Forgot my popcorn chicken and did not ask for both with gravy disappointed

food is stale and cold and chips missing off the order

Ordered wrap with 2 hot wings, delivered wrap with fries

items missing. and chicken looked anaemic

Chips cold so was the popcorn chicken and I ordered gravy and closaw but got 2 gravy

missing popcorn chicken, sweetcorn and veg box. shocking

took a good hr to deliver when the original estimate was 30mins and also the wings had a mix of fresh ones and stale ones.

Specially asked for no salad and sauce on one of the burgers and it came with both on the burger, both burgers and chicken arrived cold and stuffing was dry, also arrived late

More than half my order missing and what did come was cold absolutely abysmal

Came into the new street store, no service at the tills was directed to the self service so decided to go spend my money at wimpy's instead where we were cheerfully greeted and served by people. Hopefully more and more people will refuse to use the kfc self service and go where they are appreciated!!!!

Awful. Do not order from this franchisee. They sent 1 of 3 meals correctly and we got some random wings and a tub of rice. Fuming! And hangry. No customer support to speak of, their phone is answered by a bit that says they don’t take calls. Not too surprising as they’d all be from people complaining. Will definitely not be ordering again.

There were 2 less chicken pieces when the order includes 6 pieces. The chicken that did come was so small they could almost be mistaken for the wings.

Don’t follow procedure, asked for my fries to have the seasoning on and she went round the back had a gossip and came back with the same fries and hadn’t them Workers always so slow, always gossiping and takes too long to prep food . Workers are not helpful and none of them ever look happy

Food like warm. The wraps were horrible, weird tasting cabbage and too much veg not enough chicken. Chips ok

Missing Chips and pineapple stick

Very dry chicken, chips were cold, some of the spicy chicken bits were rock hard. Horrible meal, it felt like the chicken was left out for a long time, not getting from there again. Wakefield Road better place.

Unhelpful and impolite staff, they refused to take orders at the till, it foces you to use self service

Food doesn’t taste like kfc, no flavours! Staff aren’t allowed to take orders and direct people to the self serve of which there only one. Customers leaving as staff refuse to open upstairs out of laziness

How on earth a take away gets away with food as bad as that, burger was cold dry and old, the chicken i didnt even eat, chips cold stodgy, chicken had hard bits like u get in 1pound fillets from cheap and nasty home food stores. 28 pound to throw out

Ordered at 12:03 and order was confirmed for delivery in 15-25 minutes. It is now 14:03 and is showing as delivered at 14:10(!) but still not received. The delivery window was changed 4 times so I was unable to speak to customer services. HANGRY

Smallest and driest fillet burgers I've ever seen and stone cold.

Food was dry and wings tasted over cooked. Breadcrumb coating around the chicken tasted burnt.

Called into huddersfields new street branch to grab some dinner before work. I was told by assistants that because it was quite I had to use the self serve machine, whilst they carried on chatting to each other.. sooner talk to people so walked out #salelost

seems the Colonel forgot to spice/flavour my chicken, blank and anemic are the words is used, quite disappointing

My main issue is with this places opening and closing time. They are all mixed, with online stating different times then the app abd in person. On the app states open till 9 on Sunday, but in person shuts at 8, but I was still able to order food through the app, I'm glad I didn't as I wouldn't gotten it. In addition, they are veryyyy slow here, I was the only customer who had order at the time (could see the order on the screen) yet was waiting 20 minutes.

Whenever i order from here the food is always half missing, my variety bucket was half not there. its radiculous. i rang kfc and they told me to do a refund req on just eat. this is a joke.

Customer service is fairly decent here but food can lack - ive often found it to be cold and chicken really greasy.

would help if you take answer phone off and respond to calls... I simply wanted the rest of my food delivered seeing as there were items missing!!!

I caught norovirus after my kfc on Sunday. I didn't notice effects it until the following Monday after. It's put me off fast food for a long time. I probably wouldn't eat here again. Until they improve conditions in the restaurant itself.

Find needed to be warmed up in oven as it was tepid on arrival. There was one little annoyance! as on if the dishes was supposed to come with a bottle of still water….it didn’t! Only a small point it is annoying for the person who wanted it….

Ordered from this KFC as the one in marsh closest to me always misses stuff off and then this one missed half the order and it arrived cold and dietary notes ignored, absolutely rubbish!! to say it arrived quickly i was surprised it was ice cold!!

Ordered 4 meals, but only 1 was correct. 2nd was incorrect, 3rd was missing the 2 sides, the 4th was a box meal that only had chips (missing everything else). I started to look in the bag when I picked up the order and was rudely told it was all there, so I felt that I couldn't actually check it myself. I had to ask for the missing 3 drinks, as I was only handed 1. He checked the order on the computer after I asked for the others and then he gave me 2 more. When I asked about the 4th, he said there wasn't one but gave it to me anyway. I double checked my order on the app which showed I had ordered 4 meals with drinks. I did not realise until I got to my destination that so much was missing, and it was too far, and I didn't have time to go back and resolve it.

Ordered cookies charged for cookies but sent pineapple sticks.. Not sure how you come to this but I want my money back for my cookies

your ordinary kfc pretty much, got all the stuff you need nice for a little pitstop, and some nice deals going on all the time.

Was annoyed because we ordered a rice box and they gave it in the box without rice and instead just had chips. If you don't have the product in stock take it off the menu.
