If I could give hundred out of hundred for over all experience at Ombre I would definitely and certainly would. Raj and Nisha catered with fabulous and intentive care and attitude. Could not fault anything especially the phenomenal, generous portions served. We were very well looked after by Raj and Nisha our waiters not to miss out a few others. Excellent and phenomenal food cooked and served. Attractive presentation of plated and served food. Food, ambience, atmosphere were all on point and immensely fabulous. 100/100 for everything and not leaving the Shisha experience. Welldone Ombre! Respect The Food Consultant 786.

Me and my friends booked this just for an evening meal. The place is beautiful, food was totally amazing, full of flavour, ordered a variety of starters and mains, lamb tawa was my fave dish of the night, soft and succulent. The starters were tasty and tender. Food arrived in table hot and ready to eat. The customer service we received was excellent. I would definitely recommend if you fancy some good food.

The food at Ombré was delicious, impeccable and fresh to say at the very least. I ordered a single platter, which was oozing with flavour. The chicken and meat were tender, soft and flavorsome. Now thats out the way, i have to give props to the staff. They were very attentive yet gave us plenty of privacy to enjoy our meal. I also ordered Shisha, cup of tea and dessert which brought me no issues. Fabulous way to end a fantastic meal. Well done to the team at Ombré, this place is a gem. Definitely will be back again, for another round of Ombré.

Me and my friend came to this restaurant and I ordered the wings as a starter the lamb steak as a main with onion rings and pina colada mojito. At first the server was very friendly and when the wings came it was not cooked through properly almost like it was boiled and sauce was poured over it. I spoke with him and asked if he could take it back to the kitchen to be cooked more throughly which he did and I told him I appreciated the gesture. The wings came back and I noticed hair on them and just to not be a pain I did not report it and had high hopes for the mains although the server already came to tell me they were out of pina colada mojito. When the lamb steam came it also tasted like boiled meat and the quality of the food was very poor. A home cooked dinner would have tasted better. I spoke to one of the managers and explained everything to him clarifying the fact that I had not eaten the mains and he continued to go back and forth with me and say he could not take it off the bill despite me explaining that my friend and I were happy to pay for everything else even the starters that were unsatisfactory. To my shock he sat down with two other guests a table away from us and began to talk badly about us to them. The same server came back and I explained very thing to him and he also stated he could not take the one main off the bill but discount it every though I had barely eaten anything from the main. His stance was that other restaurants wouldn’t normally take an item off the bill if it was unsatisfactory which is blatantly untrue. We even had to go all the way to the front to chase this up because they took long to get back to us. Eventually the manager decided to take off the lamb steak and mentioned that he doesn’t normally do it. Overall I wouldn’t recommend coming here to eat if you are interested in good quality food and decent service!

I attended Ombré today with my friends Alhamdulillah we made the right choice, Food was 10/10 (loaded chicken Parmesan/ strawberry mojito) both sooo good and filling absolutely loved it. It was an amazing pre birthday meal 😋 Atmosphere was nice deco was amazing very clean , can’t go wrong with the prices . Also just want to say Ariyah …. You just top the whole experience off with top customer service she was so lovely and down to earth , very well coming & made us feel at home, I just want to say Thank you to her for having such a great laugh with us. ❤️ I believe it was the manager he was really lovely took our photos for us and gave us amazing customer service. Definitely recommend !!!! 👍🏻👌🏻

Although service is excellent the portion sizes are for children and not adults. Its very disappointing when you see tiny bowls filled with food or tiny portion sizes for mains. Portion sizes need to drastically increase if this place wants to get busy.

Visited with my siblings, nephews and my daughter, two of which are babies and 1 whom is 6. The service was absolutely amazing, always pre-empting what we may need without being asked and was very friendly and welcoming. Went above and beyond for us and the food was delicious. Five of us dined in Ombré on Saturday night. We had a really lovely evening. The food was tasty and the price was very reasonable. The customer service was fantastic. We arrived just after the restaurant opened around 5.15pm and stayed until nearly 11pm. We didn’t feel under pressure to leave and were comfortable sitting there chatting and enjoying our girls evening out. We were well looked after by the staff. I would definitely recommend the restaurant and will be visiting again.

I recently dined at Ombre in Birmingham and had an incredible experience. The lamb steak was cooked to perfection, and the garlic and butter sauce that I ordered with it was absolutely delicious. The service was impressively fast considering I went with a group of 13 people. The staff were also all so friendly making the whole meal more enjoyable. There is this really nice outdoor vibe with greenery and flowers all over the walls and ceiling. Plus, with TVs all around the restaurant, you can stay entertained by the football while you wait. Highly recommend Ombre for a great meal and ambiance!

Incredible experience from start to finish Ombre offers a perfect blend of food and relaxing ambiance. The food was bursting with flavor, especially the lamb, which was cooked to perfection. The shisha was smooth, and the flavors were amazing. The staff were so lovely.

The staff were very welcoming and it was quiet when we arrived in the evening. We phoned up beforehand to reserve a table. They were really quick with answering the phone call. I really enjoyed the friendly service and the food was delicious. The portion sizes were a reasonable size for the price. The child friendliness of the service was impressive! The staff were accommodating and made the experience enjoyable for the little one. It's great when restaurants consider the needs of families with child/children. It was a positive experience overall. Highly recommend them.

The staff members were very welcoming and attentive to the little ones that we took, as the food took a bit of time to arrive (due to a large family order) we were provided with quite a few complimentary snacks, the food was fresh and very tasty. The place is well decorated with separate seating for shisha which makes it suitable for family meals.

Was seated straight away, restaurant is nice and big with great decor. The service was very good, and the food delicious. Sirloin steak was great as was the tandoori chicken, not the usual dry stuff.

I only leave reviews when people are genuine and go above and beyond for their customers, my experience today at Ombre was exceptional...well done! Beautiful decor, lovely atmosphere, great music, nice service and finally delicious food 10/10. I am quite a picky person but their mixed platter was one of the best I've had in a while👍 my 5 year old never finishes his food and he ate all his Smash burger leaving not even a single crumb. For a place that's just recently opened I am impressed and wish them all the best. See you soon insha'allah as I will be definitely returning.

I had the English breakfast here and it was really, what surprised me was how they served the egg, very unique and i've never had it like that but very much enjoyed it. The blue berry mojito was also amazing, tasted very sweet and nice. The smash burger was very good too, well made and tasted nice.

My favourite place to come for food. Amazing staff, top quality food & the best experience. We eat here regularly and are never disappointed. Highly recommend anyone to try ombré - they also do a breakfast now which is delicious!!

Spent just over £450, the food was terrible, I’ve been before but it has never been this bad. The portions were so tiny and the food was a low quality, table of 20 and no one ate their food. The service was just as bad. Missed orders, everything came at different times, waited an hour for kids nuggets when my daughter was starving, waiters didn’t care about the food not being edible. Ordered 3 shisha which were all tasteless. Told the waiters but they didn’t care. Stay well away, would not recommend this place after this awful experience. They also blocked me on tiktok and insta after leaving a bad review. They took £450 of my money but don’t want an honest review. Please go and try this place for yourself

Oh god. This has got to be the worst place I’ve eaten in my 32 years of life. Terrible terrible food! The service is even worse. If I could leave 0 stars or more I would have. The portions are extremely tiny, i understand cost of living and prices have gone up but you can’t charge certain prices and make the portions enough for a 4 year old child. Then to top it off the quality is as low as it gets. Absolutely vile! I can’t explain how bad this place is! They don’t like to hear negative feedback as they must be deluded and think they are operating a 5star restaurant/service. I hope this place goes under and bankrupted after the experience I had. Wouldn’t wish that on anyone but these guys actually deserve it. Please go and try this place for yourself and you’ll understand exactly where I am coming from.

Ombré was by far the best restaurant I went to Raja and his team was phenomenal, they had amazing customer service and the food was 10/10, i went for my mothers birthday and it was honestly the best experience I ever had. I would definitely come back again thank you for everything !!

What a hidden gem! I’m not sure where to even start. Came here with my wife and 5 month old baby and the service provided by Raj and his team was top class. The food selection was brilliant. The atmosphere was stunning. It caters for all whether your going for meal out with family or shisha with your mates. We ordered grilled salmon and loaded nachos starter and steaks as mains with multiple mocktails and boy was it killer. Most definitely worth the visit. Will be returning here more often! The atmosphere the decor is so lovely. To top it off, the food is amazing. I've been there a few times since it's opened. it's definitely our go-to. The shisha area is spacious, and the shisha itself is one of the best. All my friends have been they love it there The vibes good staff are so attentive place is soooo clean prices are so resonable we are there every other day .

Worse worse experience Tried once then twice and had very poor experience from this Indian restaurant saying that they have the fish in the back , and they took 1h to bring a grill fish The chips are grown in oil and burns . Most food cold and they done the plate by hands Dirty hands …… My advice not to try it …… and very expensive very pricy not recommend.

I've never needed to write a review before, but wow this place is so bad. I get that they're not used to large groups that often, but come on, man, have some decency. We waited over 2 hours for food, with no indication of when it would be ready. We booked ahead and had no priority. I don't know if they need to hire more staff or have better trained ones. I should have stayed home & ordered take out. At least then, I'd get some good quality food ON TIME!

WOW! Despite the beautiful interior and large space this restaurant really puts a new meaning to not judging a book by its cover, in fact closer to not everything that glitters is gold. I visited this place maybe a week or so ago and thought it's somewhere new, why not give it a try. The service was dreadful, no communication from the staff and looked like they were in a state of panic due to 2 parties at the place (embarrassingly the decorations for one party was on the other side of the restaurant next to the other party) Understandably, we were aware it may take a bit longer for food to come out due to these parties. However I did not expect to wait over an hour for just starters. Not only that, the food was barely warm and watery. When it came to the main, the curries we ordered were bland. Seasoned with probably hopes and dreams, if your dream are to be lackluster so congratulations I guess? The best part of my experience was probably the aftercare detox. More specifically the stomach issues that I suffered for 3 days after. So if you're looking to starve then empty your insides out and enjoy intestinal "consequences", The Cave is the place to go. If not, I'm sure a Tesco Meal Deal would probably suit you better.
