know people who don't go there any more because of this. That is a shame because we want the cafe to continue. It is up against the (unfair) competition from the Covid rules temporary cafe at the pumo room which should have been taken down by now but hasn't been. One rule for some but not for others. Please, CCCafe, look after your surroundings better. The photos don't look as bad as it actually is!

Good coffee, ok pasty - splendid location

Great little spot by Pittville park, dog friendly and plenty of outdoor seating. Some vegan options for cakes and pastries which are always a plus, and milk alternatives for intolerance sufferers. It's all takeaway, and packaging is sustainable, they even have lots of recycling bins around to encourage going green 🌱 Their new Christmas-themed drinks menu is great too! Would be careful when ordering freshly made foods (baguettes and panini's etc) as staff didn't wear gloves when preparing our food - prepackaged food looked fresh too though so may be a safer choice next time!

Lovely little cafe in Pittville park. They have seasonal coffees here like pumpkin spice in Autumn for example. Very nice for a takeaway coffee when you're taking a walk. There's some outdoor seating here too. Card only payments at the moment.

I am lucky enough to work just 2 mins walk from the cafe. All the staff are friendly and helpful and they have the best selection of cakes, i love their Rocky Road! They're mocha's are also delicious, i prefer the hot drinks from the Centra Cross than i do to Costa Coffee! The hot baguettes are also really tasty! Also in the Summer months they have the ice cream stall that has a great selection of Ice Creams and Milkshakes! I visit the Central Cross Cafe at least 2 days a week, thats just how much i love it.

Usually enjoy a coffee here but last few times service v slow, and staff bit off, not rude but not exactly best customer service. Would not stamp our loyalty cards.

Not fully sure on Cheltenham prices but seems expensive for what it is. The food was tasty, very tasty in fact but the small portions for the price were off putting.

Absolutely brilliant little kids lunch bag, perfectly sized sandwich and good to get a variety of snacks with it. Hadn't realised so we were very pleasantly surprised to find crayons in the bag to complete all the puzzles on it!

I love to visit Pittville Park with my dogs and always look forward to stopping here for a coffee and a sandwich or cake. The staff are lovely and the food choices are really varied. The hot sausage baps are delicious, the sandwiches are all doorstop and made with lovely bread. Great fillings too. Cakes are equally good with fantastic tasting flapjacks (my favourite) as well as rocky road. There are vegan options which is good to see. Definitely make sure you visit here if you go for a walk around Pittville Park!

Waiting for too long reference to being served with coffees. As fresh food is served on premises feel that loose dogs should not be permitted inside

Definitely worth a walk around the park and with a coffee and a cake from here! Lovely fresh food, never disappoints! I'd recommend the Cheese and Broccoli slice, a cappuccino and a slice of gluten free brownie! Delicious!

Lovely little cafe in a nice out of the way spot. The menu is the right mix of snacks and slightly more filling sandwiches (the BBQ beef brisket one I had was amazing; they do hot and cold sandwiches) and the coffee was pretty good too! Looking forward to going back again soon.

Perfect location and really convenient. Lovely staff with some great products. The vegan sausage rolls are life-changing (but please leave some for me!) Expect long queues at peak times, but that's to be expected.

Excellent coffee, service a little slow

A very very busy cafe, with covid guidelines in place, but, due to amount of people " hanging" around the area, can be tricky to que and get by. There is also right beside the cafe a mobile unit selling ice cream, sorbets, coffee etc. This also had the same issue, but, wear your masks, be patient and it's not too bad.

Amazing service and great coffee

A welcome oasis in the park to get that fix of coffee and if early enough a sausage roll, all socially distanced. It acts a hub for people wandering into the park from the high street end. Surprisingly not that busy last Sunday, remember it's cards only. But a good fix if coffee and in our case we selected a vegan sausage roll just for something different, not bad at all.

I really like it here. The staff are always so nice and helpful. Please support this nice, local cafe.

Nice spot and good coffee. Their brownies are amazing (not sure about the gluten free one though I havent tried that). Honestly if you can get one of their normal brownies do it! They also have festive themed ones, they make the effort; great quality food/drink for the price and the staff are always friendly. Also... those brownies!

Went here today and had a lovely autumn drink selection which was exciting.Chose the honeycomb hot chocolate and was really nice. Also had a chocolate tiffin which was lovely and reasonably priced. Deffo want to go back and work my way through the drinks.
