We went there as the rating was quite high, however the actual experience wasn't that great. The food was mediocre not as Italian as it should be. The service was "overwhelmed" by multiple waitresses and waiters consistently asking if we wanted more drinks or anything else, feels like they want to get ppl out quickly to receive new customers. Not recommended for a nice evening out.

We got tricked by the 4.6 rating and forgot to actually read any reviews. In short: if you like small portion, mediocre quality food then this is the place. We found the staff to be pushy. A total of 6 different waiters dealt with our table, each asking again and again if we wanted more food. Food arrived within minutes, so the goal is clearly to move as many customers per hour as possible. The beef was pre-cooked, not warm, very small and served on a stonecold plate. No seasoning, sause or salad. Just a piece of meat. Way too pricey for what was served. Pizza was fresh and decent. Frankly that's the only thing you should order here.

A great little Italian place near the Tower Hill tube station. We chose it because there were a number of vegan options, and they were all great. The service was lovely, too, especially Aditha. The atmosphere is very “hotel restaurant” - nothing fancy if that’s what you’re looking for.

We spent a very great evening here. The service was very attentive and the food was delicious. The recommendation from the service was also very tasty. A very personal thank you goes to Nishith and Adithi. We would be happy to come back at any time.

Nice lunch and even if we were attended to by several staff members, but Adithi stood out as she offered to take pictures of us, guided us around, and showed exceptional care with a warm smile and attentive service.

We've been staying at the Blue Orchid for the past two days and have dinner every evening at the Cento alle Torre. The meals are very good, excellent value for money. The atmosphere is cosy and the service impeccable! Many thanks to Aadi Bineesh who has been looking after us since yesterday. Very friendly, smiling, perfect!

The restaurant was rather busy so we ate in the bar area with Plamen, a great server. To be fair, the bar area was better as my party was 13 ppl. His recommendations were on point and appreciated. Well done.

Booked through the Fork app, asked for a table by the window which we got with a view over to Tower of London. Greetings from the staff were friendly and service attentive. Food was excellent with great choose on the menu.

Bland food. We got Spaghetti carbonara and fungi risotto with an appetizer, bruschetta. The bruschetta had a ton of tomatoes and that’s it, just tomato’s. The carbonara was sticky, like it was over cooked and the flavor was like fast food max and cheese with ham. The risotto was bland, I added salt and pepper and still nothing. I make a better risotto at home. I would not recommend this restaurant at all. The people next to us said their calamari was over cooked and they waited so long for their main meal in the end they asked for it to go. The place was pretty, staff was nice. Food was gross

OMG this bar is perfect for daily if u wanna grab a drink and chill out. Plamen’s technique is 100% on stiring and mixing up those drinks! Especially recommend the espresso martini and raspberry sth(I forget the name honestly) btw the hotel is quite nice too

A very nice restaurant near the London Tower. Excellent and authentic Italian cuisine. The concept is simple but still brilliant. Italian “tapas” to share. It was absolutely delicious and the price was more than just fair for London and the location. Our waiter Nishith was totally competent, friendly and helpful. He gave us great advice and was always there for us. We'd love to come back.

Looked for a lovely italian place all over this part of town and came across this gem! Such a lovely vive with a great selection of dishes that make for a wonderful combination of flavours! Definitely recommend 10/10! Best meal in London so far.

Amazn pizza in London Tower area, try the Parma pizza and out a little bit of their garlic olive oil, is heaven.

My daughter and I came to have dinner in this restaurant. The welcome, the dishes, the service were perfect. The behavior and attitude of the waiters is impeccable with particular attention to Mohammad who took special care of us with great sympathy.

We had dinner and it seemed like a very nice place. The waiter Plamen advised us on the dishes and was very friendly and attentive.

Horrible! The restaurant is designed to share small portions of pasta, rice or starters that have the price of a standard portion. An exaggerated price! In addition, the quality was very bad. The risotto funghi was bland and the ham on the pizza looked like it was from the supermarket. I don't recommend it.

Large Italian restaurant in a hotel near the Tower of London. The food was delicious but it was the service by Mohammad and the rest of the staff that was exceptional. He was very professional and attentive and made sure that our birthday meal was one to remember. The restaurant is deservedly popular with large groups of people with something to celebrate. The music was almost too loud for my elderly parents but the overall atmosphere was very convivial. Highly recommended!

Horrible experience. You have to beg for a menu. Then you order fresh orange juice, and they bring water with some droplets of juice. You ask to be certain, they said it was wrong and will bring a fresh one, that arrives after you almost finished your meal. The pizza taste like those from the supermarket, nothing special. Then even though the service was horrible, and the food basic, you still tip... and when you are on the street you are followed by another server to ask if you pay!! This is ridiculous... never saw something like this in my life.

I will not compare it to my country, but to be honest, first time in London, and made an experience amazing! Waiter named Sachera was very nice to us and resolved all of us questions! Can just recommend!

We had a pleasing dinner at this restaurant, where we tasted amazing Italian food. The price was fair, we ended up spending about £100 within the three of us, but had a lot to eat. The service was good, though the table was near the front door so air kept coming through. But overall the experience was good and I will definitely come back if I get the chance.
