Okay the place is alight its small and the extra seating and facilites are up and spral staircase so for me using a crutch not ideal its not accessible. Eveything was okay until we were bothered by a srtanger male about 5'10 5'11 maybe wearing a blue mask and a mustrad yellow puffa type jacket he had darkish skin seemed to be clean shaven but difficult to remember now as he was wearing a mask. He kept pointing at a board he had and putting on the table and then pointing at the drinks fidge we just thought he was trying to get us to buy him something. It wasnt until he finally went some two three meinutes later I realised he'd stolen my new smart phone I;'d lef tit out on the table. We approached one of the staff members to call the police rather than calling the police straight away he proceded to quizz me, then baiscaly told me and my friend off for engaigng with this stranger and not telling him or anther member of staff that we were being bothered! As the tome becuase I was so upset and stressed about my phone it just didn't sink in. I've been tracknig my phone and its now in Essex. I know that this is not something one can predict but the way the staff member handled the situation and me was not ideal I'm sure he thought he was doing the right thing. Then Other staff member when they finally appeared didn't even come over to check and see if I was alright. Being told off for not telling the staff is not the way to handle this type of situation. When my friend said you were busy he kept on at us. Went into a mini lecture very condescending and patronising. Its obvious this thief does this all the time in that area he know what he was doing and he chose the right time to enter the cafe when there was a bit ofg a queue so the staff member was busy. Hope that the store shares the CCTV footage with the police and that they trin their staff members better on how to deal with customers if they happen to be unfortuante to experience this type of crime in their cafes

Cafe Nero -Westbourne Grove!! Rude and disrespectful management! Hi everyone, I just wanted to share with you my ,literally, past 5 minutes experience with the management at Cafe Nero on Westbourne Grove. So, I went inside like 45 min ago, got myself an Americano and set down at one of the tables with my laptop on doing some reading. When this guy, so called manager, comes and ask me to leave because, supposedly, I haven’t ordered anything!! I was shocked 😮! I showed him the cup of coffee which was still on the table and he had the audacity to tell me that the cup was there and I haven’t bought anything! I had to go on my bank account and show him the transaction 😡😡😡!! After seeing the transaction clearly listing todays date and the cafe Nero shop, he said ok! He didn’t apologised, nor said anything else at all, just went outside the coffee shop! I just stood up and left! This is the worst customer service and behaviour, that I’ve encountered ever in my entire life in a coffee shop or any other commercial spaces!! Be aware when visiting that place, not to get offended and be mistreated the same way! Btw, the manager of the place , a “gentleman” ,Italian, dressed as he would be on the flee market has no manners at all! Never again, I’ll visit that place nor other coffee Nero spots!! Unacceptable behaviour! 😡😡😡😡

Dudo en nombrar a cada miembro del personal individualmente como si dejara uno, sería un crimen de hecho. Todos y cada uno de ellos es un acto de clase, son un crédito para la marca Cafe Nero. Sin lugar a dudas, no estoy solo en estos puntos de vista, conozco a varios residentes locales que tienen una opinión similar. Al principio, no tenía idea de qué es Caffe Nero, pero vi que desde afuera parecía un buen café y olía bien. Luego entramos y pedimos café, algunas galletas y pan. No me arrepiento! Necesita una taza de café, un almuerzo pequeño, relájese. . . Caffe Nerro

Called in for a coffee. Was a good coffee, the place itself is pretty ‘normal’ not huge more your local people’s coffee place then tourist. Overall good.

Used to come here many years ago This is my first time for a whileBeing a daily visitor of other Cafe Nero branches ( mainly in Reading and Oxford Street ) I expected that same standards of service are kept every where.To my disappointment I was shocked of the horrible service :-- The till was not working ( thus cash only ).- The girl didn’t steam the small coffee glasses ( claiming that she is busy ) I insisted on having the 3 glasses steamed.- I asked her to add chocolate on the latte ( she tried to give me an essay about how I should drink my latte ).I told her this should be left up to me.- I asked for extra hot milk on the side ( the large latte was full of foam like Cappuccino )- I asked her for a tissue.- Logically I needed a tray to carry the latte and the side hot milk.All these small things are automatically done at any other branch , however obviously she lacks manners as she didn’t even thank me for giving the tray back to her after I finished.On my way out I told her to read my review on Trip Advisor , she looked careless.

Lovely here, but killer at Heathrow. The double shot espresso makes the best black iced coffee. Not quite as good at this location as some others, but if you are an iced coffee fan, we prefer Nero's to Starbucks, Costa and the rest.

There are no surprises here, if you are familiar with Cafe Nero outlets. We always found the staff to be affable, the free wifi acceptable, and the double stamps on the loyalty card for taking your own reusable cup appreciated.

Location, ambience and local clientele. Plus you can drink decent espresso here until Cote opposite opens at 9 or is it 9:30, I never remember, for Sunday brunch. This alone has Often been a life saver. Especially with toddlers in toe.

Good place to relax and have some coffee. The cheesecake is fine, and their small selection of chocolates and snacks are perfect for one serving.

Good place for coffee. The staff is attentive and friendly. The waitress prepare my order like a pro, she is smiley and dynamic. It's always a pleasure to come for a break.

WiFi does not work. Didn't work on either my phone or laptop, neither upstairs nor downstairs. Take down the free WiFi sign in your window cos it's a complete and utter lie just to get people in there and spending money

Estoy allí por lo menos dos o tres días a la semana para beber el café, leer el periódico y relajarse. No hay zumbido ruidoso de personas como usted a encontrar en otras cadenas de café. El personal es amable y el lugar tiene un gran ambiente.

I have been in several cafe Nero's and this is no different. The quality of the cakes and sandwiches are probably better than costa.

Great spot to pop in any time of the day. Baristas really know how to make a good coffee. Although sizes are quite small so normally order a Medium size. Comfy seating as well as normal table and chairs and bar area all very bright upstairs although there is more seating downstairs. The pastries are good and excellent coffee. Great that they have the water jugs on the side too and you can pick up a loyalty card too.
