Incredible (and addictive) jerk chicken! I think you'd be hard-pressed to find better. BBQd in the barrel on-site. Rice + peas just right. Also love the plantain. Homemade rum + raisin is delicious and very rummy!! Have had delivery, pick-up and eat in. Always good service and top quality. Highly recommended.

Ordered for delivery june 8th 2024. Jerk chicken & white rice Curried goat with rice & peas. The food was hot on delivery. Extremely spicy jerk sauce & curry goat. Don't order if allergic to spices or black pepper.

I commissioned Caribbean Fix to cater for a family event at mine. They were professional from start to finish. The order was placed, a date and time fixed for the delivery and set up of the buffet - I was told exactly what would happen and when and how much time was needed to set up. I also received adcise about the quantities i should be aiming for and how to place an order for best value for money. Followinf this, I was offerred a tasting to assess whether the level of spice was acceptable. The food itself was delicious and the portions, more than generous. I would recommend Caribbean Fix to anyone entertaining and wishing to receive great customer service and to offer their guests a high quality meal.

Delicious food with really lovely service from a local family business worth supporting. Portion sizes also good. We got 5 portions for 4 hungry people and have plenty of leftovers.

Lovely food - we opted for vegan menu. Lovely hospitality and first class cocktails - Wrey & Nephews passion fruit. Will definitely be going back.

Ordered the jerk mushroom at £12.50 for a large plate, and what came out was a pile of gritty and badly flavoured mushy rice and peas topped with 2-3 mushrooms on top boiled in an average marinade. No side salad, no colour. Just 3 mushrooms on top of rice and peas? It was inedible and I was really disappointed throughout the experience. We said it wasn't good and the server just looked embarrassed. Perhaps this was an off day, but I felt conned.

If you like good Caribbean dishes spiced just right, this is the ideal place! Thank you very much to the whole team, we had difficulty speaking English and listened to us really well.

When it comes to Caribbean food I’m usually very picky as some restaurants are really good or really bad there really is no in-between but I as soon as I stepped into Caribbean Fixes the atmosphere was delightful , the chill vibes, warm hospitality and polite staff there was so much to like and of course the food was amazing I ordered a large brown stew meal and the sweetness to the chicken was to die for.

Just wanted to say thanks. We got food from here for the first time tonight and I was so impressed. Myself and my partner really enjoyed it. Food was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The jerk was as good as when I was in Jamaica. This will be my go to place for when I can’t be bothered with cooking 😆💕 Oh and 10/10 mac and cheese 💕

This is the first time I have tried food ant Caribbean Fix and I was not impressed. Whole chicken ordered but received 4 thighs and drumsticks which had been stewing in an unpleasant tasting sauce. They were tough and chewy. Definitely won't be going back

We booked Carribbean Fix to cater for my brother's 40th birthday party. Absolutely amazing food, professional and no hassle service. Lovely people who took away the anxiety of my first experience of arranging catering for an event. 5 Stars 👍👌

Unfortunately that's gonna be the last time i go to Caribbean Fix. waited a good while to get my food, and when i get it home (5mins away) everything is cold, apart from the dumplings, which i assume was what i was waiting to be cooked since everything else was stone cold. Rice and peas were really dry, bland and dissapointing, veg was swimming in water, and while i was waiting there was some kind of weird argument was going on between staff, and maybe thats why they didn't bother heating my food up properly 🤷🏼 Instant stomach ache after eating. Really not cool. Make the food as mediocre as you want, but you have to heat the food to a safe temperature before you serve it to people. It's irresponsible and out of order. Its not like there isn't much choice in Bristol for food so I'll bin the loyalty card off thanks, and go elsewhere next time. Shame, the first time i tried this place it was on point.

First time eating here and the food was fantastic, very friendly staff and good service, jerk chicken was the best I’ve had in Bristol, festivals were amazing and the fried chicken was great! Can’t fault them at all, great food, well priced, big portions and really nice people, will definitely be back again soon

The rice was spicy the goat was green the veg was frozen and all separate and put in the bin

The service was nice. The food tasted pretty good, unfortunately I was severely sick with a stomach bug for 5 days after this meal. Really disappointing and disturbing. Please double-check sell by dates and sanitisation

We came across this by chance and the flavours are incredible! It's difficult to make jerk chicken stand out but the spices are wonderful! The juices are also really good, the watermelon one is super fresh and the smoothie was great. Oh and the cheesecakes were inspired! Amazing portion sizes, very professional packaging and a lovely guy. Definitely check this place out 🙌🏾

I called to order on a Sunday night, last sunday in october i cant forget as im scarred now kmt, I asked before I ordered if they had sufficient food they said yes.. anyways I picked up went home, food was horrible 😩 the stew chicken tasted like pure sugar and the rice was okay but smelled like it was burning, I tried to call no one answered the phone so my 20.50 went right down the drain as I couldn't eat that as a jamaican respectfully, I'm over it now and lesson learned

Personally I think that they have some of the highest quality Jamaican/Caribbean food for dine in or take away around, the portions are always a decent size, the customer service is really good especially with the loyalty card; I’ve enjoyed 2/3 free meals and a free shot of rum lol

Absolutely delicious! Best jerk chicken I’ve had in a long, long time: sticky, spicy and full of lip-smacking flavour. Even the rice and peas were excellent, not just a vehicle, but a comforting coconut-infused joy. Yes!

I very rarely write reviews but just popped in for a TooGoodToGo bag and was blown away by how good it was. I had the most delicious jerk chicken, an amazing wrap, and some good veg too. The staff were lovely and the place had a great vibe. I’ll definitely be back 😀

I would give this takeaway a 4.5 out of 5 I had the curry goat with rice and peas along with the jerk chicken and festival. All were very good, seasoned well and good flavour, decent portion sizes and festival was superb. Only minor thing was chicken was a bit cold… being a takeaway it’s gonna get a bit cold but I think it was ready a bit before the collection. That said I would recommend all the dishes and I will defo return for more… interested in the brown chicken next time 👍👍👍

Fantastic service, good timing and excellent food

Bad experience 17/08/22 bought food around 9pm. 1/4 jerk chicken meal and 1/2 jerk chicken meal . Badly burnt and dry, Only realised when we got home. Should have checked b4 we left but assumed everything was OK. I mean why shouldn't it be . Wasted £18.00 Unfortunately couldn't drive 45miles

I don't ever give reviews but this place 10000% deserves it just had curry goat jerk wings festival. What can I say jerk wings juicy,tasteful,succulent amazing. Curry goat all meat and alot of sauce so good can honestly say the best I have had off all of it. Festival's just on another level. Customer service top form will be back all the time. My partner who has never really had it has said she will be back non stop. Many thanks Caribbean fix. Bought food off uber eat from your restaurant last night and was very disappointed and unhappy with your position size. Med jerk chicken £9 2 small pieces of chicken 1 leg and thigh and med curry goat £9 and i got 7 bits of goat their was enough food for 1 person my whole bill came to £22 including delivery it said it would take upto 40 min but took about 1 hour 20 min to arrive.
