Nice late night pizza joint on way back to London from Anfield.

I order quite often from here the food is always great but deliver usually takes a while but just lately they have new deliver drivers that are quick, polite and friendly, even when the order was slightly wrong the driver, kelvin I think his name was, eeny out if his way to ensure the rest of the order was delivered.

Very delicious kebab and best pizza in old swan Liverpool. 10/10 , very clean place and friendly staff. One of the oldest and Best pizzas pasta burger and a kebab In Liverpool great quality best price, staff always nice. Served by experienced, friendly staff. The pizzas and onion rings were delicious, but I didn't like the fries. Great price as I bought two 9” pizza meal deals for myself, my two sons and my sister. I would recommend this take away.

horrendous customer service. missing food items with no refund or effort to replace. waited longer than expected ETA.

Would have given no stars but that is not an option, awful service, awful attitude, wait time was well over what it was supposed to be AND they forgot our chips, which we have payed for. Then blatantly LIED telling us that they were in the bag, guess they must have grown legs and walked off! Will not be ordering again

Me and my friends have literally just had this experience. I usually never leave reviews, even if we’ve had a bad experience, because I know that mistakes can easily be made. After over an hour of waiting and being met with attitude over the phone, our food arrived. However, our friend had ordered a large chips which did not end up showing. I then rang up, as my friend was sick of doing it herself, and the response was disgraceful. The man literally insisted he had put the food in the bag. Funny, because it was nowhere to be seen. He straight up told us there was nothing he could do, no apology, nothing, as if we were lying about not receiving a bag of chips. Do not order from here. So my friend has payed for this and has now lost money because her food didn’t show. Horrendous service with no means of refunding/solution to the situation. The food was also mediocre at best.

Food over an hour late, rude on the phone when trying to find our order, didn’t deliver everything and proceeded to shout/gaslight us when we called and said that some of the food we ordered didn’t come. Worst take away in Liverpool!! Avoid at all cost!!!!!!

Please take this review with a grain of salt as everyone has different tastes… For context I ordered the creamy chicken and mushroom pasta and a garlic cheesy calzone from Uber eats. So! Let’s get on with the review: The pasta tasted really bland and had little to no sauce. I’m not the person to overload my own pasta with too much creamy sauce but this just felt like it was made with water and cream. I hate to say it, but I actually threw the pasta I ordered in a pan and started adding my own herbs and spices to it to add a little flavour. the pasta also arrived a little cold was just not fulfilling for the price. I don’t live far at all so should’ve been relatively warm/ hot. The portion size was lovely though ☺️ The calzone was OKAY at best. Nice n cheesy, warm and gooey as people like it, but little to no garlic. It just felt like bread and cheese slapped together. My food did take about 1 hour and 10 mins to arrive despite living not far from the location, and while I’ll offer some understanding for customer demand and wait times, it just felt a bit of a let down when you’re hungry at 9pm. (Usually food at max would take 45 mins for me). I’ve loved this place for a while for their pizzas as they’re lovely, but the pasta is just not it. Somethings definitely changed in casa pizza because it used to be really good. I’m not sure if I’d order here again to be honest unless I’m starting to see a good review somewhere on here or something changes. The staff are very friendly there at least! Hope this helps :)

Ordered online and received the wrong order around an hour later tried phoning but kept getting busy line which went on all night’ called back today and got through but spoke to member of staff who was rude and couldn’t give a damn, so basically I paid £11.00 for small carton of cold fries that went in the bin, (never again).

I ordered a Calzone pizza as I’ve not had one for years, but instantly regretted it. The first one turned up flat with barely any toppings in it. It had no hard exterior and even had cheese melted on top of it. I phoned them up to complain and was sent another one. This one turned up bigger, but still no outer pasty shape or texture and again had cheese on top of it. The inside was completely under cooked and the cheese wasn’t even melted, nor hot to touch which is odd for a fresh pizza. You could even pick up the cheese in clumps as it’s not melted. The toppings inside were also not cooked. I rang them up again only to be told there’s nothing they could do and the pizza can’t be cooked anymore. I don’t know how they drew that conclusion as they used to cook them fine 15 years ago, but today, they don’t even know how to make one! Even the accompanying onion rings were warm, soggy and tasted of rancid oil which I’m still burping up, now. I feel absolutely robbed by them.

First off, I don’t like leaving reviews as I know mistakes can be made, but felt the compulsion to warn others as it’s ridiculous how substandard it was. The pizza place couldn’t even do a Calzone pizza as it’s totally different to anything I’ve ever seen before. The first calzone turned up flat, with barely any filling, no pasty shape nor texture and even had a layer of cheese on top of it. They brought me another one which was not cooked through as the cheese inside it hadn’t even melted and was still in grated string form and the meat wasn’t cooked either! They went on to say there wasn’t anything else they could do about it as this was the second pizza. I feel absolutely robbed by them as even the accompanying onion rings left a horrible after taste and was again undercooked in rancid oil. Stay away.

I do not recommend this place, it is a waste of money, starting with the quality of the pizzas and the delivery man's service was terrible. Last night I ordered some pizzas and the delivery guy was calling me because he wanted me to go pick it up at an address that wasn't my house. After 10 minutes he arrived so he was on the street in front and he didn't want to take the delivery to my door. house. I had to tell him that I didn't have the key in my hands and that if he didn't bring it to the door I couldn't get out. He arrived with a very bad attitude, the delivery man was very rude, he almost threw the pizzas at me, the pizzas arrived cold, they were very poor quality salty. I do not recommend this site, it is a waste of money

Tried Casa Pizza on a few occasions in the past and was always hit and miss. I thought I’d try it again. I feel compelled to write about my experience this time. Ordered 2 kebab meals, requested fresh meat and was met with a 40 minute wait & an attitude. Got home and the kebab meat was shockingly awful. Extremely thin meat - I could see through it and tasted a bit weird. Fries were cold and rock hard. They had clearly been cooked and had been sitting there the whole wait time. 2 people had come in and we watched them get their order together before they got our order together. (They might have ordered online, but we were still waiting 15 mins prior to them coming in) Don’t waste your money, time and effort coming here. Avoid this place at all costs.

I've only left 1 star as there's no option to leave zero orders our food driver arrived then dropped our order on the ground then took the money out of my partners hand and left leaving half our food over the floor rang the restaurant to be told we're now shut although there was still over 1 hr left until they actually did close then was asked to ring back the next day then the delivery driver came on the phone and asked why I was blaming him for it i offered him to come back and view the cctv footage then he hung up on me and then they wouldn't answer the phone again and to top it off he never gave me any change so I've basically paid £25 for a bottle of pepsi

Great value in pricing, family deal never beats. Can easily pickup or get delivery, has served me and my family right for dinner. Thanks Casa Pizza, brill job. ⭐️

Very polite and friendly staff.... I have just finished a cheese burger and chips from their and I can say, it was delicious!!

Waited over an hour for delivery, when it finally came they sent the complete wrong order, wrong size pizzas etc, so I told the driver and he rang the shop and i was told they would send the rest of my order for an extra charge so I just said no because my little one was crying because she was hungry so I had what was sent, until I sit down to eat the garlic bread was like a block of bricks in a box rock hard and stale no cheese it was like a hard crust of bread, the pizza was freezing cold bottom was rock hard and the top was like left over pizza from the night before so I returned the order, would not order from here again and the hygiene wernt the best either so glad I got the wrong order coz I got to see who cooked my food.

Ordered chicken kebab , cheesy chips and a can of coke. The chicken kebab was raw and there was no cheese on the chips. Rang back to ask for a refund and they wouldn’t give me one, they gave me my orders again however the chips still had no cheese on. When I rang back to let them know about my food being wrong and raw the staff were very rude. Won’t be ordering from here ever again.

Never normally a problem but my order took over an hour an a half to come an I asked for a plan wrap with just ketchup and it came with all salad. The pizza was way to tough to even eat and when you call to try get in contact with them no one answers.

Best kebabs in Liverpool. Been coming here over 20 years. Whenever I'm out of town and get a kebab it's never as good and makes me realise how lucky I am this place is so close. Pizzas and burgers are nice too, but kebabs are 10/10.

Worst chicken burger I’ve ever had🤮 I literally watched the guy water down a bottle of mayonnaise so expectations was not great from the initial order but a half cooked half frozen burger and soggy chips were insulting

Congratulations..worst takeaway in Liverpool. First time user to this takeaway. Yesterday 5/ 5/ 20..spent over £17. On the order via Just Eat. CALZONI. black and burnt on both sides.😥. ALL FOOD COLD. Delivery time was supposed to be 45 minutes ..1 hour and ten minutes we waited. I understand extra delay in delivery but for me to call to ask questions where is my order, NOT GOOD. would not recommend unless you want burnt and cold food.

I phoned up 2 order and told him my last order had no chips . So he said he would send them this time . Never arrived so i phoned back and he rudely said he would send them next order not only did he say he will send them on next order also no pitta bread with meal . Salad was warm too then he told me to f##k off and said f##k yourself i am not a slave and too f##k myself . Believe me he just messed with the wrong person . Also chicken is cold . Believe me this place has gone rubbish . Check my other reviews not being nasty i have never been spoken to like that over the phone ever in my life .

Worse kebab and pizza I've ever had. I asked tonight for more tomato on one of the kebabs and got only one slice of tomato mixed kebab is very much under cooked bottom of pizza is not cooked still hard. The whole order is going in the bin. I would say to people please do not use here. It was a nice kebab and pizza shop before. But not anymore!

Just horrible. Order was dispatched 23:11 but never arrived. When called to a restaurant staff is being sooo rude and telling me I recieved the order. No apology what so ever. Never ordering again!!!!!!!!!!

Some of the food was missing and if you do get your food prepare for it to be burnt to crisp.

Their pizza prices are a bit higher than they should be, and their quality is a hit and miss depending on days, but more often than not, its really good. Regardless, near Croxteth, this is one of the best pizza places.

Waited almost two hours and when we called them they said that I did not answer when they called me and also when their driver arrived I declined my order. This is not even funny...

We usually have amazing service but the past few times we have had a bad experience. We waited an hour and a half for a pizza, called again, and then they made us wait another half an hour for our meal. When it arrives they had sent us he complete opposite to what we ordered, and we now have food that has been wasted due to their mistake.
