Chicken Tikka Pasta with Cheese is my go-to for a work lunch. Tasty, reasonably priced and perfect when I’m starving. Definitely worth a try!

I ordered a pizza over the phone and a specificially asked for no cheese if they don't take orders without cheese they should have taken my money when I went to pick up my pizza I came across a rude lady that shouted in the shop what's wrong with my order and was saying in a jokey way I put cheese on your pizza . and she kept questioning me why don't I like cheese like its any of her business. and I when I opened my pizza she filled the whole pizza with cheese on purpose . i'm allergic to cheese just goes to show this shop can't follow simple instructions .

Popped by while in town. Saw the jacket potato displayed on the walls and asked for that. Yet got scoffed at and told that it's not on the menu. I don't mind that but there was no need for the tone and attitude to go with that information. So ordered a couple of pizzas and waited for them. Took a fair while to be ready as I think they had a fair few orders to do. I had time to spare but when I asked how long it would take I was informed it would be soon with no apology or actual time. The pizza itself was nice. Totally recommend this place for its food. But expect a side of attitude for free. Service seems as good as the hygiene of the tables. Hence we ate on the grass over the road. Hope they have better days and you have a better experience. Enjoy.

I ordered two large pizzas last night around 11:30. the quality of the food was very high and the staff are very friendly. It is the best pizza I’ve ever had. Strongly recommend ordering the food from the Corporation Street Caspian restaurant. 👍👍👍

It was disgusting baguettes again , I had it 2 times, the lady served me even I told her last time was so bad and I threw it out. Soggy baguette, couldn’t taste anything. My stomach hurts me after eaten half of that. Waste my money again , such a shame

Came in around 11:39pm to order a small veg/chicken pizza. Nothing wrong with the pizza that’s why I keep coming back. In my opinion one of the best fresh pizza places in town but Siamak the guy who took my order soo rude like if your gonna have so much attitude when im asking to pay half on cash and card, why you even working bruv do a favour and sit home and chill cos that may seem less stressful for you it seems.

My friend ordered her food and they had forgotten her order leaving us to stand here for an hour. Never coming back here again!

Completely retards wanted 40 mis for a pizza and it wasn't even busy

I'm hoping this was a one off experience. Went in and asked for a jacket potato which is on all the menus and on the walls advertised. But the lady sniggered and said they don't do that any more, it was like I should have already known already. Ordered a pizza instead, waited a fair while for it as there was a big order before me it would seem, would have been nice to know before hand. But when I finally got my pizza it was actually pretty nice and their home made sauce went really well with it.

Gave me the wrong order & Rude staff they not taking food orders over the phone when the guy feels like it he says come in to order & they use one glove when preparing food but seem to be touching food with the other hand that has no gloves on disgusting service I won't be eating from here again! Asked for a manger he said no name & come in at 11am & I will be reporting to trading standards also

absolutely love the pizza and the shawarma and chips. Very satisfied with the amount of toppings they add and the staff is very sweet.

Food is good, prices also, but the lady taking orders should smile a little...

With all the respect I have for people but I don't recommend people to come and eat here, the food is great but costumer service is rubbish. Today I camed in this shop to order 2 pizza and one of the ladies there that I don't even know she threatens me and wants to call the police. I think this behaviour should not be tolerated and its disgusting.

Good food Fast service and low cost

Brilliant option for work lunch that doesn't cost you a fortune. We visited for lunch and everything in the menu costs less than £5 which is half of what I would end up paying for a basic lunch in London. The large portion of the mixed pasta with extra cheese cost £4.40 which is real good value. The food was served quickly so there was no long wait times. Highly recommended for work lunches.

Not made clear how small the ‘regular’ pizza was on Uber Eats. Disappointed.

My family was visiting Birmingham last week and unfortunately decided to order from Caspian Pizza, which was only about a 10 minute walk from our hotel. What a terrible choice that was! It took over 1.5 hours for our pizza to be delivered, even though we only live right down the street. When the pizza finally arrived, it was completely average - nothing special about it at all. But the worst part was that they clearly did not accommodate my severe mushroom allergy, even though I emphasized it multiple times when placing the order. The pizza they brought had tons of mushroom on it that made me very sick after eating it. I tried calling the restaurant repeatedly to complain, but no one ever picked up the phone. It seems obvious to me that they purposefully ignored my allergy request and sent food covered in mushrooms that they knew could make me ill. Just completely negligent and dangerous behavior from this establishment. I highly suggest avoiding Caspian Pizza at all costs. Their customer service is practically non-existent, they don't deliver food in a timely manner, and they clearly do not care about customer health and safety. We will certainly never order from them again when we visit Birmingham. There are plenty of other pizza places in town that I'm sure will be faster, tastier and not send food that will cause an allergic reaction. Stay far away from Caspian!

Since I ordered a persian dish (koobideh) and I'm iranian, my expectations are high. The food was obviously re-heated and wasn't fresh, the taste would be better if it was fresh for sure. But as I ordered midnight I can't ask for more.

Ordered a meal deal pepperoni and Hawaiian regular pizzas and two cans for lunch today. £10.99. Perfectly cooked, fresh ingredients, really tasty and good value for money. Handy location for BCH. Definitely recommend 👍.

Great pizza and decent prices. We ordered the cheese crust pizza with chicken toppings. The chef mistakenly made us a pizza with a normal crust. When pointed out by us they were quick to replace it for us and we appreciate this gesture! Would definitely visit again.

I have ordered food online and have to wait atleat for 1 hour n long. The wait was not worth-it as food was so cold i refuse to eat it. Also the pizza i ordered was wrong toping. Never want to order my food from this again.

Was reluctant to try due to a hearing bad stuff years ago about another caspian branch some years ago i was hungry so thought I'd give it a go inside setup looks decent outside sign could be more lit up as looks as if its closed, food wasn't to bad surprised they didn't do chips/fries and I did ask for meals but no crisps gave with order

Brought a doner kebab with chips. Chips were soooo over cooked and reheated ones. The donner kebab was cold, would never recommend this place. Awful

I ordered a baguette and got salad instead

Upset our stomach!! A group of us ordered from here - 2 of us got bad stomach aches, and one's stomach felt uncomfortable but was otherwise okay. The taste of the pizza was also not good. We weren't expecting the best food considering the price, however, we did not think it would be so bad that it would make us ill.

We ordered as a group but the large Chicken Tandoori Pizza had only 4 small pieces of chicken on the whole pizza. This was fine as we got a discounted meal deal but the garlic bread was oozing with so much grease. It did not have much taste and the cheese tasted like plastic. I've ordered pasta previously which was nice.

It's alright but the selection of pizzas is very small, the crust is very thin and to top it all off there are no fries!!! That's a no for me since I like fries alongside a pizza.

They're not classical pizzas and the price has gone up since the restructuring. However, they are still pretty good pizzas and a there are a variety of healthy alternates like pasta and paninis. A bit much cheese but not crazy overdone.

Only ordered from here once, the pizza was delicious. I don't like their capian sauce, but their pizza was delicious! 5 stars!

Completely revamped interior, it now looks a lot better and up to 2019 standards The seating is comfortable and the overall decor is nice The pizza is your standard pizza but it does the job

Do not order from here, they are a con! The shops up for renovations and they still took the money from online order! And when we turned up at the shop denied they had! Weve reported them to trading standards.

Tbh quality ,given there quite low prices, can't really be argued much. This doesn't means there isn't room for improvement. Staff are friendly and food is served comparatively fast. The place it self needs some work on to make it more appealing to customers. It is suggested for students who are in rush and Iranians who have missed Tehran's Bazaars' pizza test!

fake caspian. not the same as the others. they do not know how to make a pizza. they dont sell fries or chips rather a packet of crisp. there pasta is only item you would want to get.
