6 of us went for lunch on Friday!!! Great service and lovely food!

First time visiting. Very friendly family pub. What was noticeable and important was how clean the loo's are. Well done.

A fairly recent "discovery" of mine, this is a great place. Family friendly, great food, lovely staff and a cracking atmosphere. 5 stars all the way!

It's a really nice environment. Even though it was my first time, I felt like I'd been coming here for years.

I was having a good time until a member of staff was very rude to me. I then asked to be refunded £50 raffle ticket money and left with my work colleagues. Needs a refit as still in the 70s and toilets are a disgrace.

Amazing pub, great atmosphere, lovely clientele, all credit to the lovely people running the place. Great entertainment too!

Fantastic steak dinner. Large meal & chef came over and asked " O.K. with salt and pepper" . "Yes, thank you , however you do it " my reply.

Great old fashioned style pub. Food was great. Had pie. Freshly made. Piping hot and deep filled. Staff friendly especially as it was our first time in the pub. Will go back

Such a friendly atmosphere and Tina the Landlady always has a smile and talks to everyone.

I came to watch my favourite band. I only drank real ale. Adnams Ghost Ship. A few lovely pints 🍻 and a great night's music!🎶💯

Great spacious pub, good atmosphere with TV, pool table and plenty of dartboards. Spoilt for choice with traditional pub food including meat eaters, vegetarians and vegan options too, something for everyone including smaller portions too. Excellent selection of beers and a choice of alcohol-free options too. (Needed a large coffee to warm up on arrival and only got charged £1.00) Great venue for a motorcycle meet up in Summer or Winter, made to feel like a regular on the first visit.

It's a good pub for a catch up, has a pool table. Sometimes entertainment on but not always great entertainment but I spose he wasn't too bad.

Didn't like it at all. Husbands chicken had been boiled and microwaved so couldn't cut through it. Grumpy locals telling us not to sit in certain places. Won't be going back.

Enjoyed another super Sunday lunch with the family, this is such a great place to get together and give yourself a break from cooking. Can't thank the folks who work here enough for making every visit special.

I love this pub. I really do. Great people all round. It's busy but never rowdy. A round is always a decent price and the staff are always 'on it'

A really friendly and welcoming Community Sports Bar. Went on a Friday, played bingo , entered for a meat raffle , had really good food at a great price, enjoyed lots of well priced drinks. And the service from the team was first class. From the glass collectors to the bar staff. First class ! And the atmosphere was really welcoming too !

Great atmosphere , lovely food and friendly staff . Ideal place for a meet up with friends . Went on good Friday and enjoyed the bingo and meat raffle . They also have live bands at the weekend . Highly recommended a visit.

We were at this pub for my sisters wake. The service from the staff was good. Food was was well presented. It was a buffet. Maybe timing of bringing certain items out could have been better. We were given our own space which which towards the back of the pub in what was the games (darts) area. Relaxed environment to hold the occasion with lots of space and no pressure to leave.

Had a roast dinner in there today, have had lunches here before (always amazing food ) ...First roast dinner as having my kitchen done, wow amazing food cooked to perfection lovely caring owners who make attention to detail very worth worth the visit. Brilliant staff and the cook even came out to ask how our meal was ( sprouts next time 🥰)

Great local pub, good atmosphere and friendly staff, haven't eaten here but they have a good selection of Beers, Lagers, wines and spirits. They do lots of live music and entertainment. There's also a games area with pool, darts and a garden etc. They are family friendly 👍👍🙂

We went to the Carisbrooke Arms yesterday for a party, what an absolute gem of a pub, beautiful decor, spotlessly clean, welcoming and warm. In the ladies toilets you will find such special little touches like body spray, face wipes, moisturiser and ladies products, ( trust me, a lovely touch). Tina the landlady is a cut above she made us feel like we were lifelong friends and we can't wait to go back. Exactly what a family pub should be.

Had my cousin's wake here, great staff and put on a good spread. Interesting Items around the bar, is the John Lennon autograph real? Go and see for yourself.

After a visit you are left with knowing that this place is out and out run for its customers, so that you would want to return. Good layout, bright and breezy and clean and the chef often brings the food out which is a sign to expect decent food. The salad with toasted sandwich was fresh and crisp and well thought out. Continuous stream of people coming and going so it speaks for itself.

Great spread of buffet food provided for a funeral wake this week. Decent size pub with a spacious feel.

We had our wedding anniversary there. The landlady was excellent couldn't do enough for us to make the evening go smoothly with 30 guests. The buffet was great excellent choice of food. Would throughly recommend this place.

Went there couple years back. Choice was non existent and prices ridiculous. Just a local chav meeting spot. Went there with a few mates and I didn't drink because I was driving. The - what I thought was the owner - came up and told us that this isn't a social club and we need to buy a drink, they didn't seem to care I was driving. Very, very rude, will never get a penny out of me.

Group meeting in function room, quite small and very warm. Coffee, tea and milk provided by pub, hot water in flasks to make our own drinks. Suitable for function being held.

Good music venue. I've heard Sunday dinners are good. This I'll test out soon.

Standard local pub with good well priced food

Just popped in to play pool 🎱 and stayed till late because of the fund raising event for asbestosis charity and the live entertainment both on and off the stage. It was a good night out with good people who laught at my silly jokes. Tina the land lady was charming as usual... reccomended pop in!
