I booked two rooms for my wedding and the mini honeymoon and totally regretted it. Here’s already the tldr version of what happened: They tried to put me in a small room, housekeeping signs were either ignored or intentionally flipped over, nobody answered when I called them at least 10 different times, only text requests can be answered and we had to ask the front desk in person to find out this option. The front desk request was also ignored once. When they finally arrived, housekeeping did not clean trash from the coffee table or replace water bottles. They spam texted me one day at 6am without morning call arrangements, making it impossible to keep sleeping, staff also called to my room for things we didn’t request, they spam texted me before, during, even after the stay, with no useful information, basically advertising. the front desk also gave incorrect directions on parking. Rooms do not come with pen and paper, the internet works only for two days on one device. Rooms have no fridge or microwave, no smart TV/Netflix, no bath tub, the ice machine is broken. I have no idea if this hotel is for business or pleasure. When there’s an event happening the road is blocked, kiss goodbye your day because you can’t get your car out. At least it was clean.

Recently stayed here for my daughters wedding which wasn't held at this property but we housed all of our out of town guest and bridal party here for the weekend. The rates were awesome we all had suites as well as kitchens and some upgraded rooms. Staff was amazing had a wonderful made a stressful weekend less stressful. I would definitely stay here again for a nice long weekend in the city. Well kept property and didn't break the bank.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel while we were in Atlanta and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The service and the room were amazing and more than we could’ve asked for. Everyone was friendly and inviting and if we needed anything, there was someone always there to help. I would highly recommend staying here and definitely look forward to coming back.

Customer service was top notch. Location was good to go to restaurants. Rooms awful. Elevators not working. Pool closed. No mini fridge in the room. No coffee maker. No ice machine around. No cups. It looked like a palace from the lobby, but the rooms are below a Motel 6. Extremely expensive/overpriced. I was definitely robbed. I'm still kicking myself for choosing this over the Marriott up the street.

Outdated booking system, they call you daily reminding you of your trip, tons of pointless and spammy automated emails, calls and texts, they have you do an online pre check in where you upload your drivers license and credit card - I did that two days before my reservation and then they cancelled my reservation literally as I was on my way to the airport claiming they had no payment info even though I had submitted it days earlier. Awful awful awful. I would never have stayed here if my usual hotel wasn’t booked. Their staff also needs to learn how to leave a voicemail.

Do not make a reservation here. After spamming you literally multiple times a day for weeks leading up to your reservation, you might then complete their “pre check in” online like I did, where you submit credit card info and a photo of your ID. Which is apparently a complete and utter waste of time and totally pointless, as my reservation was then cancelled by the hotel without any explanation HOURS before I was scheduled to check in. When I was finally able to get in touch with someone at the front desk (who was rude, big surprise), they claimed I had never provided payment info and my reservation was cancelled for this reason. Why did I bother giving you my credit card number and drivers license 2 days prior then via the forms you spammed me about with your 50 emails and texts (oh and calls too, mind you they couldn’t ever bother to leave a voicemail before cancelling my reservation). What a nightmare. I obviously booked other accommodations as I am no longer comfortable staying here. And now I have to worry about getting my $220 cancellation fee back due to their unprofessional negligence. Avoid avoid avoid.

A grand old hotel full of history. There are unique room options. The restaurants are very good. The Terrace is showing its age a bit. Things were not as well maintained as they could have been. The area around the hotel is interesting but is getting a little rough in terms of people on the street.

I was quite excited to eat here given the good reviews. Sunday lunch was promising : roast beef with all the trimmings. What a total let down. The beef was so fatty with nearly half being inedible. The roast potatoes were hard, mange tout stringy. The Yorkshire pudding was dry and we had a distinct lack of gravy. We did talk to the waitress who then removed £15 off the bill but given we had paid £46 for two roast lunches it was a token gesture which was a long way from where it should be. We were very disappointed with the quality of the food. If I were a chef I could not have sent those meals out.

I should start by saying that I have had many good meals here previously so this latest visit was hugely disappointing. As a starter I chose the poached salmon ballantine. Now I must confess that I was not familiar with the term ballantine which is indeed a brand of whisky as far as I am concerned. Anyway I love poached salmon normally so decided to order. What arrived was a piece of 'raw' salmon that I could not eat! I queried why it was raw when the menu said poached and was told 'this is how we serve it'. I have since been able to google the dish and found varying cooking instructions that refer to poaching for up to 45 minutes. I told the waiter That I could not eat it as it was too raw and that they should make the menu clearer as unless customers are used to 'fine dining' descriptions they would expect poached fish to be cooked! Eventually the waiter agreed to take away the dish and offered me a replacement starter - I then opted for the soup. Time elapsed and eventually our main courses arrived. At this point I said that I was still waiting for my starter and the waiter said sorry, I didn't think you wanted a replacement!! Rather than wait even longer I agreed to accept the main course without further delay. I chose the spring vegetable risotto. The bowl that arrived was heaped generously which initially was encouraging but as I started eating it I felt like I was eating a plate of soggy rice mixed with a tin of mushy peas and a few raw vegetables and despite missing out on my starter after a few mouthfulls I decided that enough was enough and gave up. There were some other vegetables in the bowl, possibly including chopped asparagus, but they felt undercooked and were certainly not tender, as most recipes for this dish suggest. Perhaps I am a culinary peasant but to me a soft rice dish with hard vegetables doesn't excite the pallet. When the waiter came to collect the plates he could see my dish was barely touched but said nothing until I prompted him by saying ' are you not going to ask why I have barely touched the dish?' which gave him little choice but to ask and be told how disappointed it was. So after barely touching either dish (and not getting a replacement starter, as ordered) I left the pub rather hungry still. In fairness to the pub they did not eventually charge for either dish so I shall still return for drinks and possibly nibbles in the future. Maybe with Michelin star restaurants in the area they feel the need to compete with 'fine dining' dishes but if they go down that route perhaps they need to make it clear to customers what to expect if they are using menu details that are not easily understood.

As a group of 4 we were all fairly disappointed with our meals. So lacking in vegetables which is a no no these days. A Nightmare Stay at the Georgian Terrace: Disappointment on Every Floor!!!!!! Let me preface this by saying I've stayed in my fair share of hotels. From The Ritz Carlton to charming B&Bs, and everything in between. But my recent stay at the Georgian Terrace (May 14th, 2024) takes the cake for the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Disappointment lurked around every corner, from the moment I stepped through the lobby doors. Imagine this: You walk into your room, eager to relax after a long journey. Instead, you're greeted by the sight of stained bedsheets – not a single, small stain, but a collection that screams neglect. Disgust creeps in as you glance at the floor – a grimy welcome mat for your bare feet. Looking up, your eyes meet a horrifying sight: a black ceiling, a stark reminder of air filters long overdue for a change. The air itself feels heavy and stale. But wait, there's more! The furniture seems to have participated in a demolition derby. The chairs, meant for comfort, sport gaping holes that threaten to swallow your belongings (or worse, you!). Just when you think it can't get any worse, housekeeping decides to grace you with their presence – at midnight! Their solution? Replacing the stained sheets with… you guessed it, sheets sporting their own collection of holes! For $300 a night, this is beyond unacceptable. It's a blatant disregard for basic hygiene standards and a complete disrespect for paying customers. The Georgian Terrace boasts a level of filth and unprofessionalism that should come with a health warning. This wasn't just a bad hotel stay; it was a complete and utter nightmare. If you're considering staying at the Georgian Terrace, be warned: you're in for a gamble. Will you get a clean, comfortable room, or will you be subjected to the same level of filth and neglect I experienced? My advice? Don't take the chance. There are far better options out there that won't leave you feeling disgusted and cheated.

We recently stayed at The Georgian Terrace to attend an event close by and my experience was top notch. From my initial interaction with Valet(Chris) to Donel F.(unsure of his position, if I remember correctly he’s a manager) Everyone was extremely accommodating and understanding. I had to make a last minute change and Donel ensured me that I was in good hands. The customer service was unmatched, you don’t experience that much anymore, so I had to make sure that I give the appropriate praise. Donel & Staff thank you so much for making my stay enjoyable and memorable, and going above and beyond to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. We recently spent three nights and four days at this hotel and it was awful. DO NOT STAY HERE. Honestly I wanted to love this hotel but we had a horrible experience. The location is absolutely amazing and the potential is there but they consistently fell short. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and from the moment we walked in it was a mess. The floor had been redone but there was a million chips and gaps in the flooring. The kitchen looked like it belonged in the 90s. The bedrooms were dusty and clearly only the bedsheets had been looked over. When we checked in around 4pm we asked for a crib for our toddler and were told it would be right up. After we dropped our bags we went downstairs for some dinner in the bar and figured the crib would be there when we finished. Wrong. We called down to the front desk about 6pm and requested the crib once again. They assured us it was on the way. Two hours later no crib. And in the meantime all of the service desks were no longer answering our calls. At 745pm I decided to call the hotel using my cell phone and wouldn’t you believe they answered right away. The man we spoke to was apologetic and stated it was on the way and he would call me back in 15 minutes to make sure. 20 minutes later no crib and the front desk was no longer answering calls from the room phone or my cell phone. My mom went down to the front desk to discuss face to face. Housekeeping finally showed up with the crib (without linens?!?) at 815pm- over four hours after the first request. At this point I had a toddler who was well past tired and was throwing a temper tantrum worthy of an award. At 830pm they showed up with a second crib. In my opinion they showed careless disregard and were not nearly apologetic enough. The following day when we were getting ready we got three phone calls from the front desk harassing us for the additional crib back. On top of all of this housekeeping never showed up until the third day when we called and complained to the front desk. Our toddler had an accident on the sheets of the bed so we needed replacements, they came and cleaned the bathroom and didn’t leave any sheets. Hours later, after another round of repeatedly ignored phone calls, we got through to housekeeping who came and made the bed. The top blanket on the bed smelled so strongly of mold we ended up throwing it on the floor. And there was no fitted sheet, just two top sheets thrown together. Overall for the amount of money we paid this was a terrible experience and we won’t be coming back.

I stayed a night here with my sister since we were going to a late showing at the Fox Theatre. While the location is ideal, we had an unpleasant dining experience at the Livingston restaurant. We went to the restaurant early to avoid feeling rushed before our show. We were greeted fairly quickly and had our drink order taken, but then were not serviced for over 40 minutes. At that point, we questioned if we would even have time to eat before the show if we put in our food order. We ended up eating at another restaurant. Overall, the stuff was rather rude to us and often ignored us for other guests. My sister and I assumed it was because we were younger and the service works saw better tip opportunity with older guests, but we were paying for the same rooms as the other guests. Overall, it felt like since we were young, we were overlooked and treated poorly. Definitely recommend staying somewhere else that’s close to the Fox. The price did not meet the level of service received (with the exception of valet-they were very kind).

We rented a "luxury" two bedroom suite. This hotel is currently a 2 star hotel and could be an 8 star if the following things are done: -Replace the sheets w/ new cotton sheets (the ones we had had holes and stains on them.) -Provide extra new blankets, and outfit all beds w/ blankets - what they have are layers of sheets! The blankets we were given had bleach stains all over them and were cheap fleece. -Inspect all rooms for flooring issues and replace broken floors - in multiple rooms there are flooring planks separating, You can see subfloor! -Pray they've changed the battery in the safe - the one I had needed a battery change - I can only imagine the debacle that would've happened had the battery died w/ my items inside!! Thankfully it was already dead when I got there. Maintenance changed the battery for me this time. In July, they never came to fix the dead one in my room, after I called every day I was there, sometimes multiple times a day. -Do inspections of ceilings for water damage (there was visible damage in my room.) -Do inspections of tile work for missing grout - there is grout missing all over the shower. -Repaint - there are many places w/ wall paint on trim and marks on the wall. -Housekeeping needs to do inspections of fridges, to make sure they're clean! Ours was filthy! -Housekeeping needs to clean doors that are dirty, or get maintenance to paint them if they're stained. -They really need to replace the windows - you can hear everything on the street right now and there are drafts. -Make sure every bedroom has not only shades but blackout curtains - one of our bedrooms did not have curtains! -There are stains on the upholstery - so we never sat on them!

We were in town to see a play at the Fox. Directly across the street, can't get any closer. The hotel and the lobby were beautiful, and decorated very nice for Christmas. Check in was very pleasant, Ellis was very nice and answered all questions. The concierge gentleman was also very nice, I hate I didn't get his name. The room was on the 17th floor. It was very spacious! Very impressed with the size of the room, however it was very dated and could have been cleaner. We also had a huge problem with the door handle not on the bedroom door. We did not notice until we were locked in the room. There is not a phone in the room and I left my cell outside of the room. My husband stepped out, so my daughter and I were literally stuck in the room. My husband eventually made it back to the room to free us. He spoke with the overnight manager who comped the valet charge to compensate. When checking out, the woman at the front desk, Jada, was incredibly rude, cold and kept cutting me off. She was a total night and day difference from all the other very kind and pleasant employees we encountered during our stay. My vehicle got broken into at the parking deck of his hotel. I was asked by security what level did I park on and I advised level 3. I was shocked when he said there are no cameras, as I saw a woman and a young child parking in close proximity to me. The thieves are smarter than you all. They knew there was an event at the Fox Theater so they knew when to strike, and you all were too complacent to not have the parking deck patrolled, which makes you all culpable. The rooms in the hotel are extremely dated and doesn't command the price you all are asking for, and neither is the outrageous $50 for parking. Total scam.

This is a beautiful building from 1911. The lobby is very impressive, especially this kind of round tower for 18 stories building from the floor to the ceiling. Location is very convenient between Midtown and Downtown, the area is historic, safe and nice. But it is a bit noisy in the night - street racers, street drummers, drinkers… The hotel itself is not renovated for a while, old furniture and smells like an old hotel. Not super clean, but the rooms are spacious. No hair dryer in the room, you can request it, no ironing board, but they do have an iron. Nice rooftop, however, I would love to have a drink there and observe the city panorama. Also, both elevators were broken for the last day before the checkout. I would recommend it because of that historic vibe, but you should accept that it is old.

I was very disappointed in my last stay here. The deluxe suite doesn’t come with any type of refrigeration, not even a mini-fridge. I brought food and drinks for a friends 50th surprise birthday and turns out, I was the one who got surprised!!! I called the front desk to inquire and was told they’ve taken them out of the rooms and that my room didn’t afford one. The only rooms that had any type of refrigerator were the rooms with a full kitchen. She did state that she could request a mini for me, but there was no guarantee. I asked that she let me know if one was available and she hung up. After about 2 hours, I walk down to inquire about it. Again, the gentleman tells me he’ll put in a request but there’s no guarantee. Mind you, there’s a place in the cabinet where one SHOULD be. After going to the restroom, I notice mold and mildew all over the shower floor and walls. I call housekeeping and someone comes with bleach and a brush to assist. Afterwards, as we go to take a shower, I now see hair on the shower walls; large clumps of hair! I call for housekeeping again, but there’s no answer. By this time, the mini fridge has arrived and the housekeeper slides it into the middle of the dining area. There’s a place for he fridge in the cabinet, but it’s now just an empty hole. So we have this raggedy eyesore in the middle of the dining room. The linens on the bed were soiled. I called downstairs to ask if there was someone who could come up and see about the issues or do I need to bring the linens down. She asks, “I mean, what’s the problem”? So, I strip the bed and take the linens downstairs. She says she can move our room, but it’s now 10:30 at night, we have in PJs and everything is unpacked. I asked for clean linens and offered to change the bedding myself. She says she’ll send someone up. They arrive and attempt to change the bed, BUT the only sheets he can find are queen. Mind you, the sheets never fit anyway. They were always queen sheets on a king bed, which means every time we moved, they came off. The duvet, sheets, everything was the wrong size. In fact, he never could find sheets that fit, even after repeatedly going back and forth to the laundry. The next day, we request housekeeping, and again, all linens are the wrong size and now have holes on them. We specifically ask for the shower to be cleaned, again, yet soil and mold remain. I just go purchase shower shoes instead. The lady at the front desk assured me that she pass all of this along to her manager, as he was not available. I have heard no response. On a positive note, the valet attendees were great. The food, service, and drinks at Edgar’s were amazing as well. The room was extremely disappointing, as with the front desk customer service. The room was very outdated and needs some major updates with linens, as well as an overhaul in cleaning. Furthermore, I truly felt that I’ve had a more luxurious stay at a Comfort Inn before.

Where to begin... I booked a suite for my husbands birthday. .We had a fantastic brunch with our two children and their partners, 6 people in total. At approximately 1 am, security busted into our room. I asked them to allow us time to get dressed and their security guard Mr. Steven Almond, said it's too late for that, so my husband and I are now standing in front of two men, in our underwear, which was completely humiliating. To be honest, we couldn't even see them, because they were shining their flash lights in our eyes, which made it 10 times worse. Im still shaking from the experience. So here's their story...Apparently, we weren't appropriately checked into our room , and they thought we were either vagrants or possibly a guest having a medical emergency, because we didn't respond quick enough.. Does that make any sense, vagrants or hotel guest having a medical emergency? I then went to the front desk showing them our booking confirmation and room key. As I was explaining to the front desk what happened. The security guard said, my story lacked what happened prior to them entering the room and told me to take it up with management in the morning. S. Almond (SECURITY BULLY) was literally trying to intimidate me from telling the complete story, at the front desk. We honestly can't sleep now, it's 2:03 am. I was about to end this review, and the front desk called again at 2:15 am , telling my husband, we can check out late and have breakfast on them. Breakfast, was included in our intial booking, so that shows their continued lack of customer service. I honestly just want to leave now, but my husband says we need to stay and talk to management.

They never serviced the room on a 3 night stay. There was no soap. Half the outlets didn’t work. It needed a paint job. But as a venue it’s great. The wedding we attended there was fantastic. Loved the service too.

We had tickets for the Fox and having stayed at the G.T. before I booked a "Deluxe Queen" for 1 night. Well we checked in around 4:30 and went to the room to change for a preshow dinner only to find a disgusting fifthly unwelcoming room. Time constraints wouldn't allow asking to change rooms so we were stuck ( much like the dirt and grime in the bathroom) with the room. So first all of the wooden furniture was peeling, scratched and missing trim so bad l a thrift store would send to the dump. The bathroom tile was l dirty and the shower soap containers didn't work. The framed picture above the toilet had obivously had been used a a powdered drug tray because there was crusted white powder packed in the corners. Next came a louvered door with a deadbolt on it. Well I just pulled on it to find a delipated kitchen with cabinet doors ripped off and just nasty. It did have a avacodo green push button slim line phone on the wall with a dial tone! Yeah beware of room 1208. I'm going to request a partial refund because I'm sure they won't give me a full one because I did spend the night. $239.00 plus frres including a "Historic Preservation" fee of 1.89% per night. Don't be taken in by it convience as there are many other hotel around. I have photographs to prove it all which I hope I can post. It is a beautiful hotel but needs some to care about it.

The hotel was really nice. I took off one star because for the price I paid for the the Deluxe King I would have expected a refrigerator in the room. The room was clean , comfortable and the bed was so luxurious I didn’t want to leave. Hopefully I will return soon.

Gorgeous historic Art Deco property in central location. Immediately obvious that 100% more attention paid to upkeep of common areas than guest rooms. Our room was in need of a deep cleaning/dusting, refilling of bathroom supplies and changing of at least 3 burned out light bulbs. Ice makers on all floors out of service. No vending machines in vending areas or in-room refrigerators. Staff ranged from completely dismissive to wonderfully accommodating. Great location, with the right upkeep should be a gem. Such unrealized potential.

The Georgian Terrace in Atlanta is a real gem from times long past. The room facilities may be a little dated, but that gives the hotel a certain vintage charm. The rooms, well, they could certainly do with a makeover and the beds are so worn out you could imagine that even historical figures have slept here. Just as the hair and dirt in the corners and the minor damage to the edges and walls in the room are certainly vintage. Nevertheless, the architecture and interior design of the building is impressive and tells stories from past centuries. The central location is unbeatable and you can easily explore the sights of the city. The thoroughly friendly reception staff have a unique approach, they manage to look at their cell phones while chatting with guests, which shows an impressive multi-tasking ability, ultimately resulting in missing towels finally being delivered two hours later. The pool area can sometimes be unexpectedly closed for renovation work, which of course has no impact on the price. If you are looking for a hotel that embodies the historic history of Atlanta and at the same time has a certain nostalgic appeal, then The Georgian Terrace is definitely worth a visit. It's an experience you won't soon forget, but ultimately not a bad one. For fans of nostalgia, history, architecture and grand hotel flair who don't take things too seriously.

The hotel is in a wonderful location and the lobby and exterior are beautiful. Very clean. The rooms are dated and my bed mattress dipped in the middle. There are NO USB charging stations in the rooms. This is an easy add and should be a standard amenity in every hotel room. When I asked downstairs I was directed to a CVS 4 blocks away. At one point, my key demagnetized and one employee was at the reception. I was the only person at reception and waited 9 minutes for her to help me. She was dealing with phones, computers, etc. When I requested service as I really needed to pee she directed me to go downstairs to the bathroom vs just giving me a new key so I could get up to my room. She was borderline rude and dismissive. She was overwhelmed, it impacted her service demeanor.

Had a very pleasant experience! Whoever was working the desk around 9:30pm on Friday 10/27 was super personable and had a great sense of humor. He was also very informative! Also the person working Saturday morning 10/28 around 10:30am was super professional and juggled all her hospitality duties beautifully. Everyone was super sweet and helpful/prompt whenever we needed help with the parking garage. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

The hotel is fairly nice and clean. I was just not overly blown away with anything. The bar tenders at the "speak easy" were really rather rude. And the brunch service at Livingston's was the slowest I've ever had. The AC in our room never got below 75. We had to request a fridge for our room, and while it did work it looked like it had been thrown off the roof. I suppose for 200 a night I expected more. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was very very pleasant. Our room was very clean. Our biggest issue was the ice machine on the 5th floor was not working and when we tried calling the concierge or housekeeping from the room, no one ever picked up the phone, if that really bothers you. HOWEVER, the staff courtesy, the great room status and the wonderful food AND drinks in Livingstons, makes up for the two small things I mentioned.

Not like it used to be. I have been coming to the Georgian Terrace for over 20 years. The service is great however the rooms are sub-par. Typically in a suite you would expect to be able to be somewhat self-sufficient for a week however, this suite lacks a refrigerator, microwave, full length mirror or soap in the shower dispensers. Seems like each year, it gets worse.

I've been on 46 work-related trips all over the world this year, and I've never encountered such a hair-raising experience. Although I love the location and the hotel itself, this particular hotel stay was a shocker!! I was peacefully asleep in my room when I was suddenly awakened in the middle of the night by the presence of two men in my living room. I was half-asleep and completely startled. I instinctively asked, "Who are you?" and reached for my licensed firearm. Fortunately, they turned and ran. The reason they are still alive today is that my firearm was in my bag, not on the nightstand. It's important to clarify that I am a peaceful person and my reaching for my licensed firearm was simply a reaction to a startling, unexpected and potentially dangerous situation. I immediately contacted the front desk about the incident, only to be informed that there was a request to add these men to my reservation. Shockingly, they were given a key without any verification or questions. I had a direct conversation with the manager, who promised to review the security footage and follow up. However, I have yet to receive any updates. In conclusion, despite the great location and attractive building, the hotel is marred by negligent and potentially dishonest staff. Those two men could have lost their lives last night, and all we get is a mere "sorry.".

While the service was friendly and location great , I suffered a severe allergic reaction from bed bug bites on my last night . Due to the price point and location I never would have suspected to run into an issue like this on a business trip but I had to throw out a lot of my items . It’s a scary experience. First night , the toilet would not stop flushing . The “engineer” did come fix this the next day. Do not expect luxury , but the rooms were huge with full kitchens . It’s just a bit dated and I can’t get past the bed bugs

The location was great, right in Midtown and around a lot of restaurants. The biggest issue was the service and the rooms. The rooms especially the bathrooms are extremely out dated and didn't seem like they had been cleaned in a while. The shower was very nasty and the toilet was broken, every time you would sit down it would shift side to side. There was no ice in the ice machines, and whenever you asked them to bring anything up nobody would ever come. The area was perfect, but I wouldn't ever book at this hotel again.

I love this hotel, but this weekend was a big miss. The refrigerator in the kitchen was leaking. We called the front desk to have them come and mop the kitchen and service the refrigerator. I had a great stay here for a work trip. Located in Midtown in a great area. The hotel itself is quiet. The suite I had was massive. It was clean and well stocked with the essentials. The only con is the toilet. It kicks on and recycles water or something like once an hour. It was really loud and woke me up a few times. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The dyer in my room would not work, so I was left with a huge pile of just washed wet clothes. They let me use the dryer in another room which I really appreciated. The breakfast at their restaurant is delicious. Try the egg white omelette.

The hotel itself seems fine. However, their parking service is more than substandard. I have one of their attendants, Monique, my credit card to prepay for parking at a concert. She took my money but did not provide a receipt. When I went to find her and ask for one, she disappeared. At the end of the evening, I was forced to pay a second time for the same space. I called the hotel, explained the situation to the front desk, and they connected me with parking. I actually spoke to Monique, who proceeded to tell me that she could not help me. When I explained that she did not give me a receipt and that I was forced to pay a second time, she did not apologize or attempt to fix the situation. She simply repeated the same thing again and again. I can say without hesitation that I would never hire Monique to do anything involving interaction with the public. The Georgian should be embarrassed that they actually employ Monique. Charging a customer twice for the same service, not providing a receipt, or an apology is Motel 6 quality service. After paying $80 for a parking space, I think you would understand why I feel this way. All that I can conclude is that this is either hotel policy for the actions of a rogue employee.

Awesome historic hotel in downtown Atlanta. My room was outstanding! I got upgraded which was unexpected. I was in room 10000. It had a separate living room and a full kitchen and laundry area. The bed was comfortable. I really liked that it was in a circular area. The pool on top of the hotel was nice and had a very nice outdoor seating area. I went swimming one night (water is cold) and spent another night in the seating area looking at the stars. It was very peaceful especially since no one was up there. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel!

The atmosphere and staff were pleasant. The ambiance of the lobby was clean and welcoming. However, the suite that I reserved was not all that. The inside of the bathroom door had spill stains on it like red juice splattered on the floor and got on the door. Other people hair in the shower and strands were on the dispensers in the shower. The hand bars for the sink were dried up to where they were hard and crunchy-just horrible. One of the rooms in the suite had red stains on fitted linen. I called for new linen, after waiting 20 mins, I went down to front desk and retrieved new linen.. there were no dishes/utensils in the kitchen. Toilet runs every 10 minutes. The overall up keep needs more attention. Paying attention to small details matter to guests.
