Caia in Kensington and Chelsea

Went for a celebratory meal with my boyfriend and we are still dreaming about the burrata with the chilli breadcrumbs and the melt in your mouth rib of beef. Absolutely delicious food and a great atmosphere

Punchy pricing. The service was friendly and attentive. Food was nice and nothing to complain about, but not particularly special. Could quite work out why the price was as high was it was. All small plates for sharing, well cooked but flavours and ingredients were nothing exceptional so felt expensive for what was served. Not sure I’d recommend it in this basis. (FYI, recommendation is to order 4 plates per person.. so around £60/ pp for food).

Nice location and ambience as well as friendly staff members. The wine selection was vast and our lunch was delicious! Strawberry dessert was unique!!

Good atmosphere, we had a some what early dinner reservation, as soon as we sat down they mentioned we only had a few hours which was fine, but they proceeded to mention it every time they came to our table which really pulled us out the enjoyment we were having. The food was excellent and the live spinning of the Vinyls was a great touch. And the orange wine was very well complemented with the food we ordered. The soft serve ice cream was bit meeh and bought the score of the food down. But overall would still recommend. Staff were fun and great.

I booked this restaurant for 6 people for lunch on a Saturday about a week ahead of time. This lunch never happened. I am appalled that they let us book a table and waited until 30 minutes before the reservation to let us know that they are actually closed on this date. I even had a reminder email from them a day after my reservation This is really textbook bad service for a client and definitely not what one would expect from a restaurant that pretends to be fine dining.
