Chanced upon this place totally by accident. Cold day started to rain and saw a coffee shop to shelter in. Oh my this was a happy accident. Had soup (totally yummy) which came with amazing cheese on toast. Never tasted such a basic dish done so well. It was awesome, wish I could make it taste like this at home. Coffee was absolutely delicious - and I'm seriously picky with coffee. So friendly, really comfy vibe with tables with chairs and also sofas and lots of cushions. We didnt want to leave. Great prices too. What a gem.

This is the second time we have had lunch delivered and both times have been epic! The toasties are so so good, and they come with rosemary fries. Perfect!

The coffee was outstanding, service was brilliant and the blondies are the nicest I’ve ever had. Wouldn’t go elsewhere in Carmarthen for a coffee

We always stop here when we come to carmarthen. The coffee is good, the food is nice and the hot chocolate was delicious. There's a selection of children's books to entertain.

The cafe as re-opened recently with new owners. The staff is so friendly and the food is amazing. They do range of different foods to jacket potatoes, home-made quiche, different salads, soups, amazing pancakes, fresh sandwiches/toasties and lots more. Lovely coffee, smoothies and cakes also. Worth a visit if your in carmarthen - its tucked in the building of the Atom itself ( a little gem)

Called in for some coffees . Daughter had pancakes with bacon and maple syrup. We had a burrito and the avocado with poached egg and a salsa type salad. All freshly made there and very tasty. Fairly busy in there. All the meals looked stunning. Friendly staff. Definatley worth a visit.

Been here or should I say tried to go there twice this month only to find it closed even though the web site said it should be open, is it still trading? I believe it has new managers not looking too good so far

I read good reviews about this place, but for me it was not what I class as good. A chai latte made with really coffee? I know that most folk use different types of chai, syrup/mixes etc. My breakfast wrap of sausage, bacon, scrambled egg, well eggs where not fresh, pre mix, or over milked, sausage, not quality, bacon was ok. Then when you get poached eggs and toast where the waters still on the eggs as it goes on the toast, well a big disappointment.

My husband and I have called here several times and enjoyed both our drinks and food. However, the latte can often be more froth than coffee and the soup portion particularly small. There's a thin line between success and failure and dis-satisfied customers simply won't return. I hope the review is read and positive action taken. Also, I'm a Welsh speaker but my husband isn't. He sometimes feels uncomfortable because of the vibes given because he doesn't speak Welsh. No, he's not paranoid and understands every Welsh word uttered ! So beware and concentrate on showing what a friendly bunch we Welsh speakers are !!!!!!

Tried the coffee several times now. Service is poor and take away coffee only partially full lots of froth and the lid is not put on properly. You don't get service with a smile. You also get frowned on if you ask a question.

Had lunch there today. Ham cheese and caramelised onion sandwich on bloomer bread was lovely but the best part of it was the raspberry milkshake... it was outstanding. Would definitely come again 👌🤤

One of our favourite places to visit in Carmarthen for lunch! Lovely homemade food-quiches, salads, soups & specials. Everything always made to order-the Chilli Prawn Barra Gallega is my personal fave 🤗 Great family atmosphere & cracking portion sizes too!

Lunch was Ok ish I wouldn't rush back. We ordered Panninis and wedges, a smoothie and a soft drink. The smoothie was warm and served in a glass with metal lid and straw. The lid was slightly rusty. We sent the smoothie back and was asked if we wanted a few chunks of ice! Panninis were ok but the wedges were cold and soggy looking. Ok but for nearly £20 for two people expected better. Also there must have been a toddler group lots of screaming children not very relaxing !

Stopped off at this oasis on our way to Tenby. My wife and I both ordered bacon sandwiches and coffee lattes. Beautiful “home baked “ bread (probably from a bakery but looked and tasted home baked) a generous helping of thick cut bacon and a delightful cup of coffee. Staff were busy but friendly and attentive.

After getting fish & chips opposite the lady advised us to go & have a drink... £2.50 a pint she said. So we went and yes it was £3.90 for a pint & a half! What amazingly great value together with a warm welcome from the barmaid. Sat outside with a glimpse of the sea. Highly recommend.

Not suitable for gluten free options despite menu description. We stayed locally and this restaurant had good reviews and described having gluten-free options available which was cinic red when we phoned to book a a table. The reality however was very different. Unless I wanted a vegan red Thai curry there were no options for me on the menu. The items described as gluten free in the menu weren't available and we were told the menu was out of date. Very disappointing and not suitable for anyone wanting gluten free options.
