Had one of there breakfast rolls and it was disgusting. Cheapest ingredients money can buy . Coffee was terrible . Tables needed cleaning and the one staff member i felt sorry for. The owner should be ashamed of himself .

Eye wateringly expensive - £8 for water, coconut juice stuff and a small orange juice. But more importantly, every single table was covered in mess, spilt drinks etc because only one person was behind the counter. And because it looked so unappealing, nobody wanted to sit there. This is a criticism of the company/management btw

Terrible service felt sorry for the young girl on coffee machine. Older muslin woman moving everyone quickly , waited at side of the counter and the muslin woman takes the throws milk in the cup no sprinkle of coco powder I was a GM for a coffee shop in the uk, just thought for the money we pay we didn’t really get what we ordered, there are otter cofffee shops in there

Went here and the staff was outstanding could not have helped me more so understanding the one who was helping me was jaymee

Spent a pleasant half hour here today served by the lovely Jaymee. She was so friendly and helpful! It's a pity that we don't come across more staff like her. Doing a great job! :)

I remember this coffee was a good ambassador of strong and flavoursome Italian coffee. The cappuccino I got was anything but a cappuccino; it was like a flat white with very little substance. I could not drink it and will not come back for coffee here. The sales assistant was nice but obviously needs to learn how a cappuccino tastes.

I was served by Kim who was very generous, helpful and friendly. The food was very good. I highly recommend Ritazza.

Collected sandwiches for takeaway. Great choice of options and good portions for the price. Would use again. Great service from Neil and Becky. Thank you.

The worse Cappuccino I've had in a while. 50% cold froth, no chocolate on top. Must remember not to come again

After a wonderful three day break in Sheffield my twin brother Stephen and I were in Sheffields Railway Station waiting to catch our train back to Liverpool, we dropped by Caffé Ritazza for a refreshing and reviving coffee ☕. A nice kiosk outlet, neat and tidy, a glass fronted serving bar showcases the goodies on offer and the staff here are superb, we ordered a flat white coffee each, served steaming hot ♨️ , we enjoyed our coffee's in the main station concourse. Coffee served in here was really good, a rich blend very well prepared and served really hot ,its a coffee brand I really enjoy, if you're in Sheffield Railway Station it's a Caffe Ritazza outlet I highly recommend you visit.
