Caradoc Hotel in Sefton

Great pub, my father in laws local …was really good to have some free sandwiches and pizza after a few pints, I like pubs like this.

Expensive for what you get. Service was great but you can feel the place is just designed to get as much money as they can for what little they give

This used to be a good bar but is now just a high priced dog compound. 9 dogs in this very small bar. Wouldn't order food given the smell of dogs and lack of washing of hands by bar staff after feeding treats to the dog. Don't bother, there are better alternatives in Formby.

Food overcooked and tepid. No hospitality more hostile indifference. Wrong cutlery. In short overpriced, pretentious. This was 70th birthday family celebration for 11 people. Lot of money for a near wasted evening!

Today, on 8th April 2025 at 8:55pm, I attended Costa in Westfield Stratford. I am a young British Indian girl - in her twenties. There was a tall Indian man at the till - approximately 28-30 years old with a very angry face. I asked him if I could order and he SHOUTED aggressively “we close in 2 minutes”. A complete lie, as there was 5 minutes to go until closing time. He deserves to be fired from Costa immediately for speaking to a customer with such anger and aggression. Please contact me ASAP to discuss this matter as I would like to take further action towards this employee.
