bit late but the food was great and thanks for the free chips.

the orders got mixed up, gravy on the wrong meal and no drink, left everyone disappointed 😑

Always great food but sadly got my order wrong as I asked for a plain burger but it came with cheese and im allergic to cheese.

Chips wasn’t cooked and didn’t get what we asked for!! I asked for a cone but didn’t get a cone!

Haven't been here for a while ....disappointed with the quality ...the chips which the kids had most off them were black had to discard half of them and they shared what was left.. Not sure if it's changed hands ....I shall nit be returning any time soon

Chips were completely inedible everything else was fine, onion rings were also burnt and the fish tasted funny. Usually don't have a problem with this place but I was disappointed with what we got.

Curry sauce wasn’t very nice, very watery and cheap tasting. Kids meal was overcooked and a bit rubbery. Otherwise everything else was nice

Items were missing, upon calling they were reluctant to resend the correct food out they first wanted to credit us for our next order and add extra food, after a second call they expected us to collect from them when we had delivery for the missing items. Won’t be using again.

Ordered fish and chips. Got french fries. Where do they fit in with fish and chips ?

the Chips tasted like that were warmed up in a microwave meat was dry as duck never ordering from here again 😒

The fish was rubbery and the chips weren’t hot but coldish, best thing from this place is the battered Mars bar

Food was disgusting. Only ordered as our usual was closed and we ordered from Caspian a few years ago and it was alright. Never again! I ordered a large chicken zinger meal and the portion was tiny and soggy, the zinger burger had nothing but 2 tiny pieces of wet chicken that were no bigger than nuggets and no option to add any salad or sauce. When I say wet, it was like it was put in a sink full of water. One portion of chips was missing and the scampi was hard and microscopic. Disgusting!!!!

Great big chunky cod, nice chips, also added a B&J ice cream to the order but missing from delivery, rung to enquire and told they hadn’t got any and I was to be refunded…

This is not the actual address of this chip shop I traveled from Skegby back to Chesterfield and was going to call in the chip shop turns out the address is for a village called pillsley so I could have made a detour on the way home to get tea instead I come here and it's two houses and a school. I should have read the last review I would have known that this is the wrong address. this should have been sorted out by the business

Fish was nice but Luke warm, chips were nearly cold and the mushy peas were more peas swimming in a pea green soup. I won't be ordering from here again.

Very disappointed .Fries not cooked enough so inedible a nd scampi tough like rubber.last order was beautiful. Sorry will not be ordering from here again spat out scampi as so awful

The order was wrong. No pittas with the kebabs and very little salad. They had done doner meat and chips which is not was ordered. Disappointed

ordered 10" garlic bread with cheese and jalapeños, no jalapeños. Chips n cheese were ok and as warm as the sausage 🤷 ......Not overly impressed. Won't rush to reorder.

Fish was lovely. However chips were dry and didn't taste fresh.

Food didn’t arrive within the allocated time so we rang them. The First person we spoke to was incredibly rude and had a completely different excuse to The manager who said they had been to the address and the people who answered said they hadn’t ordered food although that wasn’t us, eventually they grudgingly “redelivered” it, 45 mins late the food eventually came it was freezing cold and pretty much inedible can’t say we will be ordering again and would advise others don’t either.

Food was a little cold but to be fair we were bit further out from where they are but we've been looking for a new regular shop to use this is our second order the cod was amazing this is definitely our new regular now

Every time we order from here , says a delivery time and way over shoots it ... We always have to ring the restaurant to make sure it's still coming and they are so arrogant on the phone its disgraceful. Food was also cold as it was obviously sat for a while 😔

Food arrived early which was nice However the food itself was very bland and soggy. The chicken wasn't very nice either and there was a piece of plastic in it. A shame cause when i've collected food in person, i've not had a problem.

This does not exist in this location. Drove here to find out it's a school and we didn't fancy school dinners 🤣 so drove home hungry

Food was hot and fresh for the time it was delivered, which I was pleased about. The delivery driver didn't speak, just gave me my food and took off. I understand it was quite late when I ordered, but I still expect the same service and professionalism no matter the time of day.

Was supposed to have salt on the fish and chips but there was none. Asked in the notes for salt and vinegar on the sausage meal and they didn't put any. Also the drinks were not cold at all.

Just eat show offers that are not available, not the chips shops fault but could have handled it better. Bottle of pop missing from order that had to be argued for, won’t be back.

Delivery driver tried keeping the change. The fish was none existent among the block of batter.Chips were ok but gone downhill badly since i last used that place. £3.50 in charges just down the road. Go elsewhere!!

Chips had an awful twang to them, as if refried and some weren't cooked at all. Fried chicken had barely any skin/batter on it. Paid £20 to throw in the bin. Won't order from here again.

I loved the Toscana pizza. Not tried it before but it’s delicious, especially with garlic Mayo on it and the onion rings are superb

Rather disappointing with the food I had last night only thing was good about it is the dr pepper and mozzarella sticks definitely won't be ordering again I had large chips and curry with fish cake and a battered sausage they was definitely over cooked and the fish cake was under it was horrible you used to be a good chippy

Very rare that they are late, food is great, we are repeat customers.

Turned up late and food was stone cold. Rang up to tell them and said it had only just left… it must of been sat for an hour. Never will I give them money again. There customer service is shocking and the food has gone down hill massively

Paid for mixed meat and chips and just got donor meat and chips order from here all down proper massive let down tried ringing to discuss and phone went unanswered

It's a shame that the cold condiment was warmer than the food. The chips looked like they were dragged from behind and under the fryer. Very disappointing food. Certainly won't be using establishment again.

My 2nd time using Caspian and it was as good as the first. Lovely food and good portion size.

All the foods are so mouth watering and the service much better which makes them best in the town, must visit once.

They sent me the wrong meal and the food was also cold the burger was threw in the box did not look nice at all although the meat tasted good would of been better hot!!

Took forever to get here and items missing.

Food arrived everything was stone cold, the large chips I ordered I struggled to get a dozen decent chips they were all tiny ends and the fish was full of bones, have you ever tried microwave chips and fish due to having to reheat it was nothing short of disgusting.

I ordered my dinner to be delivered in 2 hours time and they still managed to be 30 mins late and when I received my food it was cold, I ordered this to come on time so that my child could go trick or treating due to it coming so late she missed out. I also asked for salt and viniger on my food and they didn't provide. I'm not happy with my order

The batter on the fish was a little bit soggy but, apart from that very nice.

Order was late. The food was disgusting rubbery batter on the fish and battered sausage kabab full of gristle no flour to gravy and peas. Very disappointed waste of money.

Excellent meal as usual. Cannot fault these guys 😊
