Hazira delivered great customer service. Food was great.

Ridiculous tiny portions of cake on delivery. Not worth the money. Avoid.

I really enjoyed the puddings but was really disappointed my order came wrong. I'm gonna give they another chance cause of how good it was sooo good especially the ferreo milkshake and hazelnut cake

People will charge you twice because of their crap machine and tell you to come back the next day for a refund even though it was their fault

I was given everything I ordered and was well packed I am a very happy customer definitely recommend this as a place to tickle your sweet tooth.

Friendly service and the most delicious, fresh red velvet cake slice, the place is clean and smart looking and I am definitely glad I dropped by!

School cake tasty amazing with custard

This is by far one of the best Cake shops in Peckham the pistachio cake is a dream and when I ordered and had a slight issue a lovely woman answered and solved any issues I had with added complimentary the service is impeccable and would recommend to anyone

Grabbed a take out and the cakes was nice. A bit pricy but the portions was good.

Tried the Oreo cake and the red velvet cheesecake and it was honestly some of the best cakes I’ve ever had!! 10/10 would recommend!!!

Gluten free options are the worst that I have ever tried. I can't eat any of the 3 options I bought, all of them taste awful. Tesco gluten free options taste better than this. Don't waste your money.

Wouldn't recommend coming here, especially as they address every negative review as a 'supposed customer', showing they can't take criticism well.

Cakes are absolutely delicious. My favourite is the upside down pineapple cake!

This place was amazing. i placed an order through uber eats and it was fantastic. the desserts came still hot and were delicious. they even gave me a few extras for my sons birthday which was much appreciated and he was over the moon. the kindness of the staff here should be awarded. absolutely amazing!

Went to Peckham cake and custard factory for a nice afternoon snack BIG MISTAKE cakes was dry and tasteless the lady behind the counter was lovely and helpful however the dust on the sides is unreal the smell was disgusting 🤢 I asked for a waffle and they don’t have it but seriously run down and awful STAY CLEAR FOR FUTURE GO CAKE BOX IS BETTER!!!!

Shop is tired and run down. I’m sure the cakes on display are growing mould by now, they need a change. Really off putting for potential customers. Furthermore their equipment is always broken, or they don’t have stock to fulfil orders. I just don't get why you would advertise stuff you don’t have. Although the young ladies that work in this shop are lovely, there doesn't seem to be a clear manager or leader. Perhaps that is why this shop has become such a joke.

love this place so much, definitely my new favourite new dessert place i was served by paris i believe her name was. such a lovely girl suggested me a couple new things so cant wait to come back and try more.

I ordered the selection of 7 cakes and custard with additional vegan ice cream. Half of the cakes were clearly the edges or stale cakes that wouldn’t be sold to face to cake customers. Half of the cakes were visibly much smaller then the others. The vegan ice cream was literally flakes of ice. When I tried to call to speak with staff I simply didn’t get an answer. Very disappointed

The cheesecake wasn’t nice at all. tasted like it wasn’t fresh.& The bottom wasn’t hard enough.

The cakes were amazing we ordered 5 pieces of differents cakes as we were 4 people on there me and my family. They were tested at home once we got them from the shop and they were absolutely amazing. Unfortunately I can not put you up 5 stars because the young guy that was there on saturday attending costumers was wearing earphones when we arrived and he kept the earphones on while we were ordering our pieces. I had to scream to make me understand clear. I think this is very unprofessional and unrespectful atend the costumers with earphones on. I just want to help the CEO to improve his business. The rest everything OK!!!

Amazing cakes but more importantly amazing service!! I’ve been to the cake and custard factory in Commerical road (Aldgate branch) and the one in Kingsland road (dalston branch) and now the Peckham one, as I was passing by the area. Popped in for the school cake and automatically saw a difference in the store compared to the others. Nice music which brings out a vibe in the shop. Great variety of cakes. But customer service is amazing compared to the other branches. Went in while the shop had a few customers in but I was acknowledged and was told I will be served shortly there was customers before me. There was a young lady who served me and was so friendly and welcoming, greeting me as soon as I came through the door. As I was looking around the cakes a young guy came in (believe it’s the store manager) and started speaking with me, asking me is it my first time, what he would recommend me, what type of cake fan I am etc and this made me buy more than I wanted. I went in for a pink school cake and custard and he pointed out that there is a deal called ‘The Meal Deal’ which is £5 where you get a cake, custard and slush. I asked does the other branches do it as I have not seen it he said they do, just ask next time (I think other stores need to advertise this deal) Where I would’ve just got a cake and custard I ended up spending £20+ And do not regret it! This is my go to branch from now on just due to the service and friendly atmosphere in this place and the quick service compared to the other branches. The staff look happy to be there, I remember my experience in the Aldgate branch where staff seemed so unbothered and no sense of customer service :( Keep up the good work to all the staff in the Peckham branch and will be sharing the word!!!

Cakes looked great. I would have bought one, but I'd just come off my bike and the chain had got stuck and I was covered in oil. The friendly staff member here offered me some blue roll and cup of water to clean myself up! How nice, and so I'll be recommending! Thank you!

Went about 2 weeks ago and it was so good, I had to go back this week. Lovely cakes with huge selection and very friendly staff.

I usually happen to be in the area by-monthly on a Monday and every time I’ve visited I couldn’t help but buy a supply of cakes for my household. Tried the Banana cake this week with custard and I wasn’t disappointed, we usually go for the sprinkle or marble cake but the banana cake will be my firm fave from now on.

The chocolate cake and custard is lovelyyy. The caramel tart is a hit and miss sometimes due to the consistency of the base. Definitely recommend treating yourself. The Slushiee is blisss

Took 2 hours to deliver. When delivery finally arrived, half the order (that’s no exaggeration) was missing. Won’t be using these guys again.

Was passing late into the evening and decided to stop by for a sweet treat. There was such a large selection of cakes and treats and couldn’t help but purchase 3 desserts. I got the pink sprinkle cake, lotus biscoff cake and the Oreo cheese cake. They were all very good but the sprinkle cake seems to be on my mind 24/7. There were two young members of staff working on that evening and they were so lovely and very helpful. I will definitely be back .. for the sprinkle cake and hopefully try some others!

Still the best milkshakes in peckham but they should have option without whipped cream

I was violently ill after trying food from here, I severely question their hygiene credentials. Avoid at all costs.
