I placed an order at 23:15 ( close time is 00:00) I waited and waited for any info to come through about my order on the website I could see my order was there and money has been taken. It’s then 23:55 so I call just to check when it will be here as it’s been some time since I placed my order and I selected the delivery time of ASAP. I had no answer to the call I then waited more and called 3/4 times all the way up to 00:20 and still no communication nor did I receive the food (as to the time of review) honestly couldn’t think of a worse place to order from, I read reviews and was sceptical but took the gamble and I can say I well and truly lost the gamble. Will simple never use again and will make sure I spread to others not too.

Rocco's is a long established takeaway pizza parlour. New management took over some time ago, and changed the pizza sauce to something less paletable, so we stopped going. Having tried it again tonight for the first time in over a year I'm glad to report Rocco's is finally back on the menu 😋🙂

Terrible experience twice! They destroyed my baby’s birthday and now mine! Firstly, I ordered a cake for my baby’s birthday with collection from this branch and when we went to collect it, they informed us we have to go to Camberley as they sent it there by mistake!!! Now, on my birthday, my husband ordered a bake for me and he called them to ask them to inflate 2 balloons and I will be paying for the balloons when I will come and collect the cake. Firstly she barely found the cake, then she did not have the balloons inflated and I had to wait more than half an hour for her to inflate 2 balloons which in the end she didn’t manage. All this time I had my small kids waiting in the car and I kept going inside the shop and out as they were bored and impatient. Then when I saw she can’t inflate them, I asked for refund as I am in rush I don’t have all day just to wait for nothing, she told me I will receive online, which is trying to fool me?? I explained to her more than twice that I paid for the balloons by card on her machine half an hour before( she took the payment actually) so I can’t receive online, I need to insert the card to receive the refund. She kept denying that no, I will receive online. After when she saw that she can’t fool me, she said “oh yes, sorry. You paid by card here” so I waisted another minutes until she gave me the refund cash!!! Terrible experience!! We are buying regular from this branch, but I will never do that again! Train your staff!!!!!!!!!

Amazing! Love the base, toppings, cost effective and on time:) I actually like the base, it’s their selling point as it’s not doughy, too much flour dust and thick. Really liked the BBQ sizzler and meat lovers.

Have been getting pizzas here for over 20 years and they are as good today as the first one I ever ate.

Got the twice as nice deal again tonight. This must be the 5th/6th time and.... Always amazing pizza and always on point. Plus the chicken strip side is my personal favourite. Thank you for always delivering banging pizza 👊🏻 all the best for the new year.

First time using rocco’s, it was one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time. Not greasy, arrived early, hot and tasty. We had the garlic bread strips which were lovely and the wings are amazing. We will be ordering from here again.

AVOID I IF YOU WANT FAST DELIVERY WITHOUT COMPLICATIONS. I Made am order online with deliveroo. After some period of time and 20 minutes after my expected delivery time I decided to call to restaurant to find out where my order was, only to ne told they hadn't even started cooking it due to being busy. But at this point I was already too hungry to care so continued with the order and waited anyway. Yet after another 30 minutes of waiting I call again to find out where my food was And it did eventually after this last call an hour and 35. Minutes after my order had been received. Why accept the order in the first place if you cannot meet expected times and targets??? Rocco camberley used to be a good place to oder but now it's questionable. Terrible delivery estimates. AVOID IF YOU WANT FAST DELIVERY WITHOUT ANY COMPLICATIONS

We used to get Rocco's Pizza as a treat when I was a kid and lived in Hawley. I remember it opening and that was probably thirty years ago now. I can't believe it's still going. Must being doing something right. If I'm ever in the neighbourhood, I pop in to get some of their parmesan covered garlic bread sticks. I remember the pizza dough bases being both crispy and chewy in a really good way. Pure nostalgia fest.

VERY good value for money. Pizzas are always delicious and the delivery service is very efficient. My go-to local pizza place.

Delicious pizza, but the restaurant often forgets to send the dip and drink, regardless if it is ordered separately or included in the meal deal.

It was ok but not great. Does not match Papa John's. I love garlic but this was overpowering and I couldn't taste much else. Green peppers were barely worth putting on. Little bit undercooked so bit soggy. First time I used Rocco's but for me it wasn't good enough to use again. Took 1 hour 10 min to arrive as well

Simply put... Rocos is Very good. Best pizza in town. Forget domino's.. these guys have tasiter base and the cheese is alot of nicer. Green chillies also used. What else can you ask for.

Went a bit downhill during 2019-2020 but back out on top now. I have been eating Roccos for at least 20 years and it is the BEST pizza your money can buy hands down, no exceptions.

Ordered Kebab pizza expecting traditional kebab meat, it was not. Should make people aware as would have Ordered elsewhere. Worse still was the meat topping was so small it was nearly a vegetarian pizza, I know food costs have risen but c'mon. Most slices had about 1 meat topping that was 1cm wide and 5mm thick. It tasted ok but not impressed, 2 slices actually went in the bin.

Never have anything in stock despite their stock computer saying differently. Frustrating

The most disgusting pizza I've ever seen. Burnt, took over an hour and very rude manager who refused to believe his pizza was bad. I've had good pizza from here before, would never adhoc order without recommendation or experienced myself. They are exactly the type of business milking the opportunity while the decent restaurants are shut to serve sub quality food and think its OK to charge £40 for 3 burnt/cold pizzas. Thankfully Deliveroo gave me my money back after the manager was rude & said there was nothing wrong with them.

Very rude male supervisor, refused to serve me a water bottle on a hot day because the minimum charge on the card machine was £5. Female staff were quite friendly and willing to help.

Did not expect a pizza so good! The deep crust one is quite similar to the Italian "padellino" pizza... Just bigger! So happy I tried the take away. Will definitely go back there.

Absolutely useless!! With their deals you cant choose half and half online...so you have to ring them. Had to tell the guy my credit card number 3 times and hung up because the guy kept telling me it was declined when I knew there was money in the account. Completely annoying and suspicious! I now need to put a stop on my card because I had to keep repeating it to this guy and I dont know if he was stood there writing it all down. NEVER using these idiots again!!!

Been ordering from Rocco’s for years and last few times not been the same, I just called on this occasion to say pizzas have gone down hill there deep pan more like thin crust and taste less American hot with no chillis very bland all the owner said was I make the pizzas my way !! Not I’m sorry you are not happy nothing just okay not that I wanted another pizza but customer service was awful too !! Obviously since the new owners have taken over they are not interested shame

Best pizzas anywhere!! Home delivery is always on time too. Only negative thing is too many conflicting offers :-)

They definitely rival the big pizza companies for value for money and quality. I am very Happy with roccos And gonna back again . Thank you roccos

Since new management took over the food is disgusting and off, avoid this place. Also the new people are over flirty in a dirty way. There is plenty of other pizza shops much better

Awful food, cold pizza, obviously been heated up from the day before or left on the side for ages. Mushrooms were cold too, very disappointed and very tight on the cheese too.

Please stop handing customers the hot foil takeaway trays straight to their hands, at their door. Not only are they hot to hold they are not easy to carry when there are multiple items. Everything should be in a paper bag with handles and easy to carry.

Have been going to rocco for 3 year's amazing pizza but last night very disappointed got topping wrong asked for ham/pineapple. Got ham/pineapple +mushroom we do not like mushroom also pizza was teastless the base was deep crust but was more like thin. Went back today got sorry and blamed someone else and they have changed base size .all in all very disappointed.

Last two orders of thin crust were over cooked with cardboard texture base, not the usual standard so won't be ordering again in a hurry Always used to order from here regularly until they refused us the 555 deal on a busy weekend. Didn't order for ages after that as they refused to even acknowledge our complaint but started using them again as was convenient, until now.

Pizza was Good, chips n cheese was more like chips and glue as the chips was stuck to the bottom

tipped driver for good timing, then noticed starter missing, offered to replace or free next time, would have rather had money back and the tip!

The Pizza here is one of the best. Service is good and they always deliver on time. I never had to wait longer for the food which is a great thing

That was probably the worst pizza I’ve ever had. It was way smaller than similarly priced pizzerias in the area, there was barely any sauce on the base, the chicken was dry and it came with no dip. The garlic mushrooms I ordered as a starter had no garlic in them at all and tasted like they had been re-fried a dozen times. Will absolutely never be ordering from here again.

Should have received 2 dips, only got 1. Also ordered Diet Coke but received normal coke which we will not drink. How difficult is it to get an order right?

Food was cold by the time it arrived. Pizza was burnt and the crust was hard. The cheese was almost brown/black upon opening the box. The warm “crunchy” cookies were soft, and like cake and not cookies. Not to forget that the delivery instructions were completely ignored. I stated NOT to knock the door and call me upon arrival. But what do they do? Knock the door really hard like 3 times, disturbing my housemates in the process! Also a really unhappy frowning delivery driver! Clearly even he doesn’t like something about what he was delivering!

Recommended by a friend for great pizza. I found pizza was very oily, felt almost fried, cheese was chewy, just not for me.

Pizza was pretty poor standard, which was a shame as we expected better given the reviews. Neither my wife or I finished eating it.

decent calzone as per, Garlic bread is alright & so is the chicken strips, didn't like the fact my 'Hanky Panky pie' was melted & same with my milkshake but I can live with it

Lovely pizzas - delivered piping hot, and the tomato base actually tasted of fresh tomato, rather than the concentrate you find in bigger chains. Will definitely use again.

Ordered two diet cokes, got two cokes. Don't think this is the first time this has happened either, they need to be more careful. Otherwise excellent as ever.

Quick delivery. Lots of pizza lots of cheese still really hot when it got here. Only gripe is that one of the olives had a stone in it still. Will order again :)

Rocco is great. I am a fan of more authetinc pizza's and this it the best I have found in the area, though I would love to see more Italian styles available
