Caspian Pizza in Birmingham

They forgot to give me my fries.

The meal was absolutely delightful.

I got a XL calafonia chicken pizza on sunday the girl made it .I asked for extra cream so it would be nice and moist.but it was awful dry and bland couldn't taste anything what a waste of money .normally the guy makes it .but the girl carnt cook

I can't believe how ridiculous this store is! I placed my order at 11:40 AM, and there was a pre order option available, so I thought everything was fine. The store accepted my order and even provided an estimated delivery time of 12:40 PM. Now, after sitting here for an entire hour, just waiting for my food, I get a notification that my order was cancelled at 1:06 PM! What the heck is going on? If you weren't planning to deliver, why on earth did you take an hour to cancel my order? It’s infuriating! And to make matters worse, I only received a measly 10% discount on your website. This is completely unacceptable! I expected better service and transparency from your store. I’m beyond frustrated! And after calling the store the guy is telling me that i ordered from the wrong place, we couldn’t deliver @ ur address ( at the time of delivery he is telling me this ) and store doesn’t open till 1? I mean what the hell i know where i ordered from there was pre order option available!! This store is just pathetic!! Never order from here! Also i want my money back! You have not refunded my amount!

it was ok nothing to shout about. it was only warm when we got it but that could've been the fact there are temp traffic lights on the way to mine. might try again but collect next time. then I can give a proper review. so don't be put off by this.

Ordered 2 Xl chicken pizzas and in return I got a bloody cheese and tomato pizza! I paid £29.99 for absolutely no reason! Do not recommend at all!!!!

Regular pizza. For who? Warwick Davis??? All I was craving was a caspian pizza, I think about this pizza often. Today I ordered a regular pizza thinking that would feed 3 people for lunch. Wrong! I wasn't expecting "regular" to mean I needed to get out my reading glasses to see it. Allow me to share with you some market research: a dominos SMALL is 9.5 inches, pizza hut SMALL is 9 inches. So tell me why a REGULAR pizza comes in at a whopping 7 inches? False advertising, who expects it to be a small, especially the smallest of all pizza chains. And the price? £11.99. An absolute disgrace. Never will I return to a caspians.

Brilliant service! They excepted my order and called me to inform me that they will deliver it well before 1pm that was stated! The driver was extremely friendly, polite and told me to enjoy the rest of my day! Thank you I now have 5 stamps so I will have £13.05 off my next pizza!

Everyone loves the food from Caspian pizza, we always have the same meal deal, meal deal 2 we are always satisfied and full up! The meal deal contains a 12 inch pizza, a variety of chose for 2 sides, 2 dips but always have an extra one, the Caspian dip thank you, and two drinks! I now have 3 stamps to get a discount

I love the food from caspian pizza, like I mentioned before I have had a bad experience from caspian but the experience is really enjoyable! The driver was a different driver that I normally have but he was very pleasant, polite and hoped I had a good day and enjoy the food

Food is always very hot on delivery and always fresh. Always fast delivery & great service from this caspian. This Caspian is the best and I wouldn't change to another caspian. Delivery drivers are always polite and friendly too.

i love this place so much it’s my family’s go-to restaurant. it never disappoints, the food is always cooked perfectly and the delivery is always on time. the only thing i would say is that the chicken burger meal is overpriced for what it is

Just ordered a regular pizza & 2 boxes of fries. When I got the pizza home the cheese was orange on the pizza & the filling of ham & pineapple was just soggy on it. Hardly any pineapple might I add & found it difficult to find the ham. I've gad pizza from here before & it was nice but this was the pits tonight. Never again!

The app stated that the food had been delivered when it hadn’t! I called up the store and the operator was very rude and abrupt when I asked where my order was! He stated that the driver was outside and I had to open the door straight away, I went to the door and nobody was there so I called them up again to be told he was at the wrong address! I finally got my food 5 minutes later but the chips seemed really dry!

Poor not much topping small portion of fries

it was absolutely divine! The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, just the way I like it. Every bite was a delight, and I couldn't help but go back for seconds. If you're ever in Birmingham, you have to try this place! Trust me, you won't be disappointed. 🍕✨

Delivery man went the completely wrong place and then said he had a puncture in his there. He had to walk from where he was and all the food was freezing cold.

Ordered two pizzas which had been stored vertically crushing half of the pizzas ruining the food.

Unfortunately the food quality wasn't good yesterday, it's usually brilliant. This time the pizza was burnt, the chicken wings were under cooked and the burger buns were very hard. I am hoping this was a one off issue as I usually really like this Caspian shop.

The food is great from here and they always fulfil my special request and make the pizza exactly how i like it so thank you!

The pizzas were burnt around the crust, like they had been reheated in their oven and this is the second time we've ordered fries and they came hard as twigs. Not happy at all and thinking not going to order from them again.

This is the best caspian shop I have ever ordered from. The food is always fresh and hot on delivery. The staff from here are so respectful, the delivery driver even takes his time to bring my order up some stairs. I highly recommend this shop to all.

Very rude staff. I would recommend going to the Moseley branch. I ordered for delivery 3 large pizzas ( one pizza enough for 3-4ppl) a they only gave me 3 sauces. I would not recommend using this place.

Ordered via Uber 1 Margarita and 1 spicy beef regular pizzas and 4 fries that were B.O.G.O.F. Charged nearly £30 for the wrong pizzas and fries that were horrid. Phoned and got told to contact Uber.

Shocking service from these guys. Really poor customer service. No atequete. Failed to deliver my order and taken my money. Please avoid this place and stick to Caspian on Moseley road.

Won’t be ordering from here again. I ordered Calafornian chicken pizza which is a creamy filling but my pizza was dry like a buscuit

I love bombay Badboy pizza with stuffcrust.

Another delicious pizza. Only slight negative- I ordered extra garlic and could only taste it slightly. I still wouldn't knock off any stars though.
