delivery driver what a nightmare, came very early whilst I was at the shop, which I didn't mind so I ran back before finishing the shop even though the delivery was so early, and his attitude was awful, very aggressive and angry, not good

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! Made an order and not only was the advertised time long, the order did not arrive as expected. Upon delivery, the pizza was completely inedible due to it being tipped upside down and completely destroyed. Having spoken to the takeaway, they agreed to redeliver, which was again later than they advised, only to ask for the destroyed pizza to be returned, after I’d already explained I had binned it. Their delivery drivers are rude, the food quality is terrible! AVOID!!!!!!

First of all this whole place is a red flag 🚩 for cross contaminations and serious hygienic issues. The guy who made the pizza had a good scratch on his lower back before the whole food process. One guy wore the same gloves for all the food processing. They were all talking something foreign language, the whole communication was the numbers in English I had to pay. Delivery people were on in the food preparation area the whole time (in the 20 mins I had to wait). Chips was tasteless. Pizza was horrible, I had a bite then bin all. Waste of time, waste of money. They need further communication and personal hygiene training - including their home delivery staff. No, they won’t see me around again. I HIGHLY NOT recommend this place to anyone who has at least basic expectations for the food they want to consume for their money 💰

I order from here quite regularly and today I had a jacket potatoe and it was delicious my new fav thanks guys

Food was stone cold when we got it. The mixed kebab that was supposed to be Donna and chicken meat was only Donna meat so that’s not a mixed kebab. Usually the food from here is great but not this time. Which was very disappointing!

Kabab stated it would be in a 12” pizza box but came in a normal box. Didn’t ask for sauce on chips just extra red salt and extra bbq sauce in kabab. That’s not doner meat. Definitely not 100% lamb anyway. Shouldn’t be calling it doner if it’s not 100% lamb maybe inspectors should go around and test it see if they taking us for fools.

Hi guys I just wanted to let you know I don’t really like pizza it to oily and greasy and pepperoni was poor quality like from ( Saka Peperoni) i will remove my review after ur response don’t want to effect my business but I would like to help u guys if you wanted ur customer come back again pls use good quality ingredients good quality cheese,pepperoni and other stuff i can direct you to Rafala Uk just google it they have all Italian ingredients and best quality.don’t take wrong and take opportunity

I ordered a chicken burger and it only had half the bun plus I didn’t get the free garlic bread even though I spent over £25

usually pizza is my go-to from Caspian ,,tonight I went for the lasagna and cheesy garlic bread . the lasagna is really good ,,tasty,filling and had a good side salad ,,they always load the cheesy garlic bread,,as ever it was delicious..I also got a piece of chocolate cake and toffee cheesecake( I didn't eat it all tonight 😭)both were decent size slices ,,I would recommend all of you try the Caspian ,the food is always well cooked and tastes 😍

we always go to the Caspian for our pizzas ,,they are always lovely with loads of toppings ,,,they also make fabulous burgers and a beautiful lasagna ,,it's the one place I know the food will always be fresh,,well cooked,,and most of all delicious

Food was great, burgers are decent. They sent a regular pizza instead of a large, but it had a decent amount of toppings.

The Caspian is at the end of my road ,,we used them fairly regularly between the three of us...the pizzas are the best ones I have ever had ,,always hot and always have plenty of toppings 😊

Food didnt arrive and there wpnt answer the calls yhey have marked it as delivered but nothing has turned up

Come on guys I order from u regular because the food is quick and hot and fresh and tasty. Because the delivery guy apparently came here which he didn't my food was taken back to the shop. I rang and then was delivered by a lovely man. But the food is awful cold not good enough guys had a long day disappointed.

The food is really nice . Only problem is I ordered a plain garlic bread and it came with cheese on but other than that everything was good

pizza cold fries covered in mayo when asked for a separate tub due to allergy not good. they know exactly how we have our food as we order a few times a week

As always I can’t fault this place. I’ve been inactive for about 4 months. But luckily nothing has changed. The biggest praise from me isn’t the food Quality although 5star. The price although. 5 star. It’s always for me the 5 star. Service. The delivery drivers are the backbone of this company.
