Been twice and the food is dry and uninspired. Friendly staff and always busy though

Take away lunch place. Grilled meat and salads. Quite nice. Big portion. I had Mexican essentially burrito in a box, it was ok. Should of ordered other ones I think. Next time

Friendly service but Lebanese chicken tavuk wrap was tasteless was not spices or herbs or marinade. Best skip this place

I got a halloumi wrap there yesterday, which tasted pretty good. BUT later that night I got really sick and still spending the whole day in bed today. I’m sure it was the wrap, as I haven’t eaten anything before for a few hours and definitely not after. That’s just awful!

My first visit became my last. I got Falafel Wrap for lunch and ended up chucking it out after having a few bites. They stuff it with loads of lettuce and don’t put enough sauce so it literally has no taste. It’s got tomatoes too which make everything soggy, whereas falafels are so dry and cold. The worst falafel wrap I’ve ever had in London. Complete waste of £7.50.

Use to be a regular, now I reconsider. I use to love this place. I am saying used to because in the last few months they made the box portion looks smaller and the meat pieces(chicken skewers) in comparison with a year ago and the prices have increased! It is a shame that businesses have to end up doing this kind of schemes in order to survive. The quality of food is superb, the charcoal grill is eaqual to none! The stuff is adorable! Such hardworking team and always attentive and engaging! Making jokes and smiling, whilst the reggaeton music plays in the background! Shame that the cuts on the portion are happening that really made me reconsider my loyalty to them!

The chicken salad is so good i often have it 3 times a week. Lovely friendly staff who always smile at you.

I come often, food is always fresh and piping hot. The staff are super friendly and lovely.

There once was a time this place was genuinely very good from a quality, consistency, and service perspective. Would visit 2-3 times a week. Unfortunately now a victim of the myriad delivery apps - which means for actual visiting customers: long wait times, inconsistent portion sizes, often cold food, and little service. Hope the balance can be re-struck

Delicious food with great quality ingredients. Affordable for the area and great portions. The flavours and incredible. The staff is always welcoming and friendly.

I thought I would try something different, quickly got my food on my lunch break and went to eat my food in the office and my meat was completely raw.. felt sick.. the ‘Turkish’ had nuts in the rice which is not Turkish cuisine

You wouldn’t think that soho, the heart of London is a challenging spot to find great food, for a decent price but but but I have finally been swayed and have my new favourite spot in town. If you are looking for a banging wrap, salad etc pull thru to Carbon. Guys are lovely and the food is spot on 👌🏾

Just had the Miso salmon box and very disappointed. Completely tasteless, some limp lettuce on the side. Looked like a sad school dinner. Such a shame. Needs to pack more of a punch with flavour - at least some sauce on the side?

Not much space inside, seats outside with heaters which is nice Food is okay, hence the 3*

Offers poor value for money. I ordered the Turkish box with lamb kofte for £10.45 - only one bit of kofte and the sweet potato was revolting.

Really amazing establishment, the food is tasty, well prepared and cooked to perfection. Quick and efficient service never left waiting long, I would definitely recommend if ever in need of bite to eat or need something for your lunch break it's a 10/10 from me.

Packaging was nice. Chicken was really thick and dry. Didnt enjoy the flavour of homous, Potatoes were okay. They need to do something to improve.

Good for a quick meal when in a hurry.

Had an aubergine dish and a portion of falafels. The aubergine was great, flavourful, well seasoned. The falafels were not. Dry, hard, and not much flavour to them.

Everything is grilled over charcoal. Tasty when fresh.

From the simple salad dressing to the perfectly juicy beef, everything is amazing.

To avoid the wait you go on there site and order for collection, and they tell when it will be ready (usually 10 mins) No dine in, people seem to love the food a lot during lunch time huge waiting line

Delicious food. I usually order the Spanish because is my favourite, but they have a different chooses in the menu. All of them they are amazing! Friendly staff, and excellent costumer service. Is very good experience to go there. I highly recommend!

Given the queue I was excited about this one but was sadly disappointed as the chicken was really dry. Shame, as service was quick and efficient and portions were generous. I had the Lebanese box, maybe I was just unlucky but overcooking the chicken is a basic that can’t be overlooked.

Argentine Box (Steak/Chips/Chimichurri) was incredible! Great portion, tender steak, crisp chips, and chimichurri on the side so you can add just the right amount - exceeded my expectations

I love Turkish and Lebanese. I tried once Japanese but will not order it again - very oily dish, heavy noodle and it costs more than other lunch boxes.

One of my fave places to grab lunch when in the office . I always order the Lebanese box which comes with a generous portion of roasted harissa potatoes and grilled marinaded chicken and lots of salad. Super healthy and very quick service . Staff so friendly, so glad to be a regular again as I missed these lunches during lockdown. Wish they had a loyalty card!

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool. The staff makes your experience even better. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good, they have a large variety , and for their prices it’s 100% worth it. Deffo one of the best options around soho.

Good spot for a quick grab-and-go lunch. falafel wrap is tasty. Food is served very quickly and staff are nice. Have had tastier, fresher wraps elsewhere but this place’s purpose is to get you your order ASAP. Shame they give out paper bags with every order rather unnecessarily, given the wraps are already wrapped. For a group of 4 of us we ended up with 4 separate bags, which all ended up in the bin…seems an easy way to cut waste by asking if people want a bag…

I just had the most fabulous lunch here. Such unique food made on an actual grill. I highly recommend the Spanish Box ... the prawns and patatas bravas are to die for!

My Wife and I went to London for the day, we googled for chargrilled meat places to eat and this was nearby. I can highly recommend this place. The staff were very friendly and the food was amazing. Really reasonable price too, the price we paid for two was like £19 which you couldn't gets meal for one in the Piccadilly circus area. We will definitely be going back next time and taking some friends as they would love it.

Top tip - if there is no queue, go elsewhere! With a queue, the food is hot and virtually cooked for you. They haven’t quite mastered the not so busy times. I ordered at 1.30pm - I should have been suspicious when my order was packed and ready some 30’seconds later. My walk back to the office is less than 5 minutes, but the product was stone cold. The chicken wasn’t fresh, warm or appetising and the roast potatoes equally cold and soggy. All for £7.95! Batch cooking whilst busy - good sense, but don’t palm off leftovers - cook fresh!

I arranged for these guys to come to our offices for a pop-up event and I couldn't have been more impressed! The service and food were top notch and everyone in the office loved their lunch! Amazing food and super friendly yet professional staff. Will definitely be getting these guys back for another event! Thank you! :)

Great lunch place, queues out the door most days so not good if you're in a hurry but good simple food

Good takeaway lunch venue just off Regent Street and a few minutes from Piccadilly Circus. Grilled chicken/meats and side salad. Lunch typically costs me £10-15 ... ands seems to attract a mostly work crowd.

Muy buena comida, con opciones justas para poder elegir sin marearte. Nosotros pedimos la Libanesa y Argentina (obvio) y la verdad que el punto de la carne y del pollo muy bien, sazonado exquisito y muy buena atención. Precio acorde a cantidad, muy abundante.

Potatas bravas would be easier to eat if each bite was half the size. Not very crispy. The sauce is great though!

I've tried the chicken and kebab wraps and both were really nice. I wasn't impressed with the chips though - mine were very under cooked.

No hay mucho más que decir aparte de que es muy sabroso, y el personal es amable. No visite alrededor del almuerzo ya que está muy ocupado. La gente hace cola a la vuelta de la esquina. Y la razón de esto es que es uno de los mejores lugares para chicas de Londres. Ah, y para terminar, puedes visitar Rapha para tomar una buena taza de café con un poco de postre. Nos encanta este rincón del centro de Londres!

Popped in with a colleague, so glad we did Short queue which moves quickly. Lunch in a box which was packed with colour flavour. We had the Lebanese Grill and Turkish Grill, both served with rice. Good sized portions I can see why the queues sometimes snake outside the door Give it a try and you won’t be disappointed

Carbon has become a regular lunch venue for me, the staff are friendly, helpful and polite although Carbon gets very busy at lunchtime. The food menu is varied and more than sufficient for a lunch meal with a great variety of sauces for the freshly cooked over an open flame chicken.

Food is lovely, and the service is excellent will recommend visiting this restaurant. Happy with Lenin who serves me on the till with a smile and always welcoming.

Both quality and quantity have decreased since I started going 2 years ago yet prices have risen. The daily lunchtime queues seem to be slowly diminishing, so it looks like others are finding better value elsewhere. Carbon need to really up their game given that their customers will largely be regulars working in the locality, as it is barely possible to eat in. It's a shame, as this place used to be great

LOVED carbon. The shrimp was cooked perfectly. The patatas bravas was great! Customer service was friendly.

Great place for takeaway lunch. Don't be put off by the queue, it goes down quick and only shows how popular the place is!

Had the halloumi salad. ABSOLUTELY VILE!!! 3 pathetic pieces of cheese on very very soggy and slimy vegetables and salad. NEVER AGAIN!

it's a grill place but looks freshly cooked. ordered lamb grill and it came within 30 seconds, the place was empty. it was not too warm temperature and the flavours were unimaginative; chicken, potato and alioli.. £7.95 is a fair price but it was so ordinary I will check other places in the future.

If you see next to this restaurant an ice cream shop called pump ice cream, do not eat in that place. They did not put their own company on the map to avoid receiving a complaint. Maybe I had the misfortune of buying a "crone" from the day before. Horrible. I threw it in the trash.

Meaning both, simple an yummy. This place is one of the favourite lunch take away of the local employees in Soho. No eating in, but a box of a delicious food out of the six or seven in their menu list. My favourite, the Spaniard, prawns and patatas bravas. You get your box from £6, which for Soho is a good deal!

This is a Grill place with variety of options from chicken, lamp. Beef, veggie. Their food is very tasty but not cheap. For a meal with chips and a drink it will be well over £10. For take away you either have to queue for quite a bit or call for and pick up, the second does not work at all!!! they barely answer the phone and when they do, you will be served after the queuing people which, you have to wait a bit to collect your order. You have to physically queue, it is the better option. Their selection is enough but quantity is certainly not, as a lunch option for a 6 foot plus male you have to order other stuff that will be way over an average lunch budget. food is very good but 3 stars for quantity, queue and the price.

I love to call by here when I am in London . Fantastic food. Mainly take away but there are stools at a window with a ledge. Nice inside but quite basic and very reasonably priced.

Placed an order on seamless web, it’s 90 minutes late, and I’ve called about 20 times. Each time they pick up the phone and leave the line open, or hang it up entirely. Great customer service.

This is the second time I’ve walked all the way to carbon and they have been closed during their open hours. This time the lights were on but they had a stool in front of the door, when we tried to open the door the worker who was sitting down on a stool not doing anything looked at us and said they were closed...2 hours early??? Horrible and unreliable. Never coming back.

Delicious and huge "spicy lamb kofta"!!!! Libanese style BBQ cooked food extremely tasteful and nicely presented! It's an ideal choice for a quick bite in town! Very good service! Sometimes especially at noon it's extremely busy! If you like oriental food this is a highly recommend choice!

Used to love this place, but it’s definitely gone down hill. The staff are rude and the food seems rushed, even when they are not that busy. Not sure what’s changed other than maybe not caring to try as hard after a few successful years.

The chicken super food salad was delicious. The chicken was wonderfully spiced and the salad tender and perfectly dressed.

No esperaba mucho cuando comimos aquí ya que se parecía a cualquier otra comida para llevar. No podría haber estado más equivocado. Servicio amistoso, rápido, realmente delicioso, comidas sanas con combinaciones de sabores interesantes. Estaba teniendo un mal día hasta ese momento y este fue el tipo de comida que realmente levanta los ánimos. Excelente relación calidad-precio y excelentes opciones vegetarianas. Definitivamente lo recomendaría.
