Hello, Do you accept returns for wine with fault? I bought a bottle of Pipeno pais (from Yumbel) and not only is it full of acetic acid it's also slightly fizzy. Thanks!

I've been here several times in the last couple of years and it's always great. Recently we organised a private room here for 21 people, and we had an amazing time. Everyone raved about the atmosphere, food, wine and service. The room itself was so inviting when we arrived too, which was a lovely surprise. Thanks again, and I’m sure we’ll see you again soon!

Went in for a quiet few glasses of wine by myself. My phone had died so I asked if they had a powerpoint so I could charge it…I then strangely received a lecture about how laptops aren’t allowed in the evenings and the atmosphere they’re striving to create (possibly from the owner?). I’d barely arrived and it was quite an odd/jarring way to be received as I walked in, particularly as I was only asking to charge my phone. That said, the wine and nibbles were delicious, and the other waitress was really wonderful, so I would still absolutely go back! Beautiful environment and lovely selection of wine, knowledgeable staffs

Awful experience eating out here. Went as a group for a friends birthday and 4 of us had 3sets of oysters only to be very sick as a result if food poisoning (all 4 of us). The worst 240£ plus spent of food only to end uk badly sick for 5 days…. Never again.!

My tongue was blessed by a crab and chilli crumpet here - it belongs to the gods now. I'm going to kidnap your chef, lock him in my basement, then connect him to a pulley system in my kitchen and have him make all of my meals until the end of time. The wine and service was also bang on. Thank you ❤️

Please avoid ordering from this shop. The cakes are nothing like the ones in the photo, beyond ridiculous. Very very disappointing. The photo shows a cake that I purchased for 8 people! Customer service also shockingly poor

lovely spot. fiona is super knowledgeable and welcoming. there was only a few snacks on when we visited on a wednesday, but we really enjoyed our bread and wine!

Spent an evening at Native Vine with friends - it was such a treat. Shared a few bottles together to try something new. Such a cosy and rustic atmosphere.

The drink and food here is excellent! They have a number of wines from countries I didn't even know made good wine (I had a orange wine from Georgia a while back, and it was incredible) the staff are nice, and patient with you when explaining the drink/food options. Would definitely recommend. (Also, as a bottle shop they have a good selection of chilled beer and cider as well as their extensive wine rack)

We’ve been here twice now, and honestly the food is really really good. Never did I think I’d like Brussels sprouts so much. Great flavours, great atmosphere / staff! Will be back again!

Been here a few times now, and every time it's been really good! Really nice space and an interesting, seasonal menu. The waiting staff are really knowledgable about the menu and when we there last, the chef wrote on the menu all the stuff he could make vegan for us which was super helpful. The one teeny criticism I have is that the cheapest bottle of wine on the menu is £30, it'd be nice to have an option of a carafe or a slightly cheaper bottle if possible. Other than really nice place and great food!

Native Vine was such a great experience. The atmosphere is very cool and cozy and the restaurant is decorated beautifully. We shared the majority of the small plates and loved them. The fermented fruit and veg was really interesting and the plates were all very well cooked and balanced. It felt like there was a real emphasis on local produce which I loved and should be celebrated. The bread was incredible, as you’d expect from Loaf, and the chocolate tart was so unbelievably rich and decadent. We only tried one wine, a red called Ottavio Rube and is was delicious and incredibly reasonable. I didn’t find the meal expensive, nor was it cheap, instead I felt the money we spent was spent well. I’d come back just for the food and wine but the staff made the night complete. Friendly, knowledgeable and totally on it. They were so efficient and lovely and offered recommendations whenever needed. Nice alcohol free options too! Thanks so much Native Vine team, we’ll be back!!

All the signs were promising - trendy, great atmosphere, Loaf is amazing - but ultimately quite... weird. Very weird food and wine. Loads of pickled things... I like pickled things. The pickled grapes were good, but pickled celery? No. The corn on the cob was basically fancy mini corns, doused in lemon and slightly burnt. Fancy I guess, but no way near as good as the average person could make with normal corn and a bit of butter and salt. Same with the courgette. They also had run out of cheese for the wine flights, and the most appetising food at 9pm on a Saturday. Some of the food and wine was good, but... a lot wasn't. Especially for the price. Maybe worth it if you like trying really unusual and not very nice flavours but not for me! Disappointing given how great Loaf is.

Chilli Sauce was absolutely amazing today

The food was all cold, the humnos was very grainy and old. The meat was all tough. I've ordered for many years, this was especially bad. Very very poor.

Paid £14.80 for a large and small chicken shish. It didn’t come with any salad or jalapeños.

Food arrived 20 minutes early, but was stone cold. ☹ And I now know that you should never ever order a kebab with cheese on it! Cheap tasteless cheese that ended up tasting nasty and was very slimy. I'm sure it would have been lovely if it had been hot and if the cheese had been tasty.

I ordered the hot and spicy pizza but the spicy beef was missing. I asked for extra salad on my kebab, when it arrived there was no salad whatsoever in the kebab. Will never order from here again!

The driver rung to say he couldn't find the house and to inform us he was driving around with our food in the car for 15mins? Even tho it was already 10mins late before adding the 15mins driving round.. Why couldnt he find a house that is on a main road? Mm food was cold, large lumps of fat.. chips were cold and wedges completely burnt.. i binned my whole meals (£7) disgusted. At least i got a can of coke for my tea! Will not be recommending absolutely disgrace.

terrible delivery service over 20 minutes late and food cold. not great at all.

Chips were nice, all other items were cold, greasy and soggy. Restaurant added 20inutes on to delivery which made me feel the food was cooked well in advance. Food arrived on time but still 1hour after order. Quality was ok and wrapped well. Still I would have trouble recommending this service.

Nice food as always but please put your sauce pots back to normal size there tiny also bread on chicken burger was stale so had to take it out the bun other wise nice as always never messes up the order :)

TINY Kebab portion today which is out of character for this place. Hot and cold item chucked into the same bag in what i can only describe as a heap. Not satisfied at all. They don't normayl do this.

Although this time they were late,normally they're early.

Only a few minutes late and they sent me a text so it was no problem. The only fault which was very minor. Food was good and hot, salad nice and fresh. Will definitely order again soon. Thanks.

I am disappointed! I paid extra money for a beef on my pizza. They didn't put it. The chicken nuggets was kinda not done. All in the bin. I spend 20 pounds for a nuggets with chips (not good to eat, taste horrible, waste in a bin) , pizza ( they forgot to put my stuff which I paid for) mozzarella dippers and coke. I am not gonna order with you again. I think it was my first and last time. Wasting money .

The £8 burger is not an £8 burger!! The bread isn't homemade either. Pay extra for cheese. Not great

Had Shish kebab tonight which was the most bland I have ever tasted. no flavour whatsoever. Salad was on top of the bland chicken. won't order from there again.

Ordered Kebab with some chips. Food was alright, kebab was warm (not hot) , im not very fussy about food, alright. It was nice, I enjoyed it. However, I ordered a drink with my food as well. After I finish food, I get thirsty and that was the moment I realised I didn’t get my drink that I PAID FOR! Well, I work in restaurant myself so I understand how bad feedback can reflect on popularity. So I decided ring this takeaway, explain the situation and perhaps come to some solution. Sadly, the woman I spoke on phone to, seemed very frustrated, wouldn’t call her friendly nor professional. I said I ordered a bottle of coke, she tried to correct me that it was a can I ordered, which in this situation does not really matter. I paid for something, and I didn’t receive it. Then she quickly rushed to conclusion, next time you order remind us and we will send you two. So not just I paid EXTRA for nothing but I am expected to order AGAIN. Im very disappointed and this is the reason I am leaving poor feedback. Sorry to do this, but your employee’s behaviour was unacceptable.

Best lamb I've tried in Bristol!!!

Definitely not Bristol's best! Delivery took ages and the food was barely warm when it arrived. The lamb donner was thick, stodgy, tasteless and grisly; and to top it off, it gave me a bad tummy... If you're thinking if getting a kebab from here - don't.

Ordered food at 1605, told delivery would be 1645 looked at email and then said food would be delivered at 1705, food finally arrived at 1730 very poor service.

Very good food & service.. Unlike way too many others, they don't rip you off with poor quality food only fit for the bin, tiny portion sizes or over inflated prices. Highly recommend.

One hour 10 mins delivery and food cold when it arrived. No cheese on cheeseburger,hardly any salad on kebab pretty much all Onion. Very disappointed!
