Caldo Pizza in Bradford

Poor quality, Luke warm. The pizza arrives with sweetcorn that we didn’t order or like. Would not recommend.

High quality food as per usual from Caldos. Delivered fast and still nice and hot! Couldn't fault jt !

we love the pizza from caldo but I can't remember the last time our order was anywhere near on time, constantly late, tonight's by an hour, we are regular customers of caldo but will now be trying somewhere else.

Estimate at time of order was 35-50mins. Once payment made estimate was 55-70 mins. App said had been delivered but hadn’t arrived. Item arrived after 85mins. This is 3rd time this has happened

Our food of pizzas one with extras, chips and onion rings was delivered to freshly cooked, very hot by a very polite nice delivery man. It was on time. 5* I would recommend this take away 😋😋😋

Please read my review. Dont order from here! Worst ever pizza place ordered from! Took atleast a 1 hour to get to my house Should of took about 35 minutes. Poor service! Ordered 1st and called up after about 35 minutes and they guy said that ill call the person delivering up so he did i waited and then called back after 7 minutes and i asked you got right address he said yh pluss told him it .the guy said shes knocked, you wont open the door then i said no one has knocked and i said forget the pizzas as soon as i said that call ended. After a while knock on my door. Women said was there with pizzas said its £10.70 when on website the pizzas was both £5.20 so its £10.40 why extra 30p. This pizza place is in queensburry and i live in queensburry about 10 minutes away from the place and charging me extra 30p on top after waiting a hour for me and my brothers pizzas we was starving waiting for those pizzas. 1st time ordering from here would never order again pluss the state of the pizzas awful. Cravings is way better to order from!

Changed to out for delivery, called the shop half an hour after delivery time to be told it’s only just been made! Very poor. Waited just under 2 hours in total

It’s a shame as these are usually good but unfortunately tonight the food was late, we had a wrong pizza and when I checked mine it was over cooked. Shame really.

Sad to say we are going to have to avoid Caldo. The food is really good but the service/delivery time is terrible. The last two deliveries have been massively late, wouldnt be so bad but my kids are waiting on food. I’ve had to ring on both occasions as the food suggests it’s delivered when it isn’t.

1hr 10 min later than original delivery time, called twice was told another 10-15 mins, then on its way…it’s now 30 mins since I called and still not here. Poor girl on the phone getting stressed out, if you have no drivers told take orders on just eat. Asked for refund and was declined. Not a one off from Caldos, thought we’d give benefit of doubt and try again. Will not order again!

Food was an hour late - rang to see where it was and was told it was on the way. Half an hour later it still hadn't arrived. Requested refund which was cancelled. Over two hours from ordering to getting a pizza. Will not order from them again.

Over an hour and ten late! We ordered over two hours ago and only just turned up. The owner told me forty mins ago it had just left, to ring twenty mins later to be told it hadn’t even been made! Used to go weekly but not anymore. You’ve lost a loyal customer.

I have been waiting nearly 15 mins, however I personally believe that the delay is due to the poor weather conditions so I’ll let it be, but maybe in future don’t give a collection time if I’m going to arrive at the time and still sit waiting for a further 15-20 mins

the food is always amazing here but we always have our food delivered late, this time by half an hour and the food was just about warm. the driver apologised and gave us a bottle of pop, but it's not the first time for late delivery. pizza and dough balls are always really nice

The food was ordered at 18:43 and arrived at 21:32 , I get they were busy but surely if your struggling you just stop taking orders …. It was almost 3 hours late… rung three times and each time told it was next out (clearly not the case ) requested money back so we could order from else where they refused … kept putting on app it had been delivered … not the first , but our last ordering from here !!

I was disappointed tonight with my pizza, the order was for 2 10 inch pepperoni with jalpenoe pizzas, 1 with extra jalpenoes. We got this one and one which was like cheese on a pizza pase with pepperoni not nice too dry to eat, I was gutted! My chips were not cooked through neither. I am really upset by this, it should not happen it's better to cook the food required correctly otherwise you'll lose customers. Last week we waited almost 2 hours it's not looking good. Honesty is the best policy!

Hard dry bits of donner with barely any meat. We used to share one. This is the 3rd bad takeaway in a row over the past few months. Such a shame used to be really good.

Took 1hr 50 mins to deliver 2 pizzas and we live 7 minutes away. Zero communication and when we rang for an update they lied and said it was 5 minutes away but took another 30 minutes still.

When I noticed the app about the delivery they then updated the time. Rang them up and they would say the boss was on with it but it’s been half an hour and still not heard anything. Won’t be using these again.

Let's start with the positives. They're decent pizzas, not gourmet but nicely done and tasty. Good crust, sauce and a variety of toppings. But then there is the service. Called for three pizzas at 5:30pm on a Saturday, it was 8pm by the time they arrived. Plenty of lies about delivery times when called up several times, an utter failure to manage expectations. Pizzas were not hot enough on arrival and there was no discount for the outrageous wait. Prices were OK if service was better. Great potential but I won't be ordering again unless it's a very quiet night indeed. A shame.

I asked for BBQ sauce as a base and there was none just cheese nothing else!! I could have made cheese on toast at home!?!! terrible.

Considering I placed the order at 17:30 it was due at 18:30 we didn’t receive until 19:25 not good!!! I recommend they either restrict the orders or employ more staff in order to satisfy their customers

Absolutely diabolical delivery times no apology when it did eventually arrive. Over one and a half hours later then the estimated delivery time. Won’t be using them again mediocre food at best.
