never received my food I would like a total refund please.

nearly 2 hours from ordering to receiving. eta 12:25-12:45 and finally received meal cold at 13:30 never again will I order from them

Lunchtime deal £5.99 Pizza, Wedges and Drink. 👍🏼🍕 But they often want you pay cash on collection, which I’m not happy about as don’t carry cash or card anymore and only use digital wallets for payment

The food was an hour late They got the whole meal wrong I ordered two plain donna wraps And they both came with lettuce and mayo and one came with jalapeños and hottest the sauce am my friend is allergic to jalapeños and luckily luckily, I noticed before he eat them I ordered extra large curly fries and they came as normal as standard. Me and my friend tried to call 3 times half the time they didn’t answer and the other time they said call them back in 30 minutes and they’ll give us a refund. It’s been 30 minutes and no refund and they’re not and they’re not resending the order out.

I ordered their garlic bread. Was very disappointed. Hardly had any flavour and very small sizes. It's kind of deceiving from their image posted. I wouldn't recommend this place. There are much better pizza places in Nottingham

The wrap was missing jalapeños and tomatoes and spicy beef. It just has doner meat and lettuce. The pizza was nice but the wrap was poor.

Pizza is good, but, consistently late (three times in a row, not during rush hours, weekdays), so always cold when received. Shame really.

The only issue with this place is that now I know they exist, I might end up eating too much pizza! I'd never seen a #vegan meat feast before so I was already excited but then I was surprised even further by how hot, fresh and tasty the food was, (steam literally erupted from the bag!) and then I was delighted even further when the kind and courteous delivery driver offered me a free vegan brownie! How lovely. Thank you Caprinos!

Yes the food was 15 mins late, but the traffic was horrendous so I can't fault them on that. Also they were very patient with me messaging and calling them up to ask about the whereabouts the food, which was really good customer service. They were polite and even put in an apology sweet treat which was amazing bless them. The cheese and tomato pizza was amazing just out of the oven, an instant win with the kids. Thanks so much for all your effort! I would definitely order again from them.

Honestly can't believe how good the pizza is. Normally don't touch the crust but we finished every bite. The thin base is like a focaccia. Crispy but airy. Don't sleep on caprinos. Best regional pizza chain 2024

First time I’ve tried caprinos and wasn’t disappointed I like the thin crust and it was spot on topping were excellent. Will be ordering from these again

My kids and I went to caprinos pizza Nottingham, which is lovely because it has nice view outside. The environment is nice, the workers are friendly and the pizza is so delicious. You can also try them and you will love it.

It was estimated 3.45-4:05, at 4:10 i messaged them to say it was late, they said its on its way and will arrive 4.30.it arrived 4.29 and i was given a free brownie.My chips,wraps were cold, churos were cold. Not happy

A nice little takeaway. Been three times. Food is great and excellent value. Reason I haven't rated higher is an annoying issue that in the past 2 occasions I have been, I asked specifically (in person) for no jalapeños in my food and both times they were added. First time I didn't realise till much later. First time I saw but I didn't have time to wait for it to be remade (as they did offer) so picked it out as just in top, but this was after specifically asking for none to be added. Il still go back as I like the food but il be checking my order much closer before I leave. A couple of seats so the atmosphere that of a standard takeaway but clean.

Really good pizza. Very helpful staff, manager phoned me to say they had sold out of an item I had ordered, suggested alternatives and sent a free garlic bread as an apology. The only pizza place we use now.

The worst food I’ve had in a very long time the wings were so dry even with the sauce on them, they were way over cooked, the fries were recooked and rock hard and smelt of old oil and the pizza tasted weird definitely not tasty or fresh I’ve ordered from here previously and it was really nice but seems they have let themselves go and the quality is terrible don’t recommend nor will I be ordering from these guys again. Actually feeling sick now.. feel bad throwing away a 15” pizza in the bin but no way can we eat this. All three of us said the same thing having tasted it. Wasted over £20 on rubbish food.

The food was delicious. The food arrived pipping hot, like it was freshly from the oven. The pizza was amazingly nice, the Sharwarma blast, bbq smashed buger pizza, and caprinos special are bombastic with so much flavour. There were plenty of toppings fullllllll. The food was made to look like a pizza but tasted unique and had a very different flavour extremely delicious. I would most definitely recommend this place, If you are someone who loves mini buns with cheese, you can choose the cheesy bites.The churros & chicken salad are just okay, nice. The wrap is nice, actually very² nice. The fries were plenty, and the loaded fries were nice. The grilled chicken wings are deliiiiiiciiioussssssss this is my favourite well marinated I can't move on with the deliciousness of the bbq chicken wings. Good customer service 👍
