Have my coffee here after work sometimes, staff all lovely, love the fact it opens till 6.30

Way below Nero Standard. Not in the service Not in the coffee quality Not in the sit in facility. I will continue to go to Nero, but definitely not to this branch.

Lovely store that is clean and well laid out. Staff were friendly and helpful with some great ideas on what is best to have. Toilet was clean and regularly checked. Prices are reasonable and the various options means that everyone is allocated for. Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff at the lemon quay site, dog friendly and there's plenty on offer food and drinks wise.

Just had a coffee and met up with family. They were sitting in the window with No drink but was sorting out her baby. Service was excellent as they carried my tray of drinks . Had drinks in .

Top tasting coffee as usual, i wish they'd clean the loo's a bit better here though, other than that, top marks

Service was appalling. Stood at the counter for a couple of minutes. 3 staff behind counter and not even one acknowledged me. They weren't busy with customers. Finally someone did say they'd be with me shortly but by that point I walked out. Very disappointed - usually such good service in Nero's.

Been here twice and both times the atmosphere here has been amazing, staff are extremely helpful and very kind. If you want a calm cool and welcoming environment I totally recommend here

The coffees, hot drinks, milkshakes etc from Caffè Nero are very enjoyable! The place itself is quite small and cosy, but can get quite busy at times. There are a wide range of beverages from lattes to iced lattes, and my personal recommendation is the Chai latte! It has the perfect amount of cinnamon and spice to it, and gives winter vibes <3

The staff make this store something special. Fantastic bunch of people, and a special nod to Joenne (hope the spelling is right) whose chats and service always give me a lift Thanks.

Rarely visit this Nero. I do visit the other Nero in town on a daily basis - the one in Boscawen Street. Staff are brilliant, as is the atmosphere. Food a little pricey! Coffee delish!

Overall really nice place. Sadly my visit was cut short by a trip in the ambulance to er as the sink wasn't fixed to the wall so when I washed my hands the water flooded the bathroom and I slipped and banged my head on the wall.

The staff here are ALWAYS so friendly and polite. Even when the queue is to the door.

Busy as ever polite staff, would have to wait for a seat around lunchtime quieter now. Clean tidy, normal coffee shop.

I always liked Café Nero and visited this one quite late in the evening in December when waiting for a train back to London for a couple of hours. It was very lovely and they make great hot chocolate.

There's a nice quiet, peaceful feel to Cafe Nero - quite different from Costa. Its cosy and restful, the coffee is always good as is the variety of food.

Good drinks, but staff is very slow every time I visit. Even when there is just ONE customer in front of me, two baristas are chatting to them while third barista is cleaning and they all know I’ve been waiting to be served for at least 5 minutes 👎

Great place to eat solo or with friends I had toasted teacake a decaf iced cappuccino, which was delicious! It was served in a glass tumbler, and I looked amazing with sprinkles!! The barista brought my teacake over when it was ready, so I didn't have to stand around waiting at the counter The shop was clean and tidy, staff were cleaning as customers were leaving It was nice to see staff having the time and professional ethos to maintain a clean and healthy environment I used the bathroom. It was clean and tidy and all on one level, so easy access I would highly recommend nero over another leading high street coffee provider

Good coffee slow but friendly service

the staff some some reason thought was too hot and put air-conditioned at 10 degrees.... was a good reason to leave. Caffe Nero provide a good quality of coffee however since last few years I see a real deterioration of the comfort of the places, it's all durthy (I mean flors, windows, the chair's and sofas are naked) overall the image is much worse

I went in for a takeaway coffee and there were 8 people in front of me, BUT the female Barista cleared the queue in less than 5 mins !! She was amazingly fast and efficient. Well done Neros . Thank you.

Friendly, customer service is brilliant. They kindly carried my drinks over due to having a disability. The only downfall is there was a lady who changed their baby's nappy on the table. ( Possibly have a baby changing area in toilet). Everyone looked but didn't comment. Is that just me or modern life( yes I'm 25 ). Plus it did put me off having food 😂. All in all I'll still meet friends and it hasn't put me off.

The staff really makes this place a cut above. They are always warm and welcoming and ready to serve. I'm a regular customer, stopping almost every day before work and I'm always greeted with a smile. They are a great reflection on their manager, Collette. The company should treat this as their model shop! This is our go-to spot for coffee in the southwest.

Had a fantastic sit down coffee. Order at the counter, served by very friendly and enthusiastic staff. Lots of sitting space, including high chairs with power outlets to do some work. Staff is also very knowledgeable regarding coffee types and blends. They also have a loyalty app that is worth it.

Popped in for coffe and bite to eat, the cafe is absolutely filty, floors and furniture needs upgrading and or cleaning, very disappointing, this is in the centre of The City of Truro!!!!!

Great typical Nero coffee place!

Lovely coffee, comfortable seats. Although a short standing queue to order there were plenty of places to sit, coffee was great with good options including decaf and toilet on the same floor. Plenty of space for disabled access into the cafe and dogs allowed.
