What an amazing ight at the drag panto last night with Pauletta and friends. laughed from start to finish, got into the Christmas spirit. Everyone up on their feet, music was fab and the Staff couldn't be more helpful. Thank you for a great night out. First time in Cargo but wil definitely be back. The Stone family

While the venue looks the part unfortunately that’s all. We were told to order via the QR Code-didn’t work. When we asked a member of staff we were told ‘your doing something wrong’. They then tried but it didn’t work for her-she must of done something wrong as well. Eventually after an hour we managed to place an order. It arrived pretty fast but was cold. As we had to get to a show in the SSE we didn’t have time to go anywhere else. If the place had of been packed we would understand but there was 8 people (including ourselves-2). Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely brilliant day - it was the drag act with prescilla stilleta- I never laughed as much - the music was fab and everyone was on their feet dancing - such a great atmosphere Thank you Shirley k for arranging this for me The staff, food and cocktails were fabulous Will definitely be back 👍👍

We had the best day out at the Drag afternoon. We wanted a fun entertaining day out and this didn’t disappoint. 100% will definitely be back for the next one.

First time at this Venue and definitely not the last. Service very good and quick. We chose to use the app and order drinks online. Food gorgeous we had pizza and I had the pulled pork & slaw Street fries, huge portion that I couldn't finish but I did try. My friends and I were well impressed. The only let down was the toilets.... Not nice. I would give 5 stars except for the toilets. Anyone intending to use them bring your own hygiene wipes, hand wash & something to dry your hands.

Terrible service. Cheap good. Watered down cocktails. Warm beer. Awful waiting times for food and drink. Definitely won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend.

Went with a group of friends for Octoberfest and Oasis tribute night. What a shambles. Arrived and were seated at 7pm, told our steins of beer wouldn't be long. Food order (starters and mains) taken at 8pm. Jugs of beer eventually arrived at 8.30pm, the cocktails the females ordered arrived in what can only be described as a small vase. Just after 10pm our mains arrived, no sign of the starters and apparently a manager would not be available to talk to about our issues. Given it was a ticketed event if seemed very understaffed, one person pouring the steins(jugs) at Octoberfest is poor. This was our second time visiting this establishment and definitely the last. Pathetic

Went here with some friends for Oktoberfest, it was really reasonable as a ticket was £25, but this included a stein of beer (£10) and 2 plates of food, which I chose a foot long sausage and a pizza, which both tasted amazing, will definitely go back as the staff were very friendly too! Bottomless cocktails seem like a good idea. Well, let me tell you, they are not. I naively thought they'd water them down. They don't! Left my phone and all. But, what a fab night! Fantastic music, fantastic staff (yes, I will return your lighter), and great food. Made this mamma's first night out in a long time memorable. Thank you

Visiting Belfast from Southern Ireland for the weekend, Cargo by Vertigo was recommended to us by friends who had visited last month and we weren’t disappointed. The venue is vast, the food was great, loved the live music and Vicki couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful .. definitely worth another visit.

Went with a group off 11 to see the ABBA tribute. Service was shocking waiting 45 mins on a drink and 90 minutes before starters arrived. Band was fabulous unfortunately the service let it down. App stopped working at 830pm. Tables not in order, staff walking about like headless chickens trying to find tables with food and drinks orders. All staff really young with no real guidance. This place has a potential to be fantastic, until they sort out the service I won't be back. My pizza arrived swimming in sauce. No point complaining Peter didn't know what Paul was doing.

Went for the ABBA experience, the band themselves were amazing couldn’t fault them and food wise between true group the response was 50/50 I enjoyed my pizza although couple other who ordered the burger said it was grisly. The worst point was the service of drinkers it took at least 20 minutes to order a drink on the app and at 8:30 pm they stopped serving drink on the app. Only resumed after the band finished

Honestly cannot recommend this place enough, food is beautiful, service is amazing and staff are brilliant. Myself and my friend went last night and the waitresses couldn’t do enough for us, especially Cash and Jasmine always checking on us, had an amazing night and will definitely be back again!
