Staffs are rude and drinks are ALWAYS badly made.

Automatically assumes you eating in without asking and charges the higher price. Scam.

When I used to go here about a year ago, it was really nice. This time I Ordered a mango spritz. Lady serving refused to mixed my drink and gave me a straw to do so… like isn’t that the baristas job? There was only one other customer?? The drink was really mediocre just tasted like a really cheap rubicon. Lack of care given from staff

2.30pm and no food available. Also 15 customers waiting but only one member of staff serving drinks whilst the other refilled cups of which there were already plenty.

They are open on Sat as well, good coffee and student discount.

Quite pricey and the tables are not cleaned by staff after customers leave, so you might have to sit at a table full of dishes or sticky with spilt drinks. Good coffee but mediocre experience.

This place has assuredly got a great attraction which made me a regular customer of it. Always find loving and outstanding customer service, clean and relaxing store with excellent quality of food and drinks. Staff are so friendly and very professional too. Highly recommended 👍

Extremely bad experience. Few weeks before(8/31), I ordered two coffee in this shop and they charged me twice. I topped my card and paid what I should pay at the first beginning and my Revolut shown paid information, after that, there’s one trainee said it wasn’t success for the payment. She asked me to pay again (but my bank app showed it’s paid) and other more senior staff said “I know it’s like a scam and trust me, it happened to me as well and it won’t charge twice. The backend will deal with it and refund you” Therefore, I topped my card again, and until the day that I write this comment, there’s no any further update and they still charge me twice. No refund! From my point of view, it’s just like a scam. I just couldn’t believe that in a chined coffee shop in Warwick would happen such a thing. To me, it’s totally a scam, thanks for giving this valuable lesson ^^

Very beautiful view. However, the Arabic female barista is very racist. She doesn’t bother to open her mouth to say anything to non-white customer. This is true even after you, as a customer, say “thank you” with a sincere smile. I thought she couldn’t speak so that’s fine. However, the next white customers arrive and she suddenly becomes so friendly with a big smile on her face “Hello! How are you today? Nice weather isn’t it ?”. I was truly disgusted and the nice Nero coffee becomes hard to swallow. Don’t visit unless you are white, it will just a spoil a good day.

Typical pricey cafe, still better than Pret. My first experience of this Nero involved my order being mixed up with others. The staff member called out my order for a toasted sandwich, I picked it up and looked inside to find it wasn't mine and when I let her know about it, she looked at me as if to say "well why'd you pick it up then"....... Ermm because you called it as mine? Still, it's very useful as I'm in the Arts building a lot, and hopefully this is a one time experience.
