we had a lovely meal for a birthday celebration, sarah was so friendly and really welcoming, was an amazing experience

Never again the kitchen staff need to read what food people have ordered the lady who took our order asked any allergies said no but did not want peas as they make me sick so said no garden peas or mussy peas order came with peas, grandson had a burger but you can tell they are cheap tasted horrible

After having dinner here last night, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming service so I returned for a late lunch today, and it was just as enjoyable. The staff is an excellent team, friendly and efficient, making customers feel welcome. Highly recommended for anyone looking for warm service. I would definitely visit again.

Food wasn't great . service was ok but seemed understaffed kids enjoy there food tho .

Fantastic experience once again, my partner and I come here regularly for an evening meal and the service and quality is excellent value for money every time. Sarah and Dianne couldn’t be any more helpful, definitely recommend if you’re after a classic pub lunch/ dinner.

Upon first impressions looks a little in need of tlc outside. However that changes as soon as you enter. Greeted with a smile and warm welcome. Service was exceptional. Speed of service and friendliness of staff. No complaints about food either. Generous portions and presented well. Left feeling extremely happy and will definitely be back.

Food was slightly above the average you would expect from this type of pub restaurant. Wait times are quite long as it's a busy place. Staffing levels are way too low. Waitresses do an excellent job but more bar staff should be expect especially on a Saturday night! As it's a family orientated place it is extremely noisy.

Took mum for Sunday lunch she had the turkey which she enjoyed very much. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff

Food was good except the cauliflower cheese wasn't cauliflower cheese ,it was cauliflower with grated cheese on top no sauce sent it back ,and they had added more cheese to it .

The staff were absolutely brilliant as they had to deal with two power cuts while we were waiting for our meal ,they were so apologetic and kept saying how sorry they were but the situation was well out of their control ,however they managed to get our meals to us just in time as we had a funeral to attend .our meals were absolutely beautiful. Thank you to all the staff involved.you were absolute heroes.

I only marked it down a little for the food,as my husbands Gammon was soaked in fat.It needed to drain for a few seconds, but otherwise, it very nice & great value for money.

Full Monty Mixed grill is dull, meat had been microwaved. The chicken breast on the outside was dried out, the gammon tough and dry. The pub needs a refurb, the tables are sticky and in need of some TLC

Food was very bland, Thatchers orange had no taste. Husbands burger came raw. Server (Bella) was very apologetic and replaced it immediately. Only positive from this evenings meal was the customer service.

Popped in for a couple of pints. Excellent service and staff are always very friendly. I live local and recommend the Catherine’s Inn. Didn’t eat today, but previously the food was very good.

Had a lovely meal this evening, steak sizzler. There was a slight mix up with our choices but Gareth was really helpful and sorted the problem straight away.

Nice large setting to cater for plenty if needed. We enjoyed having some space to eat in comfort instead of being crammed in like other establishments. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Couldn’t fault the service. We only had mains but what we had was delicious. We would highly recommend visiting and look forward to our next visit. Thank you

We visited on 25th Sep 24 and were greeted by very friendly, smiley, approachable staff. They lady who served us at the bar was very helpful and even pointed us in direction of a special offer which saved us money. She couldn't have been more helpful. The food was great and exactly what I would have expected. The lady who bought our food out was lovely and again very friendly. Our table was cleared in good time. The pub was clean and atmosphere family friendly. Great pub!

Having had an evening meal here before and always being happy I was disappointed to be served under cooked chips. Also the place was very quiet yet we still didn't could order Vegetarian option we ordered as they had run out. Quite disappointed 😞.

Nice food, had an issue with kids meal not ordering at the same time of purchase....spoke to the manager and she was accomadating.

We go here every Tuesday and the food and service is always amazing. The staff are always friendly and food is always great. Have never had any issue and always welcoming and family friendly.

£6 deal X3, was good food they didn't make it worse even tho it was on sale. Much better then it used to be, the place itself looks and feels the same. But the food I would actually come back for now.
