This place is good quality food for good prices especially in Gloucester but the reason I'm giving 3 stars for food is the chicken wraps now the blame is on me for not reading the description but fries in a chicken wrap...... This is not a food trend its terrible when I order a chicken wrap I don't want half my taste buds tasting of potatoes it's not a preference it's just bad which is a shame and unnecessary because you have a good deal for extras on this side order with FRIES! and a drink if you're struggling to fill up the wrap try a bunch of other vegetables I don't know how this got past food testing but I promise you may be the only place what does this but it doesn't make it special or good sorry but I enjoy cooking and food this is something I won't be ordering again

I have recently visited Caprinos a few times and I am impressed with the Service. With great and friendly members of staff and brilliant Pizzas, every customer will be left satisfied. In terms of quality, the food is great and in terms of price, very fair! With great deals for both collection and delivery, Caprinos is perfect for a pizza night, or even just if you wanted a pizza for lunch. Truly recommend trying, you may fund a new favorite pizza place. God bless you all

Caprinos first time trying it and can say the service is amazing all really nice and cheery food hear is amazing and the staff are really polite I suggest this after a good night out

Ordered late Sunday, chicken wings and a meaty pizza, chicken was awful and pizza tasted bland, and to top it off, whilst we waited for the pizza to arrive we finally got impatient, rang the shop to finally be told the delivery driver left it on the door step, .. no knock or call to let us know it had arrived... 🫣.. I mean honestly, common sense, ... Not a great experience for me.. so unfortunately a below average review. Simply embarrassing.

The food is very nice and very well priced for what you order however is severely let down by how long it takes the restaurant to deliver the food, we had to wait over 2 hours for food to be delivered and had to ring multiple times due to no delivery, and keep being told few minutes etc, needs to work on the delivery times as over 2 hours is unacceptable

This has to be the worst pizza I ever had. I specifically requested for no onions and it was confirmed, when they brought it there was onions all over my pizza couldn't even eat a decent bite because the pizza was soggy

I had the worst customer service experience at this place. I came with my big family and unfortunately due to my stomach condition I had to use the toilet before I could do anything. The person behind the counter first said yes then the other person behind said no it is “out of order”. Now I get it maybe people come and only use the toilet but I pleaded that I actually have a condition and I really need to use it but he said it is broken and he can’t let me use the other toilet as well. Given the extreme pain I went through I left the place with a painful gut and also hoped that the person running this shop realises how badly his staff had treated me. Now I am across the street in subway. While I never say this to anyone but I did on this occasion told the two folks that I hope they can someday feel what I feel to realise what they have done. I am literally in pain.

Caprinos are hands down the best pizza place in Gloucester. Many times better than Domino's or pizza huts, they really care about their customers and any special request is no problem whatsoever. Staff are happy, food is consistently brilliant - piping hot with very fresh ingredients, kitchens clean, the stores always tidy and that's a great indicator that they care. I'll always use caprinos over Domino's or any of the other major brands because of Bob and Adem. Joy in each slice every time. Big love to the Gloucester team!

Food: usually tasty if you don't get any processed meat toppings. Margherita and Seafood pizzas are nice, however the garlic and herb dip they use is cheap and acidic tasting. I'd suggest buying your own and not using theirs. Because of the bad garlic dip and most of the pizzas being low quality in taste, can only give 3 stars. Service: normally service is fine but on busy days they tend to forget things and deliver very late. During Ramadan delivery was very poor but they made up for it by giving us free cake, and delivering an additional pizza later. Because they make up for mistakes the best they can and are friendly on the phone, I'm giving 4 stars. Price: the prices are quite high for what it is, I wouldn't order from them if there was another halal pizza alternative around. It's decent if you want to treat yourself.

I had ordered 1 pizza, 1 small garlic pizza and large fries. I was told it will take 14-20minutes so after half an hour i enquired if my food was ready or not and i was told my pizza is in oven and its about to come out however just behind the receptionist i see the kitchen staff putting my small garlic pizza in oven and also my fries after a while after them; however i had asked for fried fries not Oven cooked. Once my pizza were ready (45mins) I had to wait again for chips to which when I had enough of waiting and told receptionist to cancel my fries as I had ran out of patience she just pulled them out of the oven and gave me saying they were ready. They were UNDERCOOKED. taste of the pizza was no way near to expected and was definitely not worth wait 45mins just for a pizza. I was better off ordering online.

I've ordered pizza from almost every single pizza place in the local area. Previously I thought that Best Kebab had the best there was due to their calzones. But after trying the pizza from here, I think I've found my new favourite. The dough is soft and tastes decent, the tomato base is rich and flavourful (something I've never been able to comment on from any other place), the cheese and toppings were plentiful and tasty. The prices may be a bit high, but that's because you get what you pay for. I can easily recommend ordering from here!

Pizza received one hour and half after the order...they promised maximum 35 minutes...never again.

I ordered pizza from here for me and my 4 children. We all loved it. My pizza was the meat lover and it was delicious. Delivery was quick and all the ingredients were fresh. I will never order pizza from anywhere else again as we all loved it so much.

Average pizzas. Topping were highly rationed on pizzas. Only 50% of Topping when compared with domino's or pizza hut. Need to improve.

Ordered my food over an hour ago for me and my son, still have not received it. Been emailing and trying to call but it's constant engaged. This is beyond a joke, my son has had to have something to eat from the cupboards as he is starving and waiting for this pizza

First time using this Pizza company and very disappointed. Ordered online directly with them but they don't delivery outside of GL1 postcode (I'm less than 3 miles away!) so had to collect. Arrived at the time I booked but they hadn't even started making them so had to wait 30mins! To rub salt in my wounds, the pizzas were very average and on par with an XL Sainsburies pizza which is half the price. Definitely not in the same league as Pappa Johns. So overall, a very poor experience.

Do not go here, would rate 0 if I could. Had a simple order if regular chips and took 30 minutes. When I asked where they were they just said they're coming with no time frame. Only come here if you have unlimited time to order and cba with doing anything else all day

Waited over 1 hr to receive order even though only 7 min drive away, rang up and I asked why it was not within the max timeframe and guy claimed he couldn’t hear me on the phone even though he was talking back to me! Won’t order from here again as such small pizzas but did send complimentary fudge cake

We decided to give it a go and ordered from this place first time. Delivery service was brilliant . Pizza was hot but it's more like vegeterian 1 and you would have to use a microscope to find any chicken or kebab on it. I think toast and cheese would taste exactly the same . We all agreed it was probably worst 1 We ever tried . 1 extra star only because fast delivery . Bit dissapointed :-(

Not very fast at delivering, we waited over 2 hours for our order even though we live 2 minutes drive away from the store . We were told 30-40 minutes when we ordered. No answer when we tried to call to find out what was going on. When reception answered the call she kept saying driver is on the way. Wasn't impressed with the cold pizza either, I wouldn't recommend it.I have tried speaking to the store after that but apparently there is no manager there . Avoid

I am really unpleased with the service delivered after 1 hrs of delay, when ever I call always advised that driver will leave in 1 min. such a unpleasant behaviour and both pizza and side items are dam cold we used microwave to re heat .. even one star is also not deserved...

delivery took a little longer than said through Uber Eats but for 20p delivery I don’t complain! The thin pizza was very nice, crunchy crust but not teeth breaking, perfect if you ask me. Cheesy garlic bread had a good amount of cheese without feeling too sick and crunchy curly fries. Delivery was in cardboard pizza boxes so easy to recycle. Definitely will order again.

Ordered two 15" chicken pizzas but they may as well have been margheritas with the little amount of chicken there was on them! A chicken cube per large slice. Such a shame seeing as the base was perfect.. On a plus side, the delivery was fast!
