Usually amazing and nothing could beat it but I was waiting 2 hours for my food to arrive after they told me I would only wait one then by time I had got my food my crepe was cold byw the milkshake was amazing as per usual

best waffles in perth!! fruit is so nice & fresh unlike some of the other dessert shops. good service🫶🏽

First of all the milkshakes. I ordered a Biscoff one and they put vanilla ice cream in and Biscoff sauce and there was literally Biscoff ice cream. The service was quite bad. It took 25 minutes to make a brownie and milkshake 😫! So overall 3 stars

Delicious waffle , good customer service. Phoned to check our order which was quite late , the guy on the phone was very polite and helpful.

I ordered the deal for 2 for 15 pound great deal Mt only issue was the options for on top I clicked white chocolate and white sauce there was no white chocolate on top

I was very disappointed when i took me and the kids out for food. Terrible service from two young boys called Marcus and Cammy. The food clearly was either out of date or raw because my youngest was sick that night and my oldest spent the night on the toilet. I will not be back again and will not be recommending it to any of my friends or neighbours.

Was visiting Perth from Glasgow and fancied some ice cream. Delighted to have stumbled across Caramel Express. The staff were very friendly and the ice cream and milkshakes we got were amazing. Great value for money too.

Delivery woman dropped the milkshake and a tango blast at the front doorstep. Ice cream was virtually completely melted (understand it was a warm day but it shouldn't be that melted from the time of leaving the restaurant to the house). Massive ball of fluff in the cookie dough when it was opened. Will not be back.

Just popped in to see what they had to offer and spoke with a guy called Kevin hes really nice chap was having the crack we him for about 15mins. The atmosphere is nice and welcoming. I could not make my mind up with what I wanted as there's alot of mouth watering things to pick from in the end I ended up getting two ice creams and one for the misses and some other stuff. I will definitely be goin back for a munch 5 star from me. 100% recommend it 👌

Me and my friend got the deal for 2 for £20 and I was shocked at how much you get for your money. It included 2 hot desserts, a piece of cake, a milkshake, and a soft drink. They were also doing an offer that when you spend £20 you got a choice of an item for free. We got kinder waffle and kinder crepe, a ferrero milkshake, chocolate cake, and a can of irn bru. All the food was soooooo good and excellent value for money. Only down side was our Tango Ice Blast that we chose for our free item never arrived. I would still recommend this place to anyone :)

If you have a sweet tooth like myself this place is for you and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We have the deal for 2 which was amazing and great value for money would recommend for sure

Food was nice once it eventually came. No ice cream in the freezers to view. One menu for all customers to share, it was tiny and stuck to the window. No other flyers or menus available. We had to repeat our order several times, they still kept getting it wrong. The youngest of our group (toddler) got hers last. Wouldn't recommend. Won't be back.

You want to gain weight then this is the right place!!! Went to get churros end up to get italian gelato and two waffle!!!

Service was very slow.The workers there were very rude.threw my change.I got a Oreo waffle and it wasn’t good at all I also asked for a ice cream in a cone. Went outside and then it fell.

I know we have different regs with handling food in the states than the UK, however there are some genuine concerns. Went here for dessert in Perth Because of the many selections and options. When we placed our order, I noticed the woman taking care of my Sunday, went from slicing the bananas with her bare hands, to using the register. Placing the bananas with her bare hands in my Sunday; taking money from another customer, putting my toffee and bananas with her bare hands again. No one washes their hands between anything as they are taking care of your food. That should scare you. It’s ok to not wear gloves when preparing food; but not washing your hands between doing tasks and preparing food is a big no no. What’s to say they are washing their hands after using a bathroom? Just disgusting. The ice cream didn’t even taste like ice cream too. Outside of the fact the staff were great and pleasant, I would avoid this place at all costs. Until they figure out how to prepare food with CLEAN bare hands. This is a epidemic of something waiting to happen. Stomach flu, Covid, hep A you name it. So gross.

I ordered at approximately 20:30 and order was never coming and never coming, so eventually I phoned them at 22:40 and was told that it hasn’t even started being made, so they apologised and said they would chuck in a free pick and mix for our wait. The food finally arrived at 23:07 and I open it to see no pick and mix and the food to be badly presented. Very disappointed this is the type of stuff you see from crunch much. Do not recommend!

First visit. Ordered Nutella fountain, wish I’d checked the box before heading home as wouldn’t have paid for this. See photos. Not edible. Only 2 stars as the shop bought chocolate cake as nice

Not great on the phone's at all, poor customer service, does not take 5 minutes to write a phone number down, leaving you on hold, put me off for life

Nice and delicious, but the portion sizes of warm desserts (at least the cookie dough) are WAAAY TOO BIG! We felt like we had enough sugar for a week when we finished the third of it. And there's no option to ask for smaller portions, at least we not on the menu, also no images to warn you.

I have been to many places for desserts, this one has the best of them all! Caramel Express it’s a must go! Food was perfect, fresh and really well presented. The staff are always so friendly and warming. A wonderful place for those with a strong sweet tooth! Congratulations to the new owners,Kevin and Veron! Keep it up guys!

Lovely selection of desserts with lot of different options and varieties. They make churros, waffles, pancake and cookie dough hot desserts as well as sundaes and other awesome stuff. Different flavours of ice cream aswell.

Had 3 different things from here each time - cookie dough, crepe rolls and brownie stack, all delicious. My fave place for desserts!

Lovely coffee and so nice to find a coffee shop still open in the evening. Their ice cream looked interesting too! Will be back.

Very helpful and lovely flavours

This Ice Cream hop is amazing. My partner Gary bout us 2 large Strawberry Ice Cream with 2 scoops and OMG it was so flavorsome. MY eyes almost popped out of my head as I was so delighted with the flavour of the Ice Cream. The boys behind the counter told us that it's made locally by the Stewart Tower Dairy.. The 2 of us really enjoyed this Ice Cream and would defo go there again xx
