Scarcely filled wraps, with a loose handful of overcooked and charred chicken. These wraps were a new offering from Caprinos so we thought they'd at least try to make them nice for their launch, unfortunately not.

Food was good, but delivery was way too early. We ordered for a specific delivery time because we were out and on the way home, so the food just had to be left on our doorstep for 15 minutes.

Food was atrocious. Chips were charred. The loaded fries was not really loaded fries at least it didnt even look like it and I've had plenty. The only thing i actually like was the bbq wrap. Waste of money, will not be ordering from them again.

Order was destroyed by drink when it arrived and couldn’t even get a refund

Ordered a vegan pizza they sent a normal pizza with meat on it (which took over an hour to come) and when i called to say the order was wrong they said they would replace it. Called back to see where the replacement was and they denied all knowledge of saying they would replace it and said that they won't do it. Took my money and hung up the phone when i tried to hold them to what they said. HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST

I don't recommend it, there's a pizzeria 15 minutes from my house and I received a cold and tasty meal

Cold fries; long waiting and late delivery

Had a lunch order... the pizza was amazing, good crust and base. The cheesy garlic bread was moreish and the hot chicken wings breading was so good

Have always loved this chain and ordered from it for years. The pizzas are delightful, and much much better than your average high street or fast food shops. The only issue is that the delivery system is far too complicated and the deals are hard to understand and apply. If they overhaul their website and delivery, this would easily be a 5-star place.

The food would have been nicer if it wasn’t cold. Also I was unable to contact the restaurant on the number listed by just eat, I tried several times and it was an automated message saying the number is not recognised.

Well done to the driver who persevered despite the awkward location. didn't give me my ketchup (have me 2 garlic instead) no big deal though, food slapped!

the vegan pizza is so so salty that it is basically inedible. Had pizzas many times before including vegan ones never had this issue till now. one slice eaten out of whole pizza due to salt level. will never buy that again. shop said had not changed recipe and nothing they could/would do

Decent pizza - delivered on time!

Firstly they said it would be delivered by 20:20 to 20:40. It came at 21:25. Also the food was so late it was just cold and wet from the condensation off the pizza to the pizza box. Not impressed. I would be happy to try again as this could be a one off but I’m not sure. I wouldn’t pay full price again

Half of the people who ordered were asleep before this arrived due to over 1hr delay. Would have cancelled order if we'd have known how delayed the order would have been. We were all asleep by time it arrived, woke up to driver ringing bell well past 2am!!

Poor pizza ordered via Uber eats. Cold wasn't freshly cooked. Thin crust instead of thick. Tasted rubbish. Better off ordering Jimmy's.

I accidentally put the wrong address and I got my delivery anyway. This showed how much they care for their customers

Chips were chewy, moz sticks were rubbery. Garlic bread was OK.. abit too much cheese

I got a phone call saying they were calling from Caprinos.... yes OK.... im outside by the car he says... seriously? I had to try to get back through the gate & the back door balancing the food! Then the fries were undercooked, the fre le dessert looked like it had been licked all over & the toppings picked off as there were none! The pizzas we ordered were supposed to be deep pan they were as thin as as a piece of string! And the taste has gone down hill. This is the 6th time (maybe more) that we've ordered and to begin with we thought they were great but last time they weren't we put it down to a bad day and tried again even worse not for us anymore.

So today the pizza wasn’t good? Last time pizza was very good but this time we ordered two pizza and it was chewy, the base of pizza wasn’t cooked enough. We could see the uncooked part so couldn’t finish it. But the hot wings are lit. The best I ate in town. I will give a last try for the pizza, if they are good I’ll continue ordering, if not it will be my last time.

Had lovely food from here, had a problem with one of the items and the fixed the problem straight away. Very pleased will order from here again

Ordered a pizza with 4 toppings but only got 3 and they were small servings. My pizza was undercooked and my dips were not the dips I ordered then to complete the bad review the warm cookies were horrible. All binned and had toast for dinner

Fries were very poor, oven cooked and soggy and definitely not worth around £4 for large. Would expect proper deep fried fries. Pizza was ok but the flavour of the dough wasn't anything special. Delivery was within their time estimation but it still took over an hour which was surprisingly long for a past midnight order on Wednesday.

The delivery driver was good but!! Food was cold literally cold! Wrong item delivered. I called the shop but the fella kept arguing with everything I was saying he had me repeat myself 6 times I told him they sent the wrong item just argued with me saying I was wrong! Told him the food was cold and all I got back was “so” so the meal wasn’t what I had ordered! And it was cold so therefore my meal was ruined through being cold and wrong! Never ordering from them again and want a full refund!!!! F

Chips where too soft n soggy should have a lil crisp on them.

The chips were hardly cooked, I didn’t eat them as they were still starchy and hard in the middle. The pizza wasn’t very warm and had very little tomato sauce. It won’t let me amend how early it arrived, however it was approx 10-15 minutes

Not happy at all the food is late and it’s now too late too eat it and also arrived burnt and milkshake was handed to me in a bag, opened the bag and the milkshake has leaked all over a bag I want my money back

the pizza I ordered 2 I said peri peri sauce and they gave me a whole bottle of peri sauce on the pizza it was 2 spicy no body ate it Uber eats came late and it was jus horrendous Neva again

Rude. Late. Cold. Worst ever order, rang 6 times, constantly apologised, then tried to pretend he couldn’t hear me, then left the phone on the side. Every-time sounded like he was outside, number on just eat is incorrect, had to google to find the right one. Said they would give me additional food which i didnt want, but actually sent a can of coke.. yes a can of coke which i didnt accept as it was almost insulting. I see the funny side now but at the time was mad jarring

Amazing pizza and quality has become better

I made an order over an hour ago on Uber eats and it did not arrive. It clearly said it was open why else would it take my order on the app.

Absolutely horrendous. Poor. Ordered through Uber eats, at least 45 min late, called multiple times, but they lied each time saying it’s 15 min away, no sign of order, then 5 min, still nothing. When it does turn up then pizza was incorrect, did not follow correct instructions. Driver said he can take it back. But after calling the shop they said they can’t replace. What a joke. DO NOT RECOMMEND! I am very angry and disappointed please don’t try! 😡😡😡

Fries are not good, chocolate pizza is basically Nutella on bread with no toppings and milkshake was very runny and too much milk. Cheap food for cheap quality

I never received my food. Never came to the hotel. Went down to reception and they told me no one came each time I went down. Tried calling restaurant but got no answer. Should have cancelled my order when I had the chance

The BEST pizza in town, had a vegetarian make my own. It was 😋. But the milkshake is the worst in town. Not made with ice cream, but just cold milk, 🤢. Not having that again.

Food was alright, not great, needed more sauce and crust was pretty soft. Worst bit was that they missed part of the order and then never came back out after the driver said they would

Rang restaurant to have someone rude turn around and go we’ve had issues which is what they said yesterday and both times half the order turned up today they said they’ll give us a can of drink which is £2 whereas we lost £5 on the side order so we’re still down and he seemed to think that was okay and told me it would be a further 30 minutes after it being already an hour late called him at the time he said it would be here and he said it’s out for delivery which has taken them over half an hour for them to get here when it’s only 20mins away if I’d of known I’d of picked it up myself, still didn’t turn up when he said and told me it would be a fourth 10 minutes I originally ordered at 20 past 5 it’s now gone 830 and it turned up cold

The pizza was cold so we're the fries...you can't call to complain as the number on here is wrong. A waste of money I will never order from them again!!

Usually don't have any issues, however they messed up the base sauces meaning 1 pizza was inedible for a very fussy child.

Driver didn’t knock on the door food was sat outside for over 35 minutes

It would have been a 5 however the size was supposed to be 9inch but we only got 8inches which may only be a 10% decrease in diameter but it works out to a 21% decrease in area on both pizzas it's no wonder I'm still hungry. I did ring the shop who said they were a franchise and the pans are a standard size and that it was 9inches when it went in the oven. I'll give them one thing, both pizzas were the same size so maybe their website should advertise them as "9 inches uncooked size". Apart from that the taste of the pizza, garlic bread and chicken wings were very good.

Really good service, pizza was massive with a good amount of toppings, cheesy garlic was awesome and the chicken was cooked to perfection. Delivery was also spot on as the driver rang to let me know he was there before even ringing the doorbell as not to disturb anyone. Absolutely spot on service totally recommend

Did not receive dips that I payed for again the same as all the last time I’ve ordered in the past and also food was all cold and delivery driver had a bad attitude not happy tonight with my order
