Don’t order from here, delivery driver thinks it’s alright to shove woman out the way and try and get in the house because they didn’t hear him knocking

I placed a big order for my sons 21st , food was spot on and 10 minutes earlier than i had requested too 😊

Ordered single cheese burger meal menu said £5.50 but was charged £7.50 I was told the menu showing was out of date and the updated menu was on a screen above but it was too small to read. What a joke. I as for the burger with a little mayo specially ask not to much mayo needless to say the burger was dripping in May and the chips was cakes in red salt. Don't waste your money gi anywhere else.

Took a while for the food to arrive but it arrived hot hot. Chicken n chips crispy skin crispy chips lovely shame I got lumpy gravy. Pizza and doner burger both lovely too. Will we order again most definitely. Very reasonable price as well 5 meals less than 40 quid

WARNING!!! Do not order from here!!! I have ordered from here every week for months, until I had to complain today, because of all three of the cheesy chips being uncooked. Then when he brought the replacement because I’d picked the cheese off one of them. He’d accused me of eating them ALL. Having a go at me on my own front door step for all the neighbours to hear. I never complain but the chips was inedible and instead of accepting constructive criticism, he decided to have a go at me, very poor customer service and it made me feel uncomfortable and distraught. I have spent a lot of money here, and I’m shocked on how the situation was handled, considering you are a business. It was extremely unprofessional and as a young girl, quite threatening. Please go on a customer service course because it’s diabolical to treat your once loyal customer that way!

fantastic staff nothing is too much and we only fault i can say is please change your Naan bread as we love kebabs but not keen on the Naan breads there too hard hence we order all the time but everything else without a naan new Naans and we will be ordering kebabs again

Wonderful food and sea food not a ideal place to sell sea food mostly when people are eat the over all smell can nock you sick bit they have on of the bets crabs legs and close, other than that the sea food are kept clean everyone, and mented fresh in ice for costumers .

Usually good food and service, had an issue last week where food wasn't delivered and we had to cancel it as it got too late. Bit of a nightmare at the time and to sort out. But they replaced our missed delivery today when we rang up. So still happy to order again and food was hot 🔥 which is the best 👌

The only reason I gave 1 star is so I could leave a review ordered from here 17,7,21 got food looked ok we ate about a 1/4 to find the nan bread was full of green mould took photos and immediately reported them to food hygiene agency

Not only they failed to delivery a drink last week, this week -stupid me for ordering again- a whole meal was missing and they refused to re-sending it saying it was in the bag: it was not. I will not order from them again.

Ordered May 19th - my delivery details were unknowingly reset via the app to one id deleted a year ago, which meant when the driver called to say he had arrived, I went down to meet him and no one was there. I then called apologising (though not my fault) and asked if he could drop my meal off on the way to his next drop, as it was in Middleton and I am not far, or even after. He refused, was rude and hung up the phone. I then called the takeaway to which they took my new address and also said I hung the phone up on the driver, me knowing I did not (like I need to lie). It is the second time this takeaway has insinuated I have lied when they can not accept when they are wrong. I questioned the driver on what he told them and he then raised his voice, meanwhile the takeaway is calling my phone asking me to pay the driver £2 for the "extra effort to correct my mistake", though the driver was en-route to the takeaway with my undelivered food; which I'm sure is against Just-Eat's policy? The food was ok, but the poor customer service meant it left a sour taste in my mouth and I could not enjoy the food. You may not value your customers enough to be bothered that I am no longer a loyal customer. Good riddance.

Food was over an hour late and stone cold. Manager was rude and aggressive on the phone when i complained. Went to the shop and the place was filthy.

Took 2 hours to deliver to alkrington, repeatedly told us its on the way for 30 mins. Advertised free garlic bread and drink but said because we didnt specifically mention it, they didnt add it to the order. Food was shocking, never again.

Great takeaway with lovely people running it. They're always quite busy but are happy to have a chat while working as well. They give you food as fresh as possible and they have a hygiene rating of 5, so definitely worth checking out this place if you haven't. Food is always good (I go for the kebab, my partner for the calzone), and we've always enjoyed it immensely :)

since new management took over the food quality has dropped it has always been a long wait but the food used to be nice. very disappointed with the new style calzones now its a long wait for mediocre food .

Me and my boyfriend ordered from here and was very disappointed. Although the food arrived fairly quickly we was given the wrong food order, when my boyfriend rang them back they swapped it with what was suppose to be our order although it was still wrong. I am a vegetarian and we ordered 2 vegetable samosas, I bit into it to discover it was a meat samosa. We ordered 2 burgers presuming they would come with chips considering the price however they didn't come with anything which meant the food was pretty overpriced. The chicken did not taste like chicken. We ordered two cans of Tango and received Fanta. Whilst this is only a small thing given our overall experience we were pretty annoyed.

Kebabs not worth £4.50. Too small. Suited more to the price of £3.50. The chili sauce is the worst I have had. It's like marmite with a tomato puree mix. Pizza is usually really nice but past two times has been overcooked and dry with minimal cheese

Tried for a change from Palermo just up the road. Burger comes with chips at Palermo for less money as well. Won't be using charcoal pit again.

Although the guy said Christmas time is busy i only live 1.2 Miles away its a 5-10 minute drive, the guy on the phone said it would be quicker to come and get it yourself next time. Why have an option for delivery if its so poor? Dont order from here if you live more than a mile away because it will take 2 hours to get the food. Oh aswell even though its only 80p the driver gave herself a tip.

The food was absolutely amazing and the delivery was on time. However I do think the portion sizes of the fries are a bit stingy. And again I expected a bigger kebab especially since they cost £6.50 but all in all it was great would order again 👍🏼

Oh my oh my . . Garlic bread pizza was amazing ! Like eating a garlicy cheesy cloud , so fluffy and lovely , pizza amazing too , everything just amazing .. Just moved to the area and was so gutted that my old favourite pizza shop wouldn't deliver here but after I started eating it was like what other pizza shop .. will definitely be ordering again , thanks so much

Pizza's are perfect with a rich tomato paste. Plenty toppings. Real cheese and soft light base. I love em. Shame not a 14" option though.
