You will wait over 2 hours for cold pizza when you live 5 minutes away, don't bother.

I’ve ordered multiple times and every time they keep getting my order wrong, when I call to ask why this has happened they give any excuse to why I haven’t got my correct order, to think you pay extra for the things your listing and you’ve waited more than 40 mins for your order for it to come wrong on more than one occasion is a joke🤦🏾‍♂️😤🤬

I’ve just had the best pizza in fleet honestly , I’ve ordered a large mix seafood and it was hot and tasty , price is great for how good it is and the guys working there are friendly and very helpful , thank you and can’t wait to order again. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best to collect (get there early), delivery is usually late and the last two times the food was lukewarm and even quite cold. Now I'm not dissing cold pizza, but you usually have cold pizza the next morning, not when it is being delivered on the day! Best advice if you can't collect is to have your oven ready. On a good note, the food is tasty.

Have used them since they opened and would have said they do the best pizzas in town. But the last two times we’ve used them the delivery has taken longer than expected, pizzas arrived cold and not as tasty. Not sure what’s happened, but sadly gone down hill.

We have ordered many times and normally we are happy with the food but today the food is sub par, the pizza dough is too thin and in some places the dough is torn under the toppings, also we have had a change of dessert (ordered choc fudge cake) and this has been substituted for cookies (normally this wouldn’t be an issue but would be nice to be pre warned rather than asking the delivery person and he telling me that it’s been substituted), I just feel let down by this order today

The taste of pizza was great along with chicken strips. We enjoyed them. However I am giving 4 stars because barbq wings were not fresh and we couldn't eat it. Delivery was too late around half and hour after 20.20

Order says delivered, nothing received

Ordered at 20:55, initial estimate for delivery was 21:30. Tracking didn’t show out for delivery until 21:35 and new estimate was between 21:25-21:45. Order still not arrived by 21:45 so asked for update, new estimate 22:10. Order finally arrived at 22:25 and was obviously stone cold and mishandled, driver said nothing during handover.

Placed an order yesterday (16th October 2024) for two shawarma wrap and loaded shawarma. No issues with shawarma wrap but the loaded shawarma was very dissapointing. All the fries were undercooked and floppy. Hardly any sauce or chicken. I am a regular customer. I ordered pizza last week and that was fine.

had a BBQ pizza but they didn't put any BBQ sauce on in it or any pots of it on the side

First time ordering from here. The pizza took over 1 hour to be delivered (on a tuesday at 7pm). No updates from the store. Pizza style and taste is that of any low budget independent Pizza takeaway - but at Domino's prices. Not for me.

Not sure if it was a different chef tonight but the wraps weren’t as good they weren’t wrapped very well and they hadn’t been toasted like the previous orders.

First time ordering from here and although the delivery was late I would definitely order again because the food is amazing the shwarma wraps are intense I can’t stop thinking about them 😂

Pizza and cream cheese were both bland

Pizza delicious as always, unfortunately chips once again need to be cooked properly for longer - had to put them in the air fryer when they arrived to finish cooking! So disappointing as this is the second time this has happened.

I've found Caprinos to be the best option out there for pizza delivery to Hook, by far!! Always piping hot and decent pizza sizes. Tend to go with the Caprinos special and make a change to an ingredient in the notes section and they always get it right. Slightly late this week but doesn't happen often. Highly recommended 👍

Quite possibly the worst pizza ever!! Excellent delivery but what type of pizza is this??. Base was awful, cheese was disgusting and I'm not even sure what was wrong with the fries.. not cooked!! Looking at the 5 * reviews, I believed this would be tasty, don't believe the hype, just awful!. Won't be ordering from here again.

Can't give it more than 3 stars. Pizza was ok (the kids are it at least), chicken wrap was actually really nice but the fries were raw!! How they let them leave the shop in that state is anyone's guess. Delivery time was quick, perhaps they should have given the fries a few more minutes, I would have waited.

The pizza is really good quality from Caprinos, the garlic cheese stuffed crust is particularly good.

Apart from the disgusting ham that looked like shredded Frankfurter and the total of 6 small chunks of pineapple that was supposed to be an extra portion, the rest was ok. I assume ham and pineapple means 3 chunks per pizza

The chocolate pizza did not have the toppings on. The Hawaiian pizza barely had any pineapple on. We would not order again.

Always amazing pizzas, but tonight I ordered fries as well, the fries were not cooked, I had to put them in the air fryer for 10 mins, I think someone forgot to fry them?

Pizzas were amazing. Our stuffed crust was sadly wrong (just cheese, no cheese and sausage as advertised). Chicken strippers, however, you can tell were frozen and just a bit naff which let it down compared to other restaurants.

Restaurant mistook my fudge ice cream for fudge cake but it was amended when mentioned

Food was not great as the pizza was a little too crisp for my liking. Also the status of the processing of the order was very poor (not sure if this was the Just-East website) Delivery was at least on time and the driver was polite and friendly.

I am sorry to give a negative review, however the brownies were still frozen in the middle. A lot of the pizza and curly fries were under cooked so overly floppy and not a nice texture. Most of the meal went uneaten.

Stealth price rises meant I didn't get the pizza I wanted. I have enjoyed their pizza for a while but sides now have odd numbers of pieces and the pizzas have all been shuffled down a size to make it look like the prices are the same so I ended up with the wrong size pizza and paid tripple for more sides than I wanted to get an even number of pieces. Price rises are expected but there's no need to be duplicitous about it.
