He estado aquí 2 noches el seguidos y cada vez que el personal es respetuoso, atento y muy trabajador.sirven una buena selección de bebidas con una sonrisa y cuando la comida llega estará encantado.caliente, delicioso y presentada como un+ personas empezó.prevé presentar!! No puedo esperar para mi próximo viaje de negocios en Londres. Este lugar es digno de convertirse en mi lejos local . I también se informa que lanzar un nuevo menú espero es tan bueno como este.

As an ex member of staff at the pub, under it's current ownership of parity bars, I have to say that the way the company and management here treat it's staff and regulars is terrible. They took on 2 young girls as chefs and paid them minimum wage when the older man working in the kitchen started on 8 pounds per hour. Because these girls are youn they feel like they can get away with treating them badly. I have been informed recently that they have fired the gentleman who sorts out their cellar, with only 3 male members of staff, one with a bad elbow, one who is only there twice a week for evening shifts and another who they hate having around I don't know who they expect to sort out the cellar, but if have heard their beer has gone off so that is what they deserve. Then there are the regulars, many used to complain about how the bar would shut early because a superior member of staff wanted to go out for the night and they were left with nowhere to go as the next nearest pub is a 15 minute walk and they call last orders at 11. Then there is the case of the kitchen, the older gentleman chef really didn't have a clue about how to work a kitchen, dirty plates were piling up whilst he left raw fish on top of other food products, they got so bad that one week they had to give 25 refunds in one lunch time, food took over an hour to be served whilst some of the orders came out completely wrong, when management got back it seemed to be bar staffs fault according to the chef and they were the ones punished and even left to deal with it as the management went to help out in the kitchen, at one point the manager made fun of one of the female chefs disability which is disgraceful on any level. I left this place because of the way in which management treated staff, and I hope they eventually sort the place out. Parity bars need to take a good look at this place because they have good staff but they only seem to want to hold on to the bad ones.
