Was delayed on the M25 for 1 hour and just made the Eurostar train. Usually get to Ebbsfleet early so I can grab a coffee and was still able to as the service team were so on the ball I got a takeaway for the train, so I really appreciated the speedy and efficient service as well as a lovely Americano. Thanks Caffe Nero.

The lady at the counter was very helpful, making coffee just as I ordered it - a mild latte with only one shot of coffee, made with skinny milk. And it tasted great.

Not a fan of Caffe Nero normally, but the one in Ebbsfleet International served a lovely and well needed large Caramel Latte...perhaps the time of the day and needing it made it taste nicer but the service and coffee was ace and the perfect start to a trip to Paris for lunch.

We love our early morning starts to Paris from Ebbsfleet but there is one problem. After an hours drive from home I am in need of my first coffee of the day. Luckily, Nero always comes to the rescue. Always great coffee and, for my partner, a croissant (ok, she could wait til Paris but…….) Friendly service, even at 5.30 am. Thanks guys and gals, you are doing a great job.

We drive to Ebbsfleet to catch Eurostars as it's so much easier and less crowded there than at St Pancras, and usually have coffee and croissants here while waiting, rather than a rushed early breakfast either at home or in a nearby hotel if we've driven down the night before. Service and quality have always been good.

Thank god for a decent double expresso at 5.30 in the morning. Ebbsfleet station is a cold harsh unwelcoming place. At least the coffee is good.

I dont normally bother writing reviews for coffee shops etc... they’re generally very samey... coffee... pre-made sandwiches etc... However today i bought coffee and a sandwich from the Caffè Nero at Ebbsfleet International and the lady serving was so helpful and polite. It was lovely to hear her positivity and cheerful voice! She made a cracking Americano too!

While waiting for the train this is the only cafe available. Two people were serving and both very helpful and pleasant. But the service was really only average and the tables were still full of debris from so many people passing through. So only an average cafe.

Only place to get a hot drink at Ebbsfleet but the drinks were fine and the service was fast, no queuing either.

My visit to this cafe (the only coffee place in Ebbsfleet station unfortunately) was memorably disappointing. Very rude service staff taking orders in short sharp fashion and without any friendly smiles or customer service. If it wasn't for your customers you would be out of a job and out of business so BE NICE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. I still remember being barked at for my order by a nazi like girl with frown.

Fantastic hot chocolate and ham and Emmantal panini for breakfast. No queue, piping hot drink, just what we needed after a three hour drive to catch our train. Thank you

I got a tea whilst I was waiting for the Eurostar. Yuk. The staff need to be taught how to make a cup of tea. For tea to have any flavour, it needs to be made with boiling water. If the milk is added to the tea bag and then stirred, it has no flavour and stirring has no effect. Also far too expensive. I wish I had got a drink from the M&S by the entrance.

As a family we were in a great hurry but needed to grab something for the kids. The stock level was good and the service was great. Thank you.

Very impressed how clean and the very efficient service I received. Having said that it was very early in the morning. Coffee could have been a bit stronger

Comfortable and plenty of seating. Very good free Wi Fi. The heated snacks were very good and service came with a smile. Would use again.

It's just a cafe Nero so you're going to get exactly what you get in every other cafe Nero. They do what they do and they do it well if that's your sort of thing. I'm always here early for work travel and I appreciate the efficient friendly service when I'm getting that first coffee of the early morning.

Stopped here on the way to France on the Eurostar side of the station. The station is very accessible and easy to find and check-in was very fast (in fact I can't remember the last time I went through security so quickly). This Caffe Nero in on the concourse in a sealed from the elements area with a number of table for sitting at. We only wanted something to take on the train so 15 minutes before ordered two paninis which took about 3 minutes to cook. Staff seemed happy enough and were pleasant enough. Ate them on the train and were happy with the paninis and cappuccino.

Fast service and very good quality hot chocolate and carrot cake to take on the bus. Bit pricey though!

Whilst you wait for your train, the Ebbsfleet Eurostar waiting area is reasonably sparse. The small cafe offers refreshment if you have had a journey to get to the station. Once I approached the cafe, the staff smiled and said "wont keep you long" as they were serving someone else. The customers they were serving did not speak the best of English but the staff were great. Repeatedly asking very politely if they wanted trim milk, sugar, do you want that toasted etc, until the customers were able to communicate their preference. When they got to me, they were so "smiley" and it was not fake. They were just happy in their job and dealing with customers. One young girl and young man. Great team and I am struggling to remember their names. However I traveled on the morning of 16th September to Brussels and the staff will know who was on that day. Train stations can be a very non descript and "grey" place to take a coffee and a sandwich. These 2 staff really could show lots of others how it is done with their charm, interest in their customers. When they were not serving, they were cleaning and the place looked spotless.I took a card from the counter at Caffe Nero 361 at Ebbsfleet - tiny but big on enjoyment and quality.

I thought I’d give this a try, I stumbled upon this place by chance, it looks a welcoming place and the coffee is ok, I ordered a regular latte which was priced at £2.90 but when I checked my card later on I was charged £3.50, so based on being overcharged I will not recommend this place and tell people to avoid it, how many more customers have been overcharged and not know it.

Have been to the Malt Shovel a few times food always lovely. However this time i was left with a sour taste. Sunday lunch ordered 2 non acoholic drinks waiting for food, arrived with veg and gravy of which whole jar of gravy tipped over my leg all down my trousers thankfully did not burn me nobody offered me any assistance a cloth to wipe myself. Took myself to the toilet had to use soap and my hand and toilet paper to remove the worst trousers were sopping wet. Went back to table were floor was slippery food was on the table no gravy had to ask and wait for that. Not one person asked if i was ok. Ate dinner theb had to pay but gave us the drinks for free very big of then. Hope my trouser and new too clean up otherwise a very expensive and disapointing lunch.

It’s a Sunday 11:30 I bought Almond Croissant from Blueswater Center Waitrose. And it’s Freezing cold. Is this your quality? Very disappointing. Way far from the place now to return. Had to throw it. I haven’t even touched the cheese twist and plain croissant.
