Lovely pizza clean atmosphere Would love to come again

I ordered my food at 11am and received it at 1pm

I order 10 slices but I have got 8 slices only.

10/10 pizza. Absolutely delicious. Amazing and friendly service, even if I visited at 1:30. Was super patient with me making my choice of their wide variety of choices. I will be back, definitely soon <3

Amazing staff very helpful and was apologetic about the delay due to shortage of staff. They even sent a brownie as a thank you for being patient. I am not worried about the delay, just very disappointed on the quality of the pizza. Was very creasy and oily. We ate 3 slices and the rest went in the bin ;( for the price we expected better quality

My go to pizza anytime , especially on tuesday’s 😋😜 because of the amazing one plus one offer you do . Not at all exagerating have the pizza once and it’ll become an addiction .

the food was good when it got here. however it was over an hour and 45 minutes after I initially ordered it. when I called the shop I was just met with sorry.

I had to chase it twice. No explanation given, just sorry for delay it's on it's soon. It had been labelled as delivered online 40 mins before it arrived so that system didn't work.

Very irresponsible customer service. Called for the first time to try them out, only to be left hanging on the call to attend to other things without even taking my order.

I recently tried Caprino Pizza, and it exceeded all my expectations! The crust was perfectly crispy yet chewy, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. After being over an hour late they forgot my dips and delivered a smaller pizza than what I had paid for!

Nice pizza delivered hot the stuffed crust was nothing special so wont get that again the churros were tasty.

Ordered pepperoni pizza as main and a chocolate one for a dessert. Delivery was really quick, and pizzas were still hot! Really liked the cheese and herb stuffing. Love the cheese! Really nice pizzas and I will surely order again.

I went to the shop to get some food. It was a handsome man on the till who served very professional. The oven view was clear so definitely, the took all the necessary things related to hygiene. Very Impressive l.. Highly Recommended

dip was missing, loaded chips barely had any meat in it. disappointed. arrived 10mins early so guess they forgot to pack the dip but not sure what the excuse would be for putting a couple of bits of meat in the loaded chips

Scarcely filled wraps, with a loose handful of overcooked and charred chicken. These wraps were a new offering from Caprinos so we thought they'd at least try to make them nice for their launch, unfortunately not.

Food was good, but delivery was way too early. We ordered for a specific delivery time because we were out and on the way home, so the food just had to be left on our doorstep for 15 minutes.

Food was atrocious. Chips were charred. The loaded fries was not really loaded fries at least it didnt even look like it and I've had plenty. The only thing i actually like was the bbq wrap. Waste of money, will not be ordering from them again.

Ordered for a last minute late night collection. First of all the guy on the phone doesn’t understand the prices and what offers they have. The pizza itself should’ve been plain and simple as it was only a cheese n tomato but it seems like they forgot the tomato as the sauce was non existent or if there was any it was blander than bland. Then the cheese has an off taste and smelt funny. Would not recommend or visit myself again. Have had better frozen pizza from the supermarkets.

Ordered a vegan pizza they sent a normal pizza with meat on it (which took over an hour to come) and when i called to say the order was wrong they said they would replace it. Called back to see where the replacement was and they denied all knowledge of saying they would replace it and said that they won't do it. Took my money and hung up the phone when i tried to hold them to what they said. HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST

Cold fries; long waiting and late delivery

Had a lunch order... the pizza was amazing, good crust and base. The cheesy garlic bread was moreish and the hot chicken wings breading was so good

Have always loved this chain and ordered from it for years. The pizzas are delightful, and much much better than your average high street or fast food shops. The only issue is that the delivery system is far too complicated and the deals are hard to understand and apply. If they overhaul their website and delivery, this would easily be a 5-star place.

The food would have been nicer if it wasn’t cold. Also I was unable to contact the restaurant on the number listed by just eat, I tried several times and it was an automated message saying the number is not recognised.

Well done to the driver who persevered despite the awkward location. didn't give me my ketchup (have me 2 garlic instead) no big deal though, food slapped!

the vegan pizza is so so salty that it is basically inedible. Had pizzas many times before including vegan ones never had this issue till now. one slice eaten out of whole pizza due to salt level. will never buy that again. shop said had not changed recipe and nothing they could/would do

Decent pizza - delivered on time!

Firstly they said it would be delivered by 20:20 to 20:40. It came at 21:25. Also the food was so late it was just cold and wet from the condensation off the pizza to the pizza box. Not impressed. I would be happy to try again as this could be a one off but I’m not sure. I wouldn’t pay full price again

Half of the people who ordered were asleep before this arrived due to over 1hr delay. Would have cancelled order if we'd have known how delayed the order would have been. We were all asleep by time it arrived, woke up to driver ringing bell well past 2am!!

Poor pizza ordered via Uber eats. Cold wasn't freshly cooked. Thin crust instead of thick. Tasted rubbish. Better off ordering Jimmy's.

I got a phone call saying they were calling from Caprinos.... yes OK.... im outside by the car he says... seriously? I had to try to get back through the gate & the back door balancing the food! Then the fries were undercooked, the fre le dessert looked like it had been licked all over & the toppings picked off as there were none! The pizzas we ordered were supposed to be deep pan they were as thin as as a piece of string! And the taste has gone down hill. This is the 6th time (maybe more) that we've ordered and to begin with we thought they were great but last time they weren't we put it down to a bad day and tried again even worse not for us anymore.
