Food was ok not much choice and had to wait 10 mins for food, could do with improvement, ideal for convenience if you are staying on the site

Well what can I say £8+ for a fish tail !! We paid £28 for 3 Fish & a portion of dried up chips !! The fish was literally the tail end - never again, I have never been ripped off to this extreme , I understand prices are going to be inflated at holiday resorts, but I expect the food to be decent and edible.

Family feast for four, Fish and Chips x 4 all inedible had to throw it all away. The food had been reheated many times and cooked in old brown dirty fat that tasted horrible. My family pushed it away and said it was aweful. Had to give one star to leave a review but wasn't even worth that.

Awful, worst Fish and Chips we have ever had . Reheated god knows how many times. Chips dark brown and inedible, we ended up throwing it all away.

Just experienced the worst food from a takeaway do not use this place chips overcooked yesterday's chips warmed up gravy full of lumps. fish batter soggy.Do Not Use.

Wow! Not sure the food could get much worse. Fish looked like they had been there a week and were like dried cheese. 2 nice fish and chip shops within a 5 minute drive, eat there instead.

Ordered a large chips, tasted and looked like they were cooked in dirty oil. For £4.49 a portion, they should me much better

Staff were polite but food was appalling I have never experienced such badly cooked food in any restaurant, it tasted like it was cooked in very old oil I was actually disappointed neither me or my family eat the food we had too chuck it

Come on folks you can do better than this could be a great chippy needs a bit of work on the food front

Went here for a large portion if chips and a curry sauce. After seeing the customer in front of me recieve their food what looked like 2 sausage in batter with chips which looked disgusting. Then saw him preparing my large chips. I asked are they frozen chips - to which he replied yes, company policy. It's all cooked in filthy oil with a combination of undercooked amd overcooked chips. The worst I've ever seen. £4.95 a portion for disgusting quality. Staff couldn't care less nor can management. Avoid!!

Terrible food avoid. Portion of chips with undercooked and overcooked. Very expensive for a small portion of fish. Stuff missing off order. I don’t blame the staff two youngster who were overwhelmed on a Saturday night. Experienced Management non existent.

Food was burnt first time. Returned I had missing chips. Refunded but chips was closed so had to have French fry’s from the main restaurant. Another woman was very unhappy with cold chips so returned but no refund. Won’t go again

Great food very friendly helpful staff reasonable prices and very tasty delicious food very filling would recommend

It says 24 hours it’s not and if you can honestly avoid it’s awful had kids nuggets so hard and disgusting chips just have no real taste batterd sausage if that’s sausage then I’m elvis !!! All in the bin 5 people and not one nice meal

Absolutely disgusting food, burnt chips unedible, worst chips ever, if your staying at whiteacres Avoid, worse than a 1 star terrible.

Disappointed - chip shop was closed. Staff member said would be for a couple of weeks. No signs stating opening times or closure
