Ordered many times from this takeaway, will not order again. Arrived late and looked like the delivery driver and his mrs had eaten half of it on the way!!! Kebab had definitely been opened as it was not wrapped in the foil properly like it normally is. Portion of chips were ridiculous!

Specifically asked for no sauce on the food and with sauce all over it I wanted my money back as I’ve waisted all with these the staff and manager are so rude it’s unreal I simply ask for well done donner meat it’s not hard to do!!! I’ll never order from here again horrible horrible people!

Our meal was amazing my nana doesn’t have takeaways that the first one she has had in 20 years and she said it was the best the deliver person was polite it was on time it was just amazing Thanks guys

Regular customer Ordered pizza told delivery would be an hour that's fine after one hour 15 rang told it had left after 1 hour 25 was told order was cancelled. Staff and managers unhelpful WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN

Our first visit but will not be the last. Delicious food - calzone x2, one kiev, one regular - excellent value for money. Friendly and welcoming service, and very nice premises....whats not to like

Woodhead Road Centre 27 Leisure Park
Visited many times before lockdown. Decided to visit after an afternoon show at the Grand. This visit very poor. 4 of us.1 Starter of bread took 45 minutes to arrive. Mains 90 minutes. Asked what was happening. Short staffed. The Take Away people were in and out of the door whilst we were sat there twiddling our thumbs. Food was ok when it arrived. The waitress was apologetic and sorted a bottle of wine on the house. Sorry guys but that’s the last time we will be visiting.

Halifax RoadWe went to celebrate my granddaughter’s 12th birthday. The restaurant was full to capacity and this impacted on the service. We had to ask to place our order after sitting with our drinks for 20 minutes. The food took ages to arrive but was the same high quality we are used to at Da Sandro’s. We had to ask to order desserts and these arrived without cutlery. The coffee my son ordered never arrived and we gave up on it in the end. Nobody seemed remotely interested in asking if we wanted a bill so we just got up. The waitress had a look of panic on her face and seemed to be updating the bill as we walked across the restaurant. We had to explain to the cashier where we had been sitting so we could leave. The staff were friendly but clearly inexperienced and over-whelmed with the task at hand. This was very disappointing after so many good experiences in the past.
