Been waiting 2 hours for delivery

After 2 hours and 40 mins of being lied to, oh it'll be 15 mins its on its way.. To cancelling our order. Absolute clowns. Never again

Food was lovely tonight couldn't fault it .

If you want to 2 hours for some lukewarm average pizza, this the place for you.

burger was not good at all, pizza as always was nice but for the price of the burger I expected atleast something that was half descent

Absolutely abysmal. Usually it’s quite decent but it was vile. The chicken Kiev pizza was very dry. Garlic and mushroom garlic bread but no mushrooms, or taste…the chips were cold. What a waste of £30! Do you have a different chef on a Thursday night? I’m sure you’ll reply with a snide comment like other replies but that says a lot about the company you run. Thanks

Pepperoni Pizza - advertised as “Pepperoni Pizza” however in the small T&C’s it come with jalapeños. Should be advertised as such. A pepperoni pizza should come as standard as pepperoni and cheese

Not had a problem before but food was very late and one of the pizzas was wrong was still hot though

Very poor and not for the first time. Used to be my solid go to take away but wont be using again. Advised delivery time 45 mins. Actually delivery time 1 hour 45 mins. Parts of the order missing completely, no answer when i rang 3 times.

Calzones best I’ve ever had. Delivery driver was insanely rude said he’d called 10 times when he hadn’t tried once then said we took too long to come down. We live on 6th floor and we didn’t know he was here until he called up to the flat by the speaker box. Then called twice more after my partner told him he was on the way down. Other than him the food was amazing definitely recommend

the order was 20 mins late and when I checked my banking app I had been charged twice for the food.

Garlic bread was like eating concrete had to throw it away due to it being so hard. Food was shocking.

Caldos has gone downhill over the last few months, food is bang average and delivery time is terrible. Calling them results in "yeah it's on the way" and then them putting the phone down. Wouldn't recommend this place to a starving Ethiopian. 0 Stars

Messed up on my sons pizza! Even tho it’s always the same and always added in the notes, they corrected it, but was too late and money wasted as my autistic son would not eat it

Order regularly, food always on point. Generally delivered in good time. Can be a little more expensive when compared to other take away in the area.

they got one of the pizza orders completely wrong and have delivered the wrong pizza and it was also really late and said it had been delivered and it hadn’t, when i called to see where it was it hadn’t even left the shop yet

Ordered a 12inch meat feast via an app and what turned up was a 12inch cold pepperoni pizza which was 15minutes late from what the app said. When I noticed the app about the delivery they then updated the time. Rang them up and they would say the boss was on with it but it’s been half an hour and still not heard anything. Won’t be using these again.

Every time we have a Caldos it gets better every time! If I was going to have my last meal on earth it would be the garlic and cheese stuffed dough balls.

Worst pizza I've ever had! It was swimming in grease and the toppings had no taste whatsoever! I dont know who your supplier is but it was honestly the most tastless meat feast pizza ive ever had. Absolute waste of money!

Our food was gorgeous as always everything was piping hot, cooked to perfection and tasted amazing! We had ordered pizzas 🍕 onion rings and chips 🍿. I would never order pizza from anywhere else after having eaten the ones from here. Delivery is always good, the guys are really nice. We definitely recommend Caldo's, 5***** 😋😋😋

Didn't want to say anything whilst it happened because I'm not arguing over the phone over something like this but tonight I was called to say I'd have to pay 2£ extra to 'swap' the vegetable topping (jalapeno) for another (green peppers) - this cannot run going forward and requires no explanation, if this was a genuine mistake feel free to delete review if needed

how long does it take to cook one pizza? apparently it takes nearly and hour and 20 minutes.....not happy

we love caldos food its really nice however it let's itself down by never sticking to times. perhaps if you are so bust you are struggling to keep up turn thd orders off. it's a shame as puts you off ordering again

Food turned up cold and late. This happened last time I used Caldo but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Used to be a great little spot for food. Last time I’ll be ordering from here sadly.

it was over 20 minutes late but rje driver was so nice and apologetic even brought us a free drink as they were so busy hiw ever the quality of food was not good and non of of felt well the next day the service was good hiw they handled it being so busy butI womt order again as the food was not nice at all

rang up asked how long snotty answer on the fone then had the cheek to say well its weekend we are busy I said u are paid to do a job and just do it again snotty answer back no customer skills at all!

Absolutely APPALLING customer service and food quality. Ordered via just eat a lamb kebab which cost over £9.00 and a 12 inch veg pizza. The kebab had MINIMAL lamb in it and the pizza was stone cold! We rang to complain and the manager refused to speak to us but instead shouted his response to the young girl who answered the phone. He told us that lamb is expensive that’s why you hardly get any meat!!!! And regarding the cold pizza he told me he would replace with a smaller one! Not good when

Food was nice, my son loves your pizzas. It did come fairly cold though and I only live a mile away. Delivery took 90 mins which I couldn’t understand as I ordered just after you opened so can’t imagine you would be that busy

ordered a special kebab which was extremely nice but in all honesty I was disappointed with its lack of content, very sparse on the meat for a special especially for its price .

I'm a return customer and find the food very tasty, however, over the last few months or so, food arrives late and is tepid/cold which is a real shame.
