So far, I had mixed burger (beef & marinated chicken) with fries, a spicy special pizza, and wings with mild flavour. The burger was juicy, fresh, and cheesy. The amazing spicey pizza has high quality ingredients and authentic taste of Caspian pizza. Chicken wings! Tasty, premium sauce and absolutely delicious. The location is also very convenient and they offer fast delivery as well. It's highly recommended.

I ordered pizza last night, it was so delicoius and i enjoyed ,also they have unbelivable fast delivery.

I'v ordered Tandoori hot pizza along with fries, both were so tasty and we really enjoyed. The way that they spread toppings were also nice and made the pizza looks great. They have also provided us some extra dips on house which was fantastic. I will go there again and do recommend them.

Ordered a vegetarian pizza, and found meat on it halfway through eating. The pizza itself was very average, really lacked flavour. Wouldn't recommend, ESPECIALLY to vegetarians.

Pizza was delicious but absolutely poor customer service. Very rude person on the phone. I ordered from UberEats but was unable to track the order because caspian had their own workers delivering. Got a random phone call being told the delivery was outside but when I stood outside nobody was there. I then proceeded to call the restaurant since there was no answer from the number that just called me. When I called the restaurant I was met with such attitude the guy responded “ just call the number init don’t call me “ despite explaining that I couldn’t get thru to the number. I then waited for an extra five mins at my door waiting for the other delivery to turn up. Turns out he was at the wrong address the whole time. Such a shame that poor communication and lack of respect from the staff at caspian has led me to write a poor review. Please work on your customer it makes a whale of a difference.

Take away v fast service always v tasty and hot pizza

Ordered for delivery. Firstly, the driver who works for capital couldn’t find the address (never had this issue with a delivery before). To make it worse, there was a small chicken bone in the pizza. Luckily it was picked up by myself and not by my toddler. Won’t be ordering from here again.

My partner and I both had pasta meals so we can't vouch for the pizza's, but after having such a lovely time we are definitely going to be returning again soon. Also at 6 courses of food and 4 drinks between us for under £70, it's great value for money too.

Cant' get order right but will still take your cash and refuse to deliver. Dude got one job! Now they're closed and there Is no dinner. Incompetant. Ignore the star, they don't deserve 1.

Got food poisoning from their food. A day after eating their food, ended up with diarrhoea, high fever and aches and pains. Shame as the food tastes decent but obviously not stored/prepared properly.

No customer service and bad food

Way too overpriced for the quality/quantity you're getting.. & please do not even think about ordering cheesecake (frozen) or salad (only lettuce) from these people 😂 will cost you £3 each, had to dump them in the bin

Doesn't even deserve one star. The staff is rude and arrogant. We ordered £28.00 worth of food and they didn't even get our order right. We asked for no salami or pepperoni and they still put it on. They even spoke rudely to my mum who placed the order. Definitely would never order from here again.

I brought a pizza home after a night out in Harborne and we loved it. This is our favourite pizza place and drive 25 minutes to get it.

Nice service and short wait but the pizza was quite frankly grim. Thick and doughy with no flavour hardly any tomato base and cm thick rubber cheese.

Ordered my usual burger 🍔😋 from here again this evening and I have to admit that it was one the best burgers I ever had in my life. Also THE BEST burger in town. The food was Amazing! You could taste the food and tell all the ingredients were top quality and fresh. Keep up caspian 👍👍👍👍🙏

It's a fast food restaurant so the food isnt Michelin starred, thus the 4 stars. However, they make the best peri peri salt I've ever had- which is hard by the way. I would definitely recommend Caspian and it's always my go to place for a bite on the high street.

Very quick, polite service and wonderful food as always. They're doing their absolute best adapting to the Covid situation and maintaining distancing rules whilst making whatever they can more available for their customers. Would definitely recommend. :)😀😀

Firstly the customer service when speaking to the staff over the phone is great, really polite and helpful. The delivery is quick and the driver is polite. Last but not least the food is amazing, arrives fresh and hot & is a major difference compared to the other pizza places. Best caspain for sure.

Shoddy customer service and poor quality, I ordered and was told it would be ready in 10 min. They were late in starting the pizza. My cab showeed up and pizza was not ready. I got billed for my cab. I complained and they just argued the toss. Not even an apology. Pizza was soggy

Ordered food for collection today and said it would be 10mins, when I arrived it was already and waiting for me to pick up. The Peri Peri Chicken meal was delicious and full of flavor, the Chips have to be some of the best I've tasted in a long time! Fresh, Golden, Crispy and piping hot. The BBQ chicken wings were delicious as always. Friendly staff and a nice clean environment. I will be returning.
