Caffe Nero - Jermyn Street in City of London, Westminster

Filthy, revolting coffee and staff have no idea what the hell is going on!! Do yourself a favour and avoid!

Went to Caffe Nero beside St.James's church Piccadilly and off Jermyn Street. Great location just off Piccadilly. Both the coffee and the service were good.

Perfect coffee. Good service. Didnt buy any of the food options but there was a good choice available. Did takeaway too

Llevé a mis amigos allí, después de haber estado comprando en Fortnum & Mason. Nos sentamos en el patio, comimos la parte de atrás y tiene un pequeño jardín donde puedes sentarte en días soleados y relajarte

Pequeño, pero buenos cafés y capuchinos, no hay servicio de mesas ,..... Muy amablesss y buena atención ..

Este Caff Nero se encuentra entre Piccadilly y Jermyn Street, junto a la calle James’s Church con una entrada desde ambas calles. Café bien hecho, pasteles y pasteles. Un ambiente agradable y acogedor, con asientos en dos niveles. El servicio generalmente es amable, lo que le da a este Nero un ambiente de vecindario local en el medio de la ciudad.Pero. . . .Está tristemente decepcionado por su área de jardín pavimentado con asientos y grandes sombrillas en el lado de Piccadilly. No se cuida tan bien como el interior, a menudo lleno de tazas y platos del día y basura del día anterior. Las palomas están por todas partes en las mesas y actualmente está llena de hojas mojadas y resbaladizas, lo que dificulta que algunos clientes vayan y vengan. Esto debería ser un gran activo para Caff Nero, un oasis potencial durante todo el año, que alentaría a más clientes con un poco de cuidado y atención.

A typical Café Nero, a bit on the small side, so not many tables especially around breakfast time, usual quality, and fast service.

This café Nero has a small service area and upstairs and downstairs eating. You can get sandwiches and coffee. They also had water pictures and cups if you wanted water, a rare thing in Europe.

Well brewed coffee in the Italian way. Good pastries and fresh fruit, sit downstairs, upstairs or in the courtyard.

A quiet spot just off the main drag of shops. Querky venue and good service. Food is ok but as expected from a chain coffee shop. Not bad.

Lo que hace que este café Nero sobresalga de los demás es el adorable área de estar al aire libre que brinda una sensación al aire libre en la ciudad. Al lado de un pequeño mercado y una hermosa iglesia, es perfecto para los trabajadores de la ciudad en un almuerzo en la zona del circo de Piccadilly o para los turistas después de visitar las tiendas.El interior de la cafetería es pequeño pero ofrece un agradable ambiente acogedor y ofrece un ambiente que a menudo no se encuentra en las cadenas habituales de los cafés.Una nueva cafetería local para mí que nunca decepciona.

Usual Cafe Nero food and drink served by pleasant staff and generally not too long to queue. Tables inside and out which are frequently cleared. If you sit outside look out for the 2 ducks that have made their home in the small garden fountain.

Fue así que compramos aquí alguien encuentro un café mientras yo estaba esperando y decidí no comer nada después de visitar los aseos. ¡Puaj! Todas las mesas estaban sucias y con fuera de ceniceros váter estaba rajada, dentro había basura en el suelo. Seguramente una iglesia en un lugar encantador como éste puede gestionar algo mejor.

Walk up the stairs and see the comments written in the dust of their lights. Tables not cleared and food bland and unpalatable. Personally I wouldn't repeat that experience.

Needed a sit down during a Sunday afternoon shopping trip. This Nero is sufficiently out of the way that the visitors and tourists are unlikely to find it, so it suits us just fine. Its the usual formulaic Nero, so don't expect haute cuisine - it does what it says on the can ie serves coffee and cake.

Great friendly staff - including Anastacia who is super smiley. The venue is cosy inside and refreshing outside next to the church. As it's a Nero, it's not the cheapest café in town. And the toilet (singular) could really do with a refurb and a deep clean. Having said that, it's always a pleasure to escape the hustle and bustle of London and sit quietly in this café and people-watch.

Rude staff and stale food. My carrot cake was bone dry and rock hard. I threw it away after one bite. My sons toasted sandwich tasted stale. Gross. By far the worst Nero we've been to!

Si eres como yo y madrugador, encontrar café en Londres antes de las 7 de la mañana puede ser complicado! Pero Cafe Nero en la calle jermyn está abierto desde las 6 de la mañana!

Pedí un té de melocotón helado y cuando llegó fue simplemente una taza llena casi completamente con hielo, con un toque de té helado cata muy aguados ya que llenan el espacio mínimo a la izquierda en la taza. Totalmente ridículo teniendo en cuenta cuánto cobran! Sin duda no volveremos.

The whole place has a feel and smell that it needs a really good clean. Noticed staff collecting cups but not cleaning tables. Avoid.

I found this place by accident while staying at the Cavendish across the street. Service was fast and friendly. They make a damn good cup of coffee, Americano, Mocha, cappuccino. I like the back area outside you can just sit there in quiet. Diago and another girl were at the front desk when I was there and were very friendly. I was happy to meet them being away so far from home by myself. They made me feel comfortable.

Its a chain of coffee place , was first time trying it . Huge coppuchino with yummy sandwich , staff was great and happy to serve. We set on the 2nd floor on the couch very cosy very tasty as January first was rainy day , so we wached thd new year's day parade then came to enjoy our coffee after the night b4 celebrations ended early in the morning

Located in an annex of the church it has atmosphere. Sandwiches. Cakes and drinks available. Very convenient whilst shopping in Piccadily and Jermyn street

I was in London for the Abstract Expressionism exhibition at the Royal Academy but wanted a quickish lunch & coffee away from the hustle & bustle of Piccadilly & found this branch of the coffee chain.Usual Caffè Nero fare in pleasant surroundings. Appears to be frequented mainly by locals. Recommended.

I love this place for coffee and scones with clotted cream. Fast service, good prices and a nice location. A great option for breakfast. Starbucks wishes it could be this good.

Nice chain for coffee, pastries and sandwiches to go. The drinks are hand crafted. No drip coffee, so it it an Americano, which is just fine.

Not run of the mill Café Nero - unusual location, friendly staff, usual Café Nero range. This is a nice little oasis on Jermyn Street.

Pequeno na parte de baixo, com mesas e sofás no andar superior. Comida que encontra noutros cafés do mesmo género (sandes, baguettes, saladas, fruta, bolos, café, chá, sumos), mas com um espaço mais "cosy", confortável e quase intimo.

Não importa aonde vc vá, se tiver uma cafeteria NERO, pode entrar é batata de bom !!! Na minha opiniao é melhor do que os concorrentes mais famosos !!!

Situation back from Piccadilly, in the old church building behind St James's Church, this Cafe Nero is not your standard chain cafe. Of course the food and drinks are the standard fare, but that way you know you're getting something that's perfectly ok. And the staff are friendly and competent.On a sunny afternoon it is nice to sit outside of the cafe, in the church's front square, chat and enjoy the atmosphere. If you're going to go for a quick coffee in one of the chain cafes, it's worth the extra effort to come here for the ambience.

As a tourist, I was not familiar with caffe Nero. I was just nearby and wanted to have a drink outside. To find a nice seating outside in London is pretty difficult. So I really like the location of this cafe. It's located in the churchyard of St James's Piccadilly. It has a nice terrace with shade. I don't drink coffee, so I can't say if it's any good or not.

LOCATION: Close to Pickadilly Market at St James Church but also close to Pickdilly Circus and close to our hotel near Buckingham Palace.ABOUT THE CAFE:There is a nice patio to sit outside but also a comfty spot on the 2nd level with big comfty seats. The staff is great! The coffee, hot chocolate and food is VERY good. EXTRA:If you drink a lot of coffee and plan to be in the area for awhile then ask for a stamp card as there are many Cafe Neros in London and you can earn free drinks!

Se devi fare uno STOP questo è il posto giusto.Va bene per una fetta di torta, per un caffé o un tea, ma non è sicuramente il locale dove fare pranzo o cena.Uno spuntino e quattro chiacchiere.Poi ripartite per LONDRA! ;-)

Nothing special, but the prices are reasonable. Lines go quickly, decent selection for a quick sandwich or breakfast along with coffee. Grab a table and check your email.

This is a great place for a quick snack, very conveniently located in the middle of St. James / Picadilly. Small and cosy with outside terrace, and part of a Wren church building.

The GF and I stopped here for a quick latte. Service was a bit slow, but coffees were usual standard.I felt the restaurant was a little dirty, and bizarrely the menu board was hidden dependent on the route you took into the building or the direction the queue formed.

Cafe Nero は珈琲チェーンで割と広いスペースがあるが、Jermyn Street 店はロンドン中心街なのでかなり手狭、紳士ファッションの聖地だけあり、客層はかなりファッショナブルな人が多い。この通りにゆっくり気軽に珈琲を飲める店がなかったので、ショッピングに疲れた一息つくにはお勧め。

Great coffee and pastries every where you look in Britain. I have a Starbucks Gold card, but it stayed in my wallet for most of our trip. From Scotland to England Caffe Nero has a better selection of pastries, white chocolate raspberry muffins were our favorite. The cappochino had the right amount of chocolate powder on the froth.For something healthy try the oatmeal-porridge. They also have sandwiches for eat in or take away.

The coffee at Caffe Nero is bland testing , the pastries and scones very dry and the service is just as bland, not to mention expensive.

This coffee shop is in an ideal location - on Jermyn Street under a stunning classic Wren Church. That's as far as it goes. It is a mess, actually dirty, with poor staff, no space and is freezing in the winter. Don't know why we bothered = won't happen again.

Nothing special in terms of the cafe - standard Caffé Nero, could be any of chains. However, it's tucked away in central London with a view of a Wren church, strangely peaceful with a great view - a must-visit for anyone working in the area that needs a break.

This branch of the chain is a prime example of what can go wrong when nobody really cares about the place. It's always scruffy with tables and chair messily parked across the ground floor, whereas the seating upstairs is generally sticky. The staff try their best but are clearly young/untrained as well as suffering from barely manageable space to work around each other behind the counter - and as a result service is painfully slow, chaotic and messy.

In London Nero is like Tim Horton...you can always count on great coffee but they mostly do the designer stuff. Cappuccino is strong and fabulous...Nibbles are wonderful...they seem to be everywhere so you know you can stop and rest and enjoy.

Nice location between Jermyn Street and Piccadilly. Lovely to sit in the courtyard area next to the church. Coffee etc as you would expect from Nero's.
