Caviar House & Prunier in Hillingdon

The service is fantastic, the food, not so much. Just simply not worth the money. I would never recommend. The caviar is flavorless. Do yourself a favor and walk up to the Gordon Ramsey restaurant!

Whenever we visit here the staff are always attentive and very friendly even though they are busy working, this visit was just for drinks and we were on a time schedule to get to our flight after shopping. Francesca looked after us and was attentive, polite & got us served quickly which is exactly what we wanted. For us it is a great place to visit before boarding, we recommend it.

Lobster Roll was kinda like a £35 cold tuna mayo bread-roll served with half a packet of Lays crisps. Missing ingredients for the cocktails I wanted. Find r get offered a second drink until they came to collect my glass for cleanup and I insisted. On second thought, should’ve rated 1 star. Crap 💩

Doesn’t matter what time it is and even if I try other places I always turn to this place. The staff although always busy are attentive and efficient. It’s always friendly and their champagne is the best! From now on it’s a note to self that don’t bother going anywhere else and come straight here to relax before the flight!

Lovelie is the hardest working lady that was also the nicest and most patient. Great to meet her! Smoked salmon, eggs, bagel, and caviar was perfect and hit the spot. Will definitely come back next time I’m here.

In attesa del nostro volo, come fatto altre volte in passato anche negli altri terminal, siamo venuti alla Caviar House per pranzare. Purtroppo il menu era ridotto anche perché non avevano ricevuto buone ostriche ma ci hanno adattato uno dei loro piatti alla grande, abbondando anche nelle porzioni. Servizio gentilissimo, sorridente e veloce. Cibo spettacolare, prezzi giusti! Lo consiglio!

The flattest g&t on the planet - and the server did not care a jot. Stopped for a champagne and g&t - firstly they had a lack of options available When a gin was offered - it came warm and flat £33 Champers was fine but G&T was the worst £17 ever spent

Champagne and seafood restaurant within Harrods. A really nice place to sit at the bar and relax in between shopping, I had the seafood platter which was really nice and fresh, the barman kept my drink topped up. Buzzing atmosphere!

Good but not a patch on the Piccadilly main restaurant adjacent to the Ritz...Why? Well service bitty despite not busy.. Standards different eg Bloody Mary presentation? Would still recommend but would dine in town not at Terminal 5!

Decided to call in here as out flight was delayed and had been given some vouchers so decided to treat ourselves. Located in a quiet corner of the terminal with just bar seating we had a couple of open sandwiches that were freshly made in front of us, and drinks. Yes it's not cheap, but hey you're in Terminal 5, nothing's cheap. So if you are wanting to start your holiday with a tasty treat try here.

ヨーロッパに行くと、帰りは、時間と羽田便をセレクトする関係で、ヒースロー経由が多いので、その際には必ずここに寄ります。お 目当ては北海産の新鮮な生牡蠣です。他にもエビのカクテル、サーモン、キャビアなどが揃っています。ワインは当然、白ワインのシャルドネですね。

If not travelling business class, we always have breakfast here as a great luxurious start to the holiday in Venice. Fabulous sea food, cold chardonnay and great service - what more can a traveller want

Since all lounges were fully occupied(!???) me and my wife decided to pay them a visit for a couple of drinks. The staff was very friendly and even handed out some fresh salmon bits as free of charge treats! Great gesture. If you’re into Caviar and Champagne this is the place for you whenever at Heathrow Terminal 3!

This is the perfect place to get a great bite before a flight. The quality of the salmon was superb and it's a fast way of eating more than decently in an aiport!

The wonderful options in the short menu of this bistro-like elegant venue are a welcome respite, while waiting for a long connection. The delicious smoked salmon, the fine salads, the elegant wine selection and, if you are inclined, a dab of caviar, will give you renewed energy to continue your travels.

After 3 hours of walking at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show I stopped off at this stand to treat myself to a seafood and champagne supper. The staff were lovely and let me have a seafood platter (usually for two people). However, the squid was like rubber and inedible, the lobster so tough a mouthful took a lot of chewing and some of the cockles were not even open. I expected a lot more at this restaurant but did not make a fuss as they were trying to close up at 7.45pm. I asked the waitress to get the staff to try the other half of the lobster and other seafood and expected her to do this before presenting the bill (£80). Although I paid up I would warn other people NOT to have the seafood platter as obviously the chef is not up to cooking seafood properly.

I love shell fish, so it is a dilemma between the crab, lobster and then there is the Gravelax. I love it but it ain't cheap!

Was awating our flight and treated ourselves to this place. Food was superb and champange and salmon was a delight. Yeah its expensive but what the heck. All in all a very safe bet to eat here.

My previous review in 2016 slated the new Prawn Cocktail presentation. I'm happy to report that in all my recent visits in 2017, CHP have been quite happy to serve me up the prawn cocktail old style and I'm now a happy bunny!

イギリスでキャビアでもないだろう？　とは思いましたが、ほかに適当なおみやげ物もなく、ここでいちばん安いのを購入。揚げた人からは好評でした。

C'est rapide, très rapide et les produits sont frais. En revanche c'est cher, tout particulièrement les vins qui sont de qualités moyennes. Mais bon c'est Heathrow et ça change des formules rapides asiatiques !

I travel abroad at least once a month and visit C&P everytime I depart from LHR. Last couple of visits have been disappointing - 1. They now charge for extra bread which I find really annoying considering overall price charged and 2. the prawn cocktail is now served in a cocktail glass which makes the bottom prawns all soggy and seems to reduce the portion size offered. Next trip I will be in two minds whether to use again.

The " main " restaurant in T5 is under construction and I went to the " pop - up "- same quality and service. I normally have the Tsar but went for the " seafood platter" - great combination of smoked salmon, gravalax, tartar, crayfish, shrimps, herring and an oyster, accompanied by a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. I am fortunate to make this my last stop out of the U.K. ( a bit hectic on our ZAR but worth it)

Very convenient in Terminal 5, just as you leave customs and enter the shopping areas. Good staff, a great menu and very fresh food.

No Thanks. There are proper places in Heathrow (some of them owned by Michelin starred chefs even) making real food and serving nicer drinks at a fraction of the cost. Pretentious is a word that keeps springing to mind.

It's a delicious place where to stop at the airport to relax and get high quality salmon, caviar, shrimp and other raw fish. All served with bread, souce, butter and salad with a nice cream.The price is quite high since for a dish you spend around 25£ but at the airport in general there is nothing better then this

I always treat myself when I can in this restaurant before flying, I have the gravlax with a glass of wine. It isn't cheap but to me worth the experience.

We popped into here as its been a long tradition of ours. This was a temporary place till they open up a much larger one downstairs. The server was very pleasant to us asking us where we were going and even found out our gate number for us. We had a dozen oysters and half bottle which were fresh and lovely to suckle down. Nice experience.

Its a weakness, but I always try and eat 1/2 dozen Oysters before I leave the UK and I'm at the airport. There were not to many people sitting around the service area so I was surprised by the lack of interest of the waiting staff. The Oysters (limited only to English) weren't bad, but the service left a bad taste in my mouth.Pity.

We were delighted to find that CH&P has re-opened in T5, albeit with quite a small area for the time being. We have always enjoyed a bit of extravagance with a seafood meal before flying and, although the location has changed within T5, the quality of the food and wine definitely has not. We normally treat ourselves to oysters and a seafood platter to be washed down with a nice NZ Sauvignon Blanc and did so again - wonderful! A little on the expensive side but well worth it.

You might have to wait a bit to get a seat around the tiny bar, but it's well worth it! The minute you dig into caviar and salmon you will completely forget the crowds around you. Everything is fresh and tasty and staff amazingly sweet (and hard working). This will definitely be my regular hang out when in Heathrow!

The food here is excellent. The wine is also very good. The prices are a little high, but the quality is good. The staff are fairly helpful.

Airline food can be good it can't be great, that's we stop and Cavier our way on board. You can eat before you board or they will package it for you like on a picnic, with everything you need to make. Everyone in the plane jealous.I prefer it because I like to eat after we hit 10k feet, eat my meal of my choosing , when I want, so that I can sleep the rest of the transatlantic way. It's easy, fun and great food.

I was delighted to discover that these folks are now in Terminal 2 as well. Lovely UK local seafood of all types, but morning, noon or night you cant go wrong with oysters and champagne.

The Caviar House is a reliable if pricy option for a meal or snack at T5 before boarding. Seafood platter and vodka are good options. Only downside is seating which is counter service so not ideal if you want somewhere comfortable or need to do a bit of work.

Visited last trip as fancied a good meal before a long flight, so I could avoid the in flight meal.Food of a very high standard. Choice of Wines and Champagne very good.Very helpful staff and friendly service !

Sou grande fã do Caviar House. Mesmo quando não paro pra comer, eu compro pra levar. Sempre de caviar e queijo brie não posso abrir mão. Não deixem de passar por lá quando estiverem no Heathrow
