Tea, cakes, and service was exceptional. I felt like I had popped into a friend’s house for a cup of tea. It was so warm and welcoming.

Me, Mrs and my little lad had a coffee here, they had the choice for me to have Oat milk 💛💚 which i was really happy about 💚💛 they made a baby Chino at £1 for my lad, all served with a biscoff biscuit👌 Lad also had an ice cream. Great service & Happy owners, looked lovely inside witha great choice of deserts, i would go again when we are back holiday down there.

Absolutely beautiful little place, the service was impeccable and the food so very nice, we had afternoon tea & our scones were still warm ( beautiful) We couldn't decide between white bread or brown so we were given the cutest little mixed sandwiches 😋 This place is a definite must visit when in Conwy Well Done Ladies ✨️✨️✨️

Great little coffee shop and light bites cafe staff are excellent and are very accommodating i recommend trying the Welsh rarebit and the ploughman's 5 ☆ all round

Lovely spot for a wonderful tea. We especially enjoyed sharing a Welch Cream Tea with 3 different baked goods. The scone was absolutely amazing - melt-in-your-mouth tender. Also love that they have tasty gluten-free offerings. Definitely recommend!!

The coffee shop is very quaint with friendly service and good quality food and drink on offer. It's right outside the castle so it's a busy place being pretty much the castle's cafe. Expect it to be pretty full but they're really accommodating and good value for money Parking is easy as it's just off the castle's carpark.

Wonderful place for a meal, snack and a cup of tea with a sit. Highly recommend.

Just had a lovely Welsh afternoon tea at the Castle Gallery & Tearooms. The Bara Brith was perfect. The Scones warm and tasty with local Welsh jam. Most of all the tea room has a lovely atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

I stopped by this place after visiting the castle. Its atmosphere is very beautiful. I ordered a slice of brownie (very delicious!) and a tea that came in a teapot (I had enough to drink two cups of tea!). I recommend it!

Perfect place for a coffee and a bite to eat. I can highly recommend the Bara Brith if you like fruit loaf cake. Shout out to the lady who served me, she gave me double serving as it was the last bit 👍🏻😁😁 Lovely place!! 😁😁

We stumbled across this gaff while parking the car, please I popped my head in. Only brought a peanut caramel bar and nougat. Both items were lovely.

Lovely home made cakes definitely worth a visit

The owner is so friendly and hilarious too. HUGE Man U fan ( just joking). The Welsh Rarebit was delicious and portions were more than enough. Milkshakes, soups and desserts are to die for. Beautiful tea room. A must visit destination while visiting Conwy Castle!

This is such a lovely, quaint tea rooms. Everything is set out beautifully and looks very inviting. Lovely decor and very nice food. We stopped in for a coffee and cake before heading into the castle. Staff friendly and welcoming. Would recommend a visit.

We ate here with our young children back in August. We had a cheese sandwich and a coronation chicken sandwich. We also had a Welsh cream tea with Barra Birth and Welsh cakes. The food was all good and the staff were friendly.

After a visit to beautiful Conwy, we treated ourselves to a Welsh tea: great, what tasty baked goods. We were stupid enough to forget our bag and only found out in the evening. The lovely people at Castle Gallery made every effort to return the bag to us. What service and hospitality. Kudos for this great effort.

A lovely cafe, friendly staff and very welcoming it had a good feel about it. Could have stayed for ages! I had some Welsh Bara Brith and a Latte both were lovely.

Had a lovely ploughman’s lunch here. The kids lunch boxes were good value too - sandwiches were freshly made and the kids commented how much they liked the freshly grated cheese. They also loved the gift shop and came away with a couple of souvenirs too. The staff were super-friendly and were great with the kids too.

We visited this lovely cafe for a morning drink before visiting the castle and then came back for lunch later. The owners were very welcoming. The food was also amazing. We also loved the decorations on the walls, especially the book puns poster. I would definitely recommend a visit to this cafe if you're in the area.

This was, by far, one of the most charming & fun cafes I’ve ever been too. Mum and I also had one of the most unexpected, soul-soothing + restorative adventures afterwards. Suffice it to say, I know I’ll be making a point to stop not only back at the cafe, but also at some of the gems we were directed to afterwards!

After spending a couple of hours wandering around the castle we needed a drink. There are several places to have a brew but this one had a gift shop so we could browse for naff gifts nobody wants!! The coffee was great, the atmosphere welcoming and the proprietors a wealth of local knowledge. We chatted for what seemed like ages and left feeling refreshed. We followed their advice and went to Aber Falls. Brilliant day out and a special thanks to them for recommending it. Thank you both

After dropping my wife and our grandson off at toddlers, I've been in here a couple of times. The coffee is lovely and the owner is very nice and chatted with everyone.

This is the best place you can visit to eat. The service is very good and the food even better. A comfortable and homely place. I felt at home. You can also stop by their store to bring back nice souvenirs. Greetings from Chile!!

This café is an absolute gem. The owner and his colleague could not have been more welcoming and friendly. The milkshake our daughter had was exceptional and my husband’s latte was delicious (Dwyfor Welsh coffee brand). We will definitely be back.

WE COULD NOT FAULT THIS VERY WELCOMING LITTLE CAFE WHERE I WAS OVER FACED WITH THE PORTIONS IN THE GENUINE PLOUGHMAN'S LUNCH, SO THE SURPLUS CHEESE WAS WRAPPED FOR ME TO TAKE HOME. MY PARTNER WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE SUBSTANTIAL HOME MADE VEGETABLE SOUP FOLLOWED BY CLOTTED CREAM & JAM ON THE TASTIEST LOCALLY SOURCED SULTANA SCONE. ALL VERY GOOD VALUE, WHILST DAILY THOROUGH HYGIENE ROUTINES SHOW REAL COMMITMENT. MANY THANKS FOR ROUNDING OFF OUR LONG WEEKEND HOLIDAY BEFORE WE SET OFF FOR HOME. DAVID & LORNA.

We visited the Castle Gallery Tearooms in Conwy on a midweek morning in August after a viist to the castle. We drove to Conwy and there is a good amount of (pay & display) parking nearby. The tea rooms looked very inviting as we left the castle in search of a drink and a snack. The tea was just right and the slice of cake we were served was huge! The café was reasonably busy but we managed to find a table for two and ordered a cup of tea and a slice of cake for two. The tea room is very relaxing with its white painted chairs and small tables lit by the afternoon sun coming through the windows. The tea served in a pot was just right and the slice of cake we were served was huge and very welcome after our trips up and down the various castle tower staircases! The Gallery Tearooms are split into two halves namely the tearoom and a shop selling all manner of souvenirs of your visit to Conwy and North Wales. Thoroughly recommended if you are visiting Conwy.

Just stopped for a warm drink and snack after visiting the castle. The Tea room has a lovely friendly atmosphere and nothing was too much trouble for the owners. The food was well presented and tasty. Lovely cakes too! The tea room is under new management since our previous visit last year and we will definitely be returning.

Stopped in for a toastie prior to visiting the castle. Great location and really friendly staff. Very welcoming indeed and the toastie filled a gap.

My wife and i visited this place for a coffee to warm up after being caught in the rain we have two small dogs so couldn’t go inside so my wife went in to order two lattes my wife was ignored for quite a while before the elderly woman took our order the elderly woman pulled two cups out and my wife said oh are those for our lattes and the elderly woman very abruptly said NO those are for another order no smiles no how are you where are you from are you here on holiday all the questions you would expect from someone who’s in hospitality to be honest if I had gone in I’d probably told her to go away nicely with two words but we did have a warm coffee outside and the man who works there offered to wipe down our table but by that time the moment had gone I have some advice for this cafe next time you shut up at night DON’T reopen just retire and save the good paying hard working public some money. AVOID THIS PLACE.

The older woman muddled up our order. When this was pointed out instead of apologising she was rude. Food was all right but attitude to customers appalling. They are in the wrong trade.

Visited with the family after visiting other parts of Conwy. Visited for something to eat. One of the signs said Tea and Cake £3. Asked for it and told it wasn't on today even though it didn't say any specific days or anything. Asked what kids meals were available and they read them out so quick we didn't hear half of them. Asked if there was baby changing facilities but told had to go to the castle and use theirs. Food wasn't great either, sandwiches were rather dry. I will not be returning to this place.

The elderly lady was VERY rude and needs to do a course for good customer service. She walked away into the cafe when there was a queue in the gift shop and started pottering around n there. Items wrongly priced or no prices on goods. She definitely needs to retire. Will never return. Shocking experience. Walked away empty handed. Would NOT recommend.
