¡He visitado esta sucursal varias veces en el pasado y fue conveniente para una experiencia triangular peculiar! ! Sin embargo ayer visité y ahora está siendo demolido. Creo que los propietarios del sitio adyacente están reurbanizando ese sitio y el área donde estaba Caf Nero.

Caffè Nero is a British European style coffee house chain with many locations spread all over the UK. It is always nice to have coffee there which is excellent!

I have just now visited the cafe Nero on High St Kensington in London. It was such an awful experience and it’s my second in a few months.One girl was serving and the other cleaning and not giving a care about the fact that there was 2 other people in the queue. She was spending her time flicking her hair and no care about the customers. If the cafe Nero has cctv cameras I ask you to watch it. She kept looking over but did not say hello, or give a smile or acknowledgement, she was more bothered about tossing her hair. I visited the shop with my brother at approx 18:15 23/01/2019. I am THAT angry that I am writing to you as soon after my horrible experience. To add to it another staff member at the till asked for what I ordered 3 times!!!! It was so frustrating.It seems the standard have slipped so much. Can I please ask you to carry out some customer service training as I actually love your coffee but I hate the experience. I don’t want vouchers, I don’t want free coffee, I just want you to sort out the customer service.

He estado en muchos de sus lugares alrededor de Londres y en el aeropuerto y cada vez que recibo una gran taza de café. El personal es siempre amable y bien entrenado. Tienen pasteles maravillosos y los sándwiches para llevar son siempre frescos y deliciosos.

Overall I was not really impressed with coffee in London. We ordered iced mochas, which are apparently pre-made and you have to grab them yourself from the fridge. Which is fine if they actually tasted good. I was so unimpressed that I did not bother with their hot drinks which may be better. They have many locations and this particular location has pretty decent seating.

Coffee quite nice but it's the amazing wedge shapes building you go for to be part of the architecture. Try, it needs a refurb to replace turn seats, but it's unique

Gran Café, aperitivos fantásticos frescos y wifi - una maravillosa parada de café que no comer en su presupuesto o su tiempo. . . Recomiendo encarecidamente el café. Nero Kensington High Street y también por el personal amable y eficiente y la distribución, bueno para reuniones de trabajo o una rápida fecha de café con un amigo. Altamente recomendado.

Voy mucho a Neros y esto sería bastante bajo en mi lista. El personal parece no estar interesado y cuando pedí gachas era obvio que no era su plato favorito para servir. Sin embargo, lo hicieron, y terminaron con la olla explotando en el microondas y los contenidos corrieron por el exterior de la olla, que luego procedieron a limpiar con un trapo para platos. Así que no es exactamente consciente de la salud y la higiene. Y el resto del lugar estaba en general sucio y descuidado. Dobla la esquina hacia Pret a Manger para tener una experiencia mucho mejor y personal que incluso sonríe mientras te atienden.

Liked the building, a triangular glass area. Coffee is always good. Sat downstairs as have mobility problems. Toilet was upstairs.We asked for disabled toilet key, they didn't seem keen but eventually gave us it. Could have been cleaner.

After spending well over an hour trying to get our mobile phone to work on the three network (which they couldn’t do), it was nice to sit and have a good latte. The staff were cheery and accommodating (really sensing that we needed calming experience). So, thanks to them and their location, we enjoyed the rest of our day in London.

The blonde woman who I believe was the manager was extremely rude. She shouted at someone in the queue in front of us who came back and asked for a receipt saying 'Madame I already asked you earlier if you wanted one!! I can't now!!'It's completely hectic behind the counter. There was coffee and milk all over the coffee making surface. I was stood waiting for my drink when she placed a drank in front of me so I picked it up and she immediately snatched it away exclaiming 'No that's not yours!'Worse experience in a Nero ever. Very disappointing compared to previous visits in other cities. Not on par at all!

Good location and not many coffee shops surprisingly on Kensington high street. It is a long and narrow coffee shop but seating outside on a sunny day is good. Coffees are always good and pastries. There is a take away branch of this inside the station that also has a few seats available as it's always so busy.

First thing we noticed was a homeless guy sleeping on the sofa with all his detris sprawled around him. Picked up a couple of panninis, an oj and then made the mistake of taking a muffin.I was told quite sternly by the guy behind the counter that I shouldn't pick up the muffin and that I should ask him to pick it up for me?! If that's the case, then why put them out on display, why not put them behind glass?Also, rather than have a go at a paying customer (it's not like I was trying to run off with it) why not get rid of the non-paying homeless guy, stinking up the place?After telling me off, he flounced off without taking my coffee order. He began to total the bill, at which point I asked for coffee. When the cappuccino came, there was no offer of chocolate and I had to get one of his colleagues to put it on. Nevertheless, the panninis, muffin & coffee were nice. Just a pity they don't like their customers.

Dropped in for coffee. Place looks good from outside but a mess inside. Dirty floors and tables. Toilets filthy and to tip it all the even the coffee wasn't Nero standard. Asked for extra hot and got tepid! Great location though!

We were visiting family who were staying at a hotel around the corner. Stopped in for a tea and 2 coffees. The coffee was ok, the tea was so strong - my tongue felt as if hair had grown on it - I unfortunately had to use the toilet - it was so disgusting. There was wet toilet paper and urine on the floor - it stank so badly - it seemed as if it hadn't been cleaned for weeks! For such a lovely area of London to have such disgusting eateries! I was so embarrassed that I had to subject my family to such filth!

It’s a franchising coffehouse, we went 3 times there, the first thing to underline is the staff extremely kind! Coffee is good, it really looks like the Italian one. Also cakes are very well done, in general I found English cakes too sweets for me, but not the ones in this chain. We also had sandwiches, really tasty. Prices aren’t unfortunately cheap, but this is London, and this is the price for a real espresso far from Italy.

This Nero is always great , very busy, outside tables , upstairs tables which can be less busy than downstairs , wifi , great architecture for this glass building on two floors , an uplifting building to be in. We arrived as two families with two kids and a baby. We were seated up in the area where they host small parties. Not suited for dinners as it was very dark. The waitress came straight away to give us our menu and remembered us from the last visit. She took our order without a pen or paper. It took a while for the food to arrive and when it did it was wrong and there was not cutlery. We sent it back and we were told our food was coming soon. When our 2 year old daughters food arrived the vegetables where hard there was hair on the veg. We asked for the manager. When she arrived things got worse. She took our daughters food away to get her a new one which meant we had to wait longer. Then another waitress arrived with two of our burgers. Then another waitress came up saying that we had been given somebody elses food, so they took it away. The rest of our food arrived and our daughters had still not arrived. Smelled like the chips had been cooked with the fish as there was a smell of fish from it. The veg were still hard. The manager then brought our daughters food back with no chicken as she thought we has ordered a baby bowl even though she was the one that had brought it back, When we said this to her she said that she thought so but was not sure, but then later she was saying that if she was not sure about and order she took she was ask if this was right. Totally hypocritical. The other food was gorgeous but we will not be returning

needing something to eat on our way back to our hotel, we stopped here, food nicely chilled and even late at night was still fresh. Staff very friendly.Very pleasant place to eat. We even went back the next morning for breakfast.

Interestingly designed cafe in a great location just off Ken' High St. On the Saturday night & Sunday morning I visited, it was filled with chess players hunched meaningfully over their boards. Good outdoor section for smokers. Friendly staff.
