Staff can be variable, wouldn't make a toastie 30 minutes before closing. Opening times vary and not as reported on the website. They seem to close early. disappointing when visiting time is till 8pm. Today it was closed at 5.30pm.

This afternoon I had gone in there again we got a sandwich and couple of coffees and I find the staff very pleasant and helpful also they talk to you which is very good since where it is based, I would most definitely always buy here if I am in the hospital

Staff are abrupt, lady selected incorrect order on till so wrong drink was made. When I said it was wrong I was told it was on receipt do that was my drink. No offer to get me the correct drink

162 Penistone RoadRecently been taken over and has gone downhill a bit. Still nice inside but a poor choice of lager's and because of that there are less customers. We left at 10pm ish on a Saturday night and there was hardly any one in (and not many more when we got there at 7.30.) Less customers = less atmosphere.

517 Wakefield RoadTook nearly 2 hours to come, was rude on the phone and no apology. I left a note to ask if they could put cheese on the chips as there weren’t an option to add it, as it was 40mins AFTER the latest expected delivery time I thought the least they could do was put some cheese on, But no. The chicken pieces were uneatable aswell as the chips - they tasted like they’d been left out for ages. Thought I’d try a different takeaway but will be sticking to my usual from now on. AWFUL.
