Amazing and Fresh quality food, lovely staff as well and a very reasonable price for the level of quality !

I've been working in Buckley for the last couple of months and fancied a cooked lunch for a change. I ordered an all day breakfast at Carmelo's. Best breakfast I've had in a long time...... And the bacon? Proper old style bacon, thick with a crispy rind, delicious. Friendly, smiling staff and customers and a nice atmosphere.

Excellent service, great food, great customers - I returned (briefly) to Buckley for a day and felt like I had never left - no one in the cafe knew or recognised me but the welcome was first class - no disrespect meant, it's cafe food but it's great cafe food - I've eaten in Michelin starred places in the UK, Portugal, Spain etc- but this was impressive - (in a Ronseal kind of way - you know what I mean) - service top notch - top marks to all I met during my brief return - will I visit again - absolutely 👍👍 if I have no other reason to pop into Buckley - this seems like a good enough reason to me - well done, pat on the back to both staff and customers alike - thank you for making me so welcome 😁😁😁😁

The cafe looks a litle tired BUT dont let this put you off,very friendly italian family run business,great breakfast,don't expect fancy Latte capaccinos, you have flat white or milky coffee,and good strong tea in a mug.Food is very good and very reasonably priced,Go here weekly to meet family /friends for a bacon toastie and a milky coffee.

Hubby and I go to Buckley from Chester. We do some shopping but our trip there is especially to go to Carmelo's. The food is always delicious and the staff very friendly and welcoming

We were heading for Anglesey, but needed a break from the journey, so turned off for Buckley. (Bwcle) There was actually quite a choice. Carmelo’s is, how can we put it, a bit downmarket. But do not let that put you off. You get a lovely Welsh welcome and the bacon butties were delicious. The other food looked good as well. The coffee lacks sophistication, but was strong enough for no complaint. However, latte and flat white appeared to be the same! I followed this up with mince pies and hot custard, a first time for breakfast, but a novel idea worth repeating. We came away happy.

Stopped off with my wife for breakfast after shopping in Buckley. It was fresh local produce and was cooked well.

What a brilliant little place! Visited today with mum and mum in law for a quick bite to eat. Not the poshest of cafe's but food great, cheap, well cooked and brilliant staff. Will deffo visit again.😄
