Coffee was ok and nice to sit outside however I found the disabled toilet dirty could do with a deep clean and staff seemed over worked.

Enjoyed our food from this Caffè Nero. Nice choice of vegetarian options. The mushroom & mascarpone and mozzarella & tomato toasties were delicious! Tasty croissants as well. Staff were okay but could have been friendlier. Hot food took a little longer than anticipated - think they could only heat one item at a time.

Love Neros coffee but price seems to rise to regularly. Staff seem to stand talking instead of clearing and cleaning tables. Surroundings a bit grubby. Today no cups! Had to have paper cups, not good enough, won't come here again, enough is enough.

Standard Cafe Nero layout , with standard fare. Rather cramped , but staff helpful and friendly. The bathroom facilities are pretty grim. Handy place for a coffee when shopping or killing time.

Always a fan of Neros coffee, but visited Fishergate branch, dirty tables, no brown sugar yet again and to add insult to injury another price rise. Will not visit again.

I visited this Caffè Nero for the first time and was really impressed with the exceptional customer service. Tracy, the barista serving us was warm, friendly and helpful. The latte was gorgeous and I will definitely be coming back here again. Love the Christmas take away cups too.

I won’t go here again as I always seem to get served by the big woman with black hair, she’s miserable every single time and rude too, the other staff are nice and the one in Fishergate Preston is nice, I will go there from now on so I don’t get the rude one.

Have been coming here many years and I have to say its gradually got worse. The place is dirty. I'm in early on a Saturday for an appointment, the floor ( as usual) hasn't been swept. There are chairs that you would find in a squat and I dare not even venture into the toilets which are usually grim. There is nothing good to say unfortunately, my pastry was under cooked, the staff just plain rude. Could bare speak to me never mind smile. Forget the fact I've just paid nearly £5 for a coffee and bite to eat. Finally what really gets me mad is , if the place is advertised to open at 7.30, why is the outside seating still all stacked at the front door rendering the comfortable window seats useless. The costa just over a mile away opens earlier and is ready for business. I dont review many place but felt compelled to on this occasion. A truly dreadful experience for a quick coffee shop visit.

After finishing early at a local estate agents round the corner we nipped in here for 20 mins just to assess the viewing and discussions and to plan ahead. Had a quick Chai Latte and Coffee with a quick croissant which hit the spot perfectly. Well presented and very good service.

Always reliable for a good tasty coffee. For me, better than the nearby competition and the food is more varied.

Drinks OK, difficult to mess up green tea or Americano. However, beware the panettone. Apparently “head office” dictate that it should be heated in the toaster, so it comes out looking as though it’s been run over by a lorry, and is just as appetising. Very reluctantly, and with a distinct “face”, the barista heated one up in their microwave as per the packaging, and it was rather nice. Poor experience though.

I regularly stop off at Cafe Nero for a soya latte. At home I drink my freshly brewed coffee black, but here, I always go for the soya latte as it is so dreamy. Staff are pleasant, and the premises are clean.

Good location as always - but the usual poor customer experience. I ended up coming out without being served as their was only one person serving and I now refuse to queue like I am in the 1930s Soviet Union. At least they are consistent - consistently poor

Caffe Nero is a reliable coffee chain that has a number of useful features - it serves drinks for consumption on the premises in proper cups not paper ones; its scone jam & cream is decent (though not as good as a home made one); and it alweays has decaf coffee available. So on a recent journey when I had an hour to kill waiting for a train connection at Preston, I was able to leave the station and turn right - it's about 5 minutes walk up Fishergate to Caffe Nero. The branch was quiet (it was late afternoon) but seemed typical - there's outside seating for smokers, and seats inside on two floors. The barista was friendly.

It was a very cold day, so I popped in here for a hot chocolate (take out). The customer service was not great. It was not busy, but it felt like they was rushing to get rid of you. My experience was not great, and would not recommend.

The cappuccino here was not as good as expected based on other Caffe Nero locations. The brownie was very nice. The seating was comfortable and the free wifi was good. The toilets were not the best. There was no paper in the men’s restroom and later it was blocked up. The seat in the ladies restroom was disgusting.

I usually go to the other Caffe Nero in Preston. Thinking it would be the same i went into this café and was really disappointed with the way staff treat you. They lack manners and dont treat all customers the same. The hot chocolate and other hot drinks don't taste as nice at the other Caffe Neros i have been to. Avoid and just go Costa Coffee instead. This is my own experience... You may have your own opinions which you are entitled too. Thanks for reading

I think a member of staff working here must be ex military. Made me and other customers feel intimated by his some-what aggressive and stone cold manner. Kept being rude to customers. Never smiled. Talked very loud close to barking/shouting at customers. Watched as he served a customer a coffee on a dirty saucer. Most of the tables were clear but dirty. Coffee tasted burnt. Will give this place a miss next time.

If you are a coffee lover, this is the place to go. Forget Starthingy and Costla (!) This is far, far, superior coffee. Cakes a bit expensive, but you get want you pay for-quality. Don't forget to collect your stamp card, for after purchasing 10 cups you get one free!

Always good value, for their Italian Coffee is wonderful! snacks are a little on the expensive side, but the coffee is worth it, whatever way you like it made. They give you a card to stamp for each visit, so when it is full, you get a free coffee of your choice.

We visited the new venue at The Plough at Eaves. We have been regulars at the original restaurant in the city and was sad to see it go until we had our meal at the new place. We have to say, it’s got been better. Beautiful surroundings with lovely lighting and the food was to die for! Make the journey…. You won’t regret it!
