Cramp small little shop with staff that is not very helpful. Tried to use the student discount but the staff asked us to download the kfc app to link the account with student bean ID. Done everything and ordered the food through the app after linking everything and they say we don’t qualify for the student discount because we need to order the food at the counter to qualify for the student discount! Absolute rubbish of service and ordering system!

Half the food was cold drink and main was upside down in the bag and chips spilled

Order was not delivered, no contact number available, and the app shows the food has been delivered. I have been waiting for 2+ hours and I still haven’t received my food, nor gotten any refunds. Horrible customer service!

I recently visited KFC and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The staff was not only unhelpful, but they also displayed a lack of professionalism and outright arrogance. When I approached them with a simple request, I was met with dismissive attitudes and rude responses, making me feel like my concerns were not important. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect, and unfortunately, this was not the case. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service to create a more welcoming environment. I will not be returning and would recommend others to think twice before visiting. This approach is firm but fair, which will make your feedback more impactful.

I went here for a quick bite and it was really quick indeed. The customer service was great. A table was dirty and we asked the staff to clean it and they did. The toilet was also very clean. 5/5

Went there at 9:50pm to get a dinner, the big lady at the counter shouted at me “someone died” and they locked the door and closing down the place already. What is wrong with this place???

This place supposingly to be closing at 11pm, but appraoching 10 they are already getting customers out of the shop and not doing anymore business, staffs are lazy and slacking.

Paid £40 for 12 strips, 2 gravy, 4 fries, drink and Vegan burger. I got 4 fries, a vegan burger and two little bbq chicken pots? It's not hard is it, just read the order and put that in the bag, you really are a joke.

Chicken was not fried. There was nothing fried about this chicken it fell apart trying to pick it up (all 10 pieces). chips were part cooked too

For a big fan of KFC I didn't like this KFC at all, if you want to eat there, there are only 4 tables, so you have to wait! Or share a table with other people, no tray if you eat there, you are served as imported, the chicken was very very dirty. Really to avoid,

I am unhappy with the texture of the chicken skin it is very dry. And sometimes it has been received almost hard grinding your teeth. Plus i only got 1 chiken drumstick!

toilets need a clean, polish. Thick dust on skirting and picture rail. I attended at 7pm not checked from early morning but a proper clean not done in months. Grime in sink disgusting. Used antibacterial from my bag.

Has KFC reduced the salt in their food ???? The first time I had tried the boneless chicken it was so salty it was difficult to eat. PLEASE REDUCE THE SALT.

Absolute joke. Finally delivered Over 2 hours past the time estimated when order was placed, apparently the courier was at the restaurant waiting for the food to be prepared for 2 hours? Clearly not true. Food was delivered stone cold, fries missing and garlic dip missing. No option to cancel order either. Ruined my special night with my daughter. Not happy at all

I can't give a minus star as I would. I came to the restaurant from out of town on 25/09/2023 at 18.29 and the service was very poor. The people serving Aaron, Catalin and Josh refused to fill up my drink which was half empty. I called for the manager who came and agreed with his terrible staff with the hostility and poor attitude appalling. The place was filthy. The staff are arsy and there bad attitude is supported by the manager. At the same of them refusing to give me a full drink after paying nearly £20 for my meal a deliveroo guy comes in and they give him a free drink on the house. Further training is needed as you leave not satisfied at all. Why have people working at KFC in the middle of a student hub who don't want to work when lots of students would happily work there and take there jobs and want to work.

You always leave out the dips when ordered. Not happy it was a little late due to traffic according to driver.

Food was perfect. Exactly what I needed. The driver, however, needs to learn to use country codes and not accuse people of using wrong numbers when faced with a +353 phone number. Especially when I'm there, waiting for him, and he didn't even need to text or call me. Rude and ridiculous.

The costumer services at oxford rd. manchest are supper fantastic the whole team is amazing . But Latoya has excellent service skill and every time i pop in she greets all her customers will a brilliant attitude . LATOYA IS THE BEST ✨✨✨✨✨

Meh food, kinda like KFC as usual, but not as good tasting as usual. Main problem is massive cleaning problem. Everywhere to sit is still covered in waste food from others and the toilets have obviously not been cleaned in a long time. Would not recommend coming back again.

Caffe Nero is a brand bar located in Manchester, one of the main cities in the middle of England. I came here to relax and take a cappuccino. It is ok. Pitifully, the bar closed earlier (about 18h), so I had to go in a while. Ok, a typical fast-food franchise bar in America or England.

I have experienced racism in this KFC by a black lady with glasses, definitely do not recommend it. very unhelpful and disappointed.

Got the wrong meal all together and a drink that was nothing like I ordered. It came with the correct receipt so it amazes me how a restaurant can't get the basics right.

So today i visited the KFC around 10:30pm and me and my partner went to order at the machines because there was a path for us to go through. We then heard a woman in glasses she had brown hair and an accent scream at us telling us to get out and “can we not see”. Then other people came in to order and she screamed at them too when they went to the machine. However, we were served by a lovely gentleman with brown hair who was absolutely lovely. I work in hospitality and understand it gets frustrating with customers sometimes but automatically screaming and screeching at them is not right.

The delivery guy came, opened the bag and tried to lift the food out. The bottom fell out of the bag and he tried to scoop it up and give it to me. I've refused the delivery.

Got 2 pieces of chicken one was completely fine and the other was really greasy and like a grey colour. Actually enjoyed this kfc up to now aswell
