Caffe Nero Uxbridge in Hillingdon

Best Coffee shop in Uxbridge by far!!! Great staff!!! All barista staff are an asset to the business. Thank you for always remembering my order and greeting me with such lovely smiles regardless of how busy you get!! You are all greatly appreciated :)

My friend and Icame here for an overpriced cup of tea after we had been shopping at the Chimes shopping mall.

Excellent product great, kind, professional and very polite staff. Review minimum had a luxury mocha. It was delicious perfectly made. Great taste. But the best plus of this caffè nero in uxbridge,it is its staff. Veronica, Beverly and ,Dharti. They always welcome you with a smile even in busy time. They are great, kind, very orofessional and they create a great atmosphere for the customers.|

I have tried to come here on a couple of occasions but have left as the queue was too long. They were quiet today so I had a cortado to drink in which was made very nicely.

I didn't realize there was a Caffe Nero in Uxbridge as I don't usually walk this far up the high street. I came in for a Cortado which was very nicely made and not too milky.

Ordered a cheese & Ham toastie. It was really nice. Service was quick & friendly. It was nice to see a store with adults working in it. It is certainly different to the kids who usually work in these types of stores.

I didn’t think it was possible to lack consistency around making a staple drink across establishments, but the salted caramel frappe was practically water. The staff were super friendly and attentive; I wish I could say the same for the drink.

A much better than average branch of the chain and a decent place to watch the world go by. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The menu is the same as at any branch of the chain. Probably the best coffee shop in Uxbridge in terms of service. The place is kept clean. Basically you get what you order promply in a friendly manner. A decent coffee shop.

I like going to cafe Nero, staffs are friendly.... drinks are decent and the atmosphere is chilled.... staff won't tell you leave even if you stay there for a long time.... there's no pressure in leaving the shop, just very chilled atmosphere and very spacious! Good place to just relax and have a coffee date!

In the centre of town. Highly predicable but I like their coffee more than some other chains I could mention.

Our nearest Nero is Ruislip however, we frequently visit Uxbridge because the staff are more friendly and make us welcome.

A great coffe place, excellent roast, the early "starbuck" which comes with places to seat comfortably, wi-fi etc, etc

Come here regularly for a chai latte or occasional coffee. The staff are generally very good but as with any establishment you can sometimes get one having an off day. Still, I'll keep coming back.

Unfriendly, thought the staff made it a chore to help or cater for what you were asking for. Shame, it's not hard to be polite.

Ordered a £4 toastie, and it was served wrapped in napkins such that the napkin was stuck to the cheese on the outside and somehow everywhere. I had to throw most away. Lack of common sense and process.

Whenever I review a chain restaurant I like to look at what makes it different. Chain restaurants or franchises are, by definition, exactly the same in what they serve. There is nothing wrong with this because they are tried and tested. They will have been subject to extensive market research and on that basis will usually give the customer what they want. Their greatest risk is probably fashion change. Caffe Nero and its nearest rivals can cope with some of this, so if paninis go out of fashion they can switch to the latest fad or craze. But if coffee loses its appeal or it is discovered that it is the source of obesity then it would soon be Woolworthed or BHS'd away from us. Luckily this has not happened yet and Caffe Nero is going from strength to strength. I personally prefer Caffe Nero to its rivals. I just think that the coffee is better and the choice of snacks superior. I always think coffee shops should offer more savoury snacks and in this respect I think Caffe Nero has the edge. So what is different with this branch? The Uxbridge branch is extremely well located and sits just outside the main shopping mall. So if you want to see some sky and breathe some real air, grab a coffee and a muffin, sit outside and watch the world rush by on its way to its office. Relaxed, dive back in to the mall and spend some more money. Or grab a takeaway. The lovely coffee will make all those unanswered emails seem a little less important.

Most Caffe Nero branches are fairly ok but the Uxbridge Chimes outlet is well above the average. I have used this place a few times now and it is the best coffee chain branch in Uxbridge in my opinion. There is always a good atmosphere and the staff are pleasant to deal with. The street is pedestrianized so you can sit outside without a bus blowing fumes in your face.

I came here with friends and we had lunch and drinks. The staff were all so friendly, I was very impressed! Food was really tasty too. We sat outside as it was a lovely afternoon.

Polite staff, nice atmosphere, I recently had a Chai Latte and it was sooooo good, I then visited another chain and ordered one and it was awful, so I've been going to Caffe Nero ever since. Free WiFi is a bonus too.

In my opinion this is by far the best of the major coffee chains in Uxbridge. It is in a quieter location than Starbuscks and both the Costa coffee shops and the coffee is far better - the barrista's seem more more experienced and less rushed. There is aleways a warm welcome from teh staff. This is my choice for a lazy Sunday morning espresso and read of the papers

This is a little oasis of calm in a busy town. The coffee is, in my opinion, the best available from a High Street coffee chain. Each time I have visited, the service and the coffee have been first class.This branch has ample room in which to relax, is cool and comfortable. There is some outdoor seating to the side of the café, which it is hoped will be extended to the front in the coming weeks.Caffè Nero in Uxbridge is popular and - as we left, yesterday morning - there was a queue of about eight people waiting for coffee!

Went to stop for a coffee but was a bit disappointed. The staff were friendly at the counter, the food and drinks were fine, but the actual cafe needs urgent upkeep or a good clean!! The staff hadn't cleared up most of the tables and the chairs/sofa were so worn out! Okay service, okay food but the place needs to be kept clean. No wonder the Starbucks nearby has a lot more business !

Laze around with a cup of wonderful coffee and watch the day goes by. A good stop after a long walk and shopping in Intu, pavilion and other small shops

The Nero is known in Britain and there is not much to say! Everything is above average but the atmosphere of this store is its people... They were willing to get to know a new kind of coffee drink that I'm used to have which is a hard one to prepare. They were fast and very helpful! Now I am positive that whenever I go there I will find my favorite coffee drink! That's something you do not come across often! Thank guys!

This is an average place in the intu chrimes centre. The coffee is most of the time good. However service is often lacking and the place is often on the dirty and sticky side.

A little gem - not quite with all the others which means it's a little quieter. Amazing wi-fi (compared to what everyone else in the area offers)

ロンドンの市内でどこででも見かけるスターバックスのようなコーヒーショップです。コーヒーがカフェラテなどで2，5ポンドくらいでした。マフィンやサンドウィッチは　イートインするとお持ち帰りにするより高くなるようでした。

メトロポリタンラインのオックスブリッジ駅のすぐとなりにあるショッピングセンターの中に入っていました。平日でしたがかなり混雑していたので驚きました。当たり外れのないコーヒーをいただけるので知らない場所ではチェーン店もいいと思いました。

Service at best is average with the staff attitudes towards their customers fairing not much better. The overal feel of the place is one of a can not be bothered attitude and just afer your money.
