Really good experience. Not all that expensive either, good value. We had hot, fresh paninis with salad. Service was quick. My friend had a knickerbocker glory which she liked a lot. The atmosphere is really pleasant and the staff all lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

I love visiting here with my dad, it’s a really nice treat. The servers are lovely and the food and drinks are amazing. I had one of their milkshakes and it was delicious and the paninis are great for lunch too. Also it’s great value would really recommend!!

We had friends who raved to us about this place as they had a dog ,and it accommodates dogs they said and the cakes were great . When we got there we found that the people who had dogs had to sit in the area outside the cafe ,we were grateful not to have taken ours .The cafe is a bit olde worlde and the drinks and service were fine .But we couldn't rate the cakes , there was nothing special about them .

Whilst visiting Keighley as part of a steam train trip we found ourselves fancying a bit of lunch. I 'googled' dog friendly' and this this place came up with some excellent reviews. I'm so glad it did because it was amazing! It's such a gorgeous place, very colourful and quirky, the staff are lovely, very welcoming and made my family feel at home. I had pea and ham soup which was delicious, crumpets and beans on toast were also consumed. My children said the milkshakes were deliciously creamy! The icing on the cakes were the cakes! Wow, what a selection, my youngest described as the best cake on earth. Battenburg, lemon and elderflower and a candyfloss cake served with ice-cream went down a treat with us. Delicious! It's definitely recommended by us. Give it a go😀

It was just before lunch when I decided to try this place. The staff greeted me with large smiles, as I did not know what I wanted they supplied a Menu to peruse. After a short browse and a look at the magnificent array of cakes on display, I ordered a the Fruit toast, a piece of Treacle tart and an Americano coffee. The food and drink arrived very quickly. The Fruit Toast was two pieces of a fruit roll with ample butter on the side. Along with this and a fresh Treacle tart and a deliciuos cup of coffee, the visit here was a delight.

Visited Keighley on our recent narrow boat holiday. Very disappointed in Keighley overall, as not a nice area, very dirty and didn’t feel safe. However Cake’ole, tucked away in the arcade is the best thing in the area. Lovely staff, good coffee and refreshing alchemist lemonade made our visit worth the 30 minute walk. Staff made a fuss of our dog and provided some cheese for her to much on. Great little place!

We visited cake'ole today whilst in Skipton, the staff were warm and welcoming, the cream cheese bagels were amazing, along with a beautiful clotted cream scone and Jam, price was reasonable and decor quirky but brilliant. Place does not take card/ cash only.

We had the children’s afternoon tea for 3 children on the recommendation that it was sandwiches and a ‘few’ sweets. What arrived was a mountain of sweets and a few sandwiches and less than a full packet of crisps. At £24 this was not value for money at all. At half this price it would still have been expensive. Along with melted chocolate to dip the sweets into comes a sweet milkshake (with a sweet on the side) plus the option to have jam/chocolate spread sandwiches. How much more sugar can you get in?! I feel you could have replayed the plate full of sweets with chopped up fruit to dip in the chocolate sauce. Also why not have smaller versions of your own cakes or mini scones rather than packet shop bought bear shaped cakes. We could have fed at least 6 children at Keelham Farm Shop, for the price of the afternoon tea and come away feeling they have had home cooked excellent quality food. This would also not have packed the children full of sugar. After the temporary sugar rush the kids were still hungry. It’s a shame the food was a disappointment, as the atmosphere and decor is lovely and a lot of thought has gone into making it feel different from other cafes. The service is good and child friendly, but I think your prices should be more reasonable and you could consider healthier additions for children whilst still having that element of ‘wackiness’. I think there’s a reason that the shop always seems only half full. A shop like this should be turning people away at the door due to its popularity, not turning them off coming again. Also... get a card payment machine. This is 2019!

This place had been recommended by friends. A very warm welcome and did enjoy the quirky setting. Rather disappointed with my pot of tea as only lukewarm. My panini was very chewy and not to my taste. My husband's sandwich did look tasty and he enjoyed it as he also enjoyed the cake he had. May give it another shot.

Great English breakfast tea three cups and uncle had unlimited filter coffee for £2.40 ...great staff great place nice prices didn't eat but will do next time

We ordered afternoon tea for 2, as on the menu, but when it came it was rather disappointing, and somewhat lacking. It comprised of 4 miniscule sandwiches, a handful of crisps, a bit of salad, 2 scones, jam and runny clotted cream, 1 piece of cake and 3 bitesize cakes. 1 piece of cake between 2?? 3 mini cakes between 2?? Once we'd cut the sandwiches in half, they were literally 1 bite. All we got that we didn't have to share were the scones. One of the small cakes was 2 choc chip cookies sandwiched together with marshmallow. If we were sharing that, a chainsaw should have been provided to cut it. As much as I love my friend, having a bite of it each is going a bit too far! On asking the staff, the manager confirmed that yes, that was an afternoon tea for 2 but it was a SHARING afternoon tea. Had we ordered individual afternoon teas, we'd have had a piece of cake each. Nowhere on the menu did it state it was sharing and had we been notified, we could have made the decision to get one each. Fortunately the teas and coffees were in good supply. We came away somewhat perplexed and feeling a little cheated. We won't be returning. There are plenty other places offering afternoon tea where it is clear what you are getting and of a similar or better quality.

I've visited a few times with friends and have made this a 'go-to place with one of my friends when we want a catch up. We can guarantee getting a great bottomless filter coffee, exceedingly good variety of cakes and a lovely service. This cafe if just a gem! Highly recommend but can be busy at times, so best to get a lite breakfast snack, bottomless coffee and gorge on delicious cake into the afternoon. I just wish they had a loyalty card with a coffee and slab of cake as a reward.

A cute smaller version of the Skipton cafe. Wish we’d found it sooner! This seemed quieter than the very popular Skipton one. Great hot chocolate and fabulous cake! A must visit.

Amazing selection of cakes.Quirky decor and friendly staff. I chose a cornflake tart and tea. They were both lovely and great to have loose leaf tea. A real treat!

Salted caramel milkshake, hot chocolate, Mexican panini including fresh side salad and a scone, all very good although scones could be bigger. Friendly staff and good value, just wish I’d had room for one of the delicious looking cakes. A real change from usual high street coffee shops.

Went here for scones and tea after finding another cafe closed. It's such an amazing spot and so happy we found it! Such quirky deco and it just works so well. New fav place!

Staff are friendly and decor is lovely. However I came away feeling it is style over quality food. We ordered afternoon tea for two at £18, it was worst I have ever experienced. Stale Scones - hard and dry, stale bun - hard with solid buttercream and a soggy biscuit. I have had much nicer scones at the local Morrison's cafe. There was 1 slice of cake on the top tier to share. 2 small slices would be better as it is tea for 2. 4 small sandwiches on bottom tier which were ok. I never write reviews but felt so disappointed with the stale scones and bun. Shop does not accept card payment which is not convenient for most customers. I will not revisit.

Went there with my wife and kids while visiting a friend in bingley. It was amazing and the young woman georgina was so helpful. Will definitely be going back.

Went to cake ole Keighley yesterday, I would recommend trying their gluten free toasties. They are new to it, but talked me thought it. They cook the gluten and gluten free on the same toastie maker but use bags and will wash it down if you ask. They read and let me read the Ingredients on the items they use to make milk shakes, so I was able to have a strawberry one. Also have gluten free brownies and another cake. It’s great to be able to get something light that’s gluten free for dinner

Wow! What can I say, we called in for a special birthday treat and we were not disappointed! The cafe is beautiful, lots to look at and that’s just the decor! The cakes are just amazing, so much choice we loved it! The menu is fab as well a lot to choose from which is nice. When we went into the cafe my daughter was very proud to tell the staff it was her birthday when the cakes and drinks were brought over. At that point The girls Georgina and Nicole announced to the cafe it was her birthday and they all started to sing Happy Birthday much to her absolute delight! We spent quite a while in there and at no point felt rushed, just made to feel very welcome and the girls couldn’t help enough. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit thank you so very much. Highly recommend.

The Cake 'Ole has the best selection of cakes, desserts and treats that I have ever seen! The staff are lovely and sweet, just like the food they serve! The seating area itself is colourful and fun, and so are the cakes! It's so fun to see which cakes they've come up with each day, and if you can't decide on just one, get the sharing platter with friends and try them all!

A lovely quirky cafe. We were full after a sandwich and didn't have room for a cake. Oh 'eck will have to come back again. Note to self don't eat for a day before you visit. Triple decker sandwich was yummy. The cakes looked delicious and massive. Coming for second attempt, bringing a doggy bag just in case. Not going home without cake a second time.

We came across this coffee shop by chance and loved it. The decor is totally bonkers with felt animal heads on the walls, shoes walking on the ceiling, birds perched on manikin hands, wellies on table legs, cloud lamp shades, you imagine it, it’s probably there.

Popped in as we were visiting family , pretty little cafe tucked in the Victorian arcade in otherwise scruffy Keighley shopping centre. Cafe was clean , staff were polite . Coffee was mediocre not presented well and wrong style cups and under extracted. The bagel and cream cheese was ok. The pot of tea ok. Ordered malt milkshake for my little grandson which was disappointing sugary tasting milk and ridiculous price . Scone was ok (bit squashed) arrived no butter . The cakes order d where ok bit on dry side . The quirky way the cafe presents itself along with the prices suggests your getting a cake experience and really your not it just your standard cafe like all other in Keighley.

This was such a delight to find today. From the street and into a quiet, dark Victorian market, expectations were limited but at the far end, Cafe Ole is a burst of colour. From its outdoor grassy chairs and sofas to the mad-as-a-box-of-frogs interior (collections of clocks, felt unicorns....), there was bags of charm.

Best cafe weve been to in ages. Everything about the cafe was great, the staff were friendly and helpful, the decor is brilliant and the drinks and cakes were tasty.

Excellent spot in Keighley, decor is amazing so creative just like the cakes! Highly recommended the Ferraro Roche cake! Staff are very friendly.

Visited The Cake'ole in the craven precinct in Skipton town centre as a treat today after attending my pre op prior to going in for my knee replacement operation at the end of November 17. What a fabulous treat it was. We opted for afternoon tea for 2 (3 if you include Oscar) and at £18.00 it included sandwiches galore, scones (2) with clotted cream and two types of jam, little brownies, a little macaroon and the biggest piece of Victoria sponge with caramel buttons, tea for 2 which was refillable, and finally a little bowl if cheese for Oscar. All in all a very enjoyable experience, and would definitely recommend as a treat.

Came here for afternoon tea with my husband and again with my 2 young daughters. The café itself is lovely, it's different and quirky and will have you looking at all the little trinkets on the walls for your whole visit. The afternoon tea was great, traditional tea wth lovely China tea cups and tea pot. My only criticism is that there were far more sweet then savory which I don't usually complain about but 2 mini sub rolls each simply couldn't cut through the massive scone with clotted cream, bun, macaroon and giant slice of ...I just couldn't finish it.

Hi viewers. Well what can I say about this place? Well, if you are in Skipton and want a great place to have a cuppa and a cake well you MUST come to Cake’Ole. The staff were brilliant, the service excellent and the cakes amazing.

Having never been here before, we had to try it. The cafe was busy but only waiting minutes for a table. Between us we had hot chocolate, sandwiches, panini, cakes, tea cake and crumpets, none of us were disappointed. The cakes looked and tasted amazing, definitely worth going back.

This little cafe is dressed to the nines in quirky, eccentric and wonderful stage make up. What a gem for Keighley. Welcomed with a real smile, served with real attention and the simple food was delicious. Candy floss shake and lemon tart are divine.

We wandered into the Victorian Arcade in Keighley and stumbled over The Cake'ole in the bottom corner. It's retro, quasi-punk, heavy music vibe was a bit daunting for us oldies but we were so glad we tried it. Big pots of good tea, amazing cakes and such friendly service. Just disappointed I hadn't seen the Yorkshire pudding with ice cream and chocolate gravy before I ordered! If you are at all thirsty and enjoy life, make for this cafe.

Came to keighley for the day as we were staying in haworth for the week we fancied a piece of cake and coffee, and the cake ole had been recommended by a friend. The cakes on offer id never seen before very creative i had the unicorn cake which was multicoloured and full of frosting very sweet perfect for the sweet tooth, this was accompanied by nice cup of coffee. Very nice place.

i recently visited this establishment for afternoon tea I was disappointed with the contents and found it to be poor value for money .the staff were polite and attentive but the product provided was basic and lacked content .wont be doing this again I have been to much better places for the same price or slightly less sorry guys

We visited this cafe previously. We stopped off for tea, cake and lunch for the children..everything was lovely. Good selection of cakes. Only down side is its cash only &no; baby change facilities.

Hace unas semanas fui con un amigo que tenía la sopa del día con un rollo, fui por la tarde de té, lo cual me parece que es de £10. 50 (he estado en un par más desde entonces). Me dieron una mayonesa de huevo, jamón y pan con un rollo de atún ensalada de patatas fritas además de un día de fruta con un bollo de taza de mermelada y nata, además de un trozo de pastel de chocolate muy generoso, un panecillo, un macarrón de chocolate y un brownie y taza de té.

Situado en Craven Court fuera de la calle principal de este café tiene un ambiente acogedor y buen ambiente. Personal muy amable y artefactos peculiar en las paredes. Sólo había té y pasteles pero excelente té y pasteles sabrosos limones. No sentarse fuera como algo frío y viento (6 de marzo), pero un montón de espacio interior. Caballeros fue con hojas de la empapeladas Beano!

We came upon this cafe by accident and the interesting decor, and fluffy rug covered chairs outside, draw you in. You get a proper Yorkshire welcome and the range of drinks and sweet treats made our day. Cant wait for a second visit!

Asistimos con mi madre y mi marido por primera vez. Todos nos encantó y volveremos muy pronto. El lugar está fantásticamente decorados con una pared cubierta de relojes. Todo el personal, amable y profesional. La mayoría de todos nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos. Mi marido tenía un panini, batido y refresco mientras tomamos el té de la tarde. Todo se sirve en el más hermoso platos y té/café. Todo lo fue estupendo y a un precio razonable, incluso pedimos vino para llevar a casa. Sin duda recomendaría y prueba uno en Skipton.

Las tartas de aspecto encantador. Nos había traído un amigo jóvenes autistas para un regalo especial. No sabíamos de antemano que sólo aceptamos pagos en efectivo. La delicia había prometido y hubiera sido demasiado traumáticas para salir e ir a un cajero automático para que uno de nosotros tuvo que hacer sin. Me explico nuestro predicamento y preguntó si podía dejar mi (caro) y pop en ver con el déficit de efectivo en una hora. No es posible. No hay pastel para mí entonces. Incluso tuvimos que cancelar mi taza de té porque estábamos 50 odd pence corto. Por suerte nuestra fuerza amigo me alimentado un poco de torta. . . . . . . fue muy agradable aunque un poco caro.

Mi marido y yo nos encontramos con este peculiar y único café en un viaje de un día a Skipton en diciembre - y estaban abrumados por la decoración kitsch completo con luces de discoteca se centró en algunas de las mesas! En lo que respecta a tortas naughty nos permitieron elegir y terminamos optando por un soberbio trozo (robados más como un chocolate blanco con una capa enorme tiffin de guinda). Nuestro té (té de hojas con colador) se servía en una olla grande y con mis encantadoras - China tazas y platillos - no pude terminar la olla había mucho de té, y dio en el clavo: perfecto. Gran relación calidad-precio. Ojalá este era mi cafe local, ya que estaría en cada día, trabajando a través de la fabulosa, deliciosos platos y variedad de enormes trozos de tarta! !

Necesitaba una tarta de cumpleaños a corto plazo (3 días). He estado en este café antes y siempre ha estado impresionado con sus tartas, así que fuimos a la oportunidad que me podrían ayudar. Me recibió el personal más amable y servicial más rudo que te puedas imaginar. Me aseguró que podía satisfacer mi pedido y llegó con una tarta de chocolate y kit kats rodeado por cubierto (y digo absolutamente cubierto) en todo tipo de chocolates y dulces. Parecía y sabía divina y no dudaría en recomendar a cualquiera que tiene un diente dulce y disfruta de tarta. (tienen sándwiches, etc. . . Me son también muy buenas). Es muy escondido, pero realmente vale la pena buscar para una visita. Gracias Tarta Ole por un pastel maravilloso.

I use The Cake 'Ole for social and business meetings, it's really quirky and cool. They have a wide variety of amazing loose tea cakes, especially the salted caramel cake! The only down side is they only take cash, but I can live with that!

Este fue un café pequeño y encantador escondido en una galería carismáticos en el centro de keighley. Todo era un poco diferente y original, desde el algodón de azúcar batido mi hijo tenía que los sofás falsa hierba nos divertimos sentado en. Pero lo mejor era la tortas increíble! Realmente lo recomiendo, un tesoro escondido.

Visited here for a snack and a drink. The food that other people were eating looked great, the desserts that we had were really tasty and decent portions, they do all sorts. Will definitely be returning to try more cakes and maybe the afternoon tea!

Madre y yo fuimos por primera vez a tratar y fue todo un lujo! Tenía un tiempo relajado en un ambiente único, el personal era encantador y muy educado y servicial. Hay una gran variedad de menú con fab helados, tartas y pastas, ¡bien hecho!

I have been to the Cake'ole several times and always found the service and food to be very good and the decor is great fun. However, earlier today I tried to book a table for a birthday treat for my husband, only to be told that 'we don't take bookings during the school holidays and it's first come first served.'

Mi nombre para Victoria de esponja, uno de mis pequeños regalos que este lugar no muy bien. Tenía también el club sándwich y que era buena, especialmente el patatas chili, mis hijos tomar un bocado y luego me dejan solo. Buena selección todos, yo diría que este es el lugar para el almuerzo en Keighley. Sillones turf astro no es algo que ver cada día. El entorno es un poco fuera del camino, pero vale la pena el desvío. No es barato, pero tampoco demasiado caro, sólo en efectivo nota.

La Tarta 'ole nunca decepciona, tuvimos un estupendo té por la tarde. Una plétora de tartas deliciosas, sirve en los platos de China que le dan al lugar un toque vintage. El shake transforme estaba adornado con suficiente fundamento de crema y las hojas de té sueltas. Este lugar es genial para esos pequeños detalles que hacen que la experiencia aún más agradable. Nos pareció que el personal era agradable y servicial. Recomendaría, Joya escondida keighley!

La tarta ole está situado en una preciosa y pintoresca galería de keighley. El personal es muy amable y efectivo sólo opera un servicio que me parece muy sensato. Teníamos el té de la tarde con un batido de chocolate. La comida era adorable, una selección de sándwiches, pasteles y bollos y nos llevamos la casa completa el resto. El ambiente es precioso en la tarta y la fijación de precios es ole bueno para el té de la tarde. He tenido un panini antes y este también era delicioso. He ido a la tarta de skipton ole y ambos son vale la pena el viaje. Volveríamos de nuevo.

Hoy llamado he oído buenas críticas y carteles de publicidad que visto. Pedí un té helado (taza de té con scones, mermelada y nata), pero solicitaron que intercambiar mi té para el café ya que en realidad no té bebida. No creo que este sería un problema ya absolutamente en cualquier otro sitio (en el mundo) donde he tenido una merienda o té de la tarde hemos podido hacer esto. Me dijeron que esto estaría bien, sin embargo, tendría que pagar extra para mi café... por lo tanto pagar dos bebidas, una de los cuales yo no tenía intención de beber! Yo comentamos y me dijeron que era lo que hacía, porque era un té de crema que estaba pidiendo!! Les dije esto era ridículo y no molestes ya me iba... y me fui fuera. Yo no volveré, y como muchos de mis amigos estamos de acuerdo en que este es sencillamente ridículo, que no vamos a. De paninis y sandwiches de té por la tarde o simplemente un batido, este lugar es impresionante. La comida es deliciosa, nunca me han decepcionado o insatisfecha y el convite de la tarta arco iris en mayday festivo era increíble! Hay algo para todos los gustos y todas las edades, mis niños (4+6) nos encanta nuestro especial regalo de los días. Si estás de visita en la zona es sin duda el lugar número 1 en mi lista de sitios para comer.

Acabamos de regresar de una tarde tratar con mi marido y dos niños de paso. Tuvimos la merienda para 2 - precioso pero tan contundente. Mi hija tenía la smoors panini con batido rocky road y bar y ella estaba feliz, pero overfaced. Mi hijo tiene la comida encantadora, un delicioso sándwich completo con patatas fritas, antiguos colegios tratan y beber. Hemos ido a la sucursal de skipton, y aunque disfrutamos de nuestra estancia allí - Keighley supera sin duda. Me quedé muy satisfecho con mi visita a este establecimiento, fue muy recomendado por un amigo y yo puedo decir más que estuvo a la altura del 'bombo'. Me sirvió Molly, ella fue muy amable y acogedor. El servicio era absolutamente encantador; sin duda volvería.

Yo estaba emocionado de probar tarta Ole como he oído entusiasmado críticas sobre el Skipton. Nos sorprendió encontrar el café vacío a la hora del almuerzo en un viernes cuando otras cafeterías locales fueron ocupados. Estaba muy bien decorada por dentro y un miembro del personal vino a decirnos a la orden en el mostrador una vez que estábamos listos. Aquí es donde las cosas empezaron a ir mal. Mi hijo pequeño pedimos/bizcocho , un pan pero nos dijeron que no había ningún hoy, y me preguntó si podía disfrutar de un sándwich de jamón y queso con salsa tomate en vez de pickle (ya estaba disponible en un sándwich diferente, sin embargo, me informó de que no era posible ya que las cosas tienen que ser ordenadas como aparecen en el menú. Éste parecía un poco extraño y me pregunté por qué, y me dijeron que era porque los propietarios no estaban allí y eso es lo que la camarera "habían dicho antes". Ya que no apetece nada más, nos fuimos y nos fuimos a la cafetería usual cerca (que estaba muy ocupado). Una pena, ya que estábamos ansiosos por tener un pequeño capricho
