Ordered a parmo absolute 0 taste was barely edible and a kebabish Bangladeshi brothers so thought that would be nice but that was even worse forced it down covered with sauce for the price absolute joke and a scam.

Travelled from Derby with the family for a meal. The decor of this place is aesthetically beautiful. But the thing that stood out for me the most was the staff. Very friendly and attentive to service. Greeted with a smile from the start and all the way to the end. Food was good, sauces amazing.. that naga chilli sauce I would buy by the litre. Overall would visit again with my extended family. Credit goes to the staff!

Nice varied food options so was suitable for everyone. The service was great and we had an enjoyable meal.

Starters as normal poppadoms. We ordered the platter for 2 and a tawa with nans. For drinks, we went for the Pina colada and Tropical bull mojito. Absolutely brilliant ample food for 2. Nice spices Not too many chilles. Full of flavour. With fresh soft nans. The service was on point and very friendly. Thank you, bodrul, for your service. Last but not least, a naughty sheesha afterwards toped off with arbic tea. The atmosphere was good. Music was good. Mood was even better. Thank you, bodrul.

Raj and pinak was amazing, very helpful and always smiling, raj said the birthday cake was on the house and pinak helped me with sheesha and the flavour was really nice. but overall both of them were amazing and i will come back again soon.

I recently had the pleasure of celebrating two birthday parties, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. First, we celebrated my dad's 60th birthday, followed by my daughter's a month later. Everything was fantastic, from the service to the food and the overall atmosphere.brother Bordul was especially welcoming, and we truly appreciated the attentive service. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to host a special event.

Visited for the first time and had a great experience! The food was full of flavor, especially the lamb chops and steaks—both were absolutely delicious. Budhru made our visit even more enjoyable. He’s a genuinely pleasant guy who went the extra mile to make sure we felt at home and had everything we needed. His attentiveness and excellent service really stood out. I’d definitely recommend this place—great food, amazing customer service, and a fantastic atmosphere. Will be coming back for sure! 💯

Ramadan visit with my partner. We phoned up for reservation. We were told fully booked for iftar. But they accommodated us after iftar. Restaurant is located on main road. Parking on streets etc. On arrival we were seated waiting area for 15 mins. We noticed the restaurant was busy finishing Ramadan iftar Influencers Event as we recognised many faces. The atmosphere and deco was amazing. Modern & clean. We was seated and menu given to us. The menu was simple and clearly pricing. We ordered Poppadoms, naga shrimps, lamb chops, sirloin steak & chips. Burger & chips. Chicken Tikka biryani, 2 x Strawberry mocktails. Afterwards dessert was cheesecake. The food arrived within 20 mins. It was hot and well presented. We enjoyed the food. Lamb chops was too small in size. Everything else was good. Will go visit again. Would recommend 👌

I recently dined at Ombre, and unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. I ordered a steak, which turned out to be quite small for the £21 price tag. The food itself was okay, but definitely not worth the long wait. The biggest issue, however, was the customer service—or lack thereof. There was no real effort to engage or assist, making the whole experience feel impersonal. The most frustrating part came when it was time to pay. I was supposed to pay £10 on my card, but two different staff members were giving me completely different information—one saying there was a £30 charge, the other saying it was £10. They both seemed confused, and it was clear they had no idea what was going on. Overall, the food was mediocre, overpriced, and the service was chaotic. I wouldn’t rush back.

Outstanding service. Raj is ever so welcoming, always remembers us and is super professional. We’ve been coming to Ombré for a while, and there has never been a time we were unsatisfied. The food is delicious, always comes out in good time and the prices are great and resemble the quality of food served. We often come for shisha, and have tried a variety of flavours from the menu. The staff are always accommodating to mix flavours we like, a personal favourite was mixed by Pinak (sorry if that’s spelt wrong), of: watermelon, pomegranate with a hint of mint. Will be coming back. Highly recommend.

was waiting for over an hour and a half after fast opened and ordered 20 mins before it opened. people who ordered after got their food before and portions were very small. drinks arrived 1 hour and a half before food came. barely got an apology for the late food.

Food took almost a hour and a half to come, at that point it had been a hour since the fast opened. Ordered our food in advance and still took long which was ridiculous, people who come after us had been served before us, by the time we was eating everyone had almost gone. drinks arrived hour and a half before the food too. Did not receive a proper apology either very disappointed as we was really looking forward to this place.

Served by pinak, food was amazing, lambchops cooked to perfection, butterfly chicken steak was flavourful and chicken parmesan very chessy and flavourful, definitely recommended.

First time visiting this place and sorry last time!! It was dire after a day of fasting we went here for a works do one recommendation. The food was barely edable but as I was fasting had no choice first up was the lamb chops as soon as they came out I knew we had been sold a rubbish place honestly after thin the lamb chops were, I'm sure the butcher must have lost his fingers cutting them so fine!! That's how bad it was. My colleague had the prawns which interestingly came out in a tall dessert glass, judging by the cost cutting and portion size this was done to fit less in!! I had the cooked donner and again a tiny portion in all it cost us 200 for 6 people to eat not that money was an issue as we could claim it back but belive this place was a dive..and a complete joke..I never got my food until after my colleagues finished. This is after pre ordering the day before!!!! Stay well away you been warned and if you look at the Google reviews of others they are fakes notice the timing and pictures all similar. A complete farce of a place.

We had iftar at Ombre yesterday Nd the service and food was amazing. The staff especially brother Bodrul and Pinak always made sure were ok and brought food for us. The service was fast paced even though they were fasting all day and couldn't really enjoy their own fast. Thank you for a lovely evening Ombre. We will definitely visit again.

Found this place on Tiktok and thought id try it out...it was amazing! It was a late evening visit so kept my food intake a bit low but I'll be deffo coming here with a party in mind. Great service with staff checking up regularly. Took some friends for their anniversary meal as i seen this place online. Mocktails were nice but could have done with some ice and they cold but got abit warmer waiting for the mains. We order a couple starters and all have a main. Unfortunately the portion sizes in my opinions are very small for the price and this is after confirming with my party if we all felt the same as we have been out to many establishments and have a good understanding of the sizing to price ratio with similar outlets. The flavour in all the food was extremely good. But the lamb chops were small have been beating so thin that it was very hard to get a nice bite. But on this occasion after all this all the party was still left hungry and i never do this but i had to mention this to a staff member which i felt really bad about. He did offer extra food or pack takeaway but thats not the purpose was i didnt want that and i do thank him for continuously asking. We spent around £90 and left hungry. We had to go to another establishment and eat again sadly. It was a little embarrassing for us as we brought friends out and take them again for more food. Food was very nice and flavourful i will say thanks. Thankyou for your service Ombre i hope i didnt offend anyone with this feedback.

Came here with a group of 10+ to celebrate my brothers birthday. We ordered several meals off the menu including the chicken Parmesan, chicken burgers, mix platters and some curries as well. We were extremely pleased with the service and complimentary drinks and service we received upon arrival and throughout our time at Ombre. The staff were so welcoming and made polite conversation with us. They always ensured we were happy throughout our visit and we were happy with our food / order. The food was amazing and very tasteful. We will definitely be coming back for more! Thank you Raj and to the rest of the staff for being so welcoming💕

Amazing experience at Ombré in Acocks Green. We had kebabish, loaded parmesan and garlic chilli chicken curry. Food came quickly and it was delightful and really tasty and fresh. Big shoutout out to the brothers Bodrul and Pinak who were both fantastic and gave the excellent service to us, which made the experience even better. I would definitely come again and highly recommend Ombré. 10/10

Came to this place with the family of fussy eaters. However, everyone ended up loving the food. We ordered the platter and biryani and smash burger, the waiter gave us very generous portions. Top service, Top food, will be back again.

Mashallah Bodrul has great customer service and photography skills give that man a raise! Me and my friends booked this just for an evening meal. The place is beautiful, food was totally amazing, full of flavour, ordered a variety of starters and mains, lamb tawa was my fave dish of the night, soft and succulent. The starters were tasty and tender. Food arrived in table hot and ready to eat. The customer service we received was excellent. I would definitely recommend if you fancy some good food.
