Excellent coffee shop, the trainee batista was excellent. He was quick and polite and very professional. Lovely relaxed vibe to this coffee shop, the music was soothing too!

Standard Nero, great coffee but could shop do with a revamp However staff on multiple occasions have not been very welcoming…

Really a big fan of cafe Nero, my favorite cafe and I have been going there for a long time, I don’t like to leave a bad review, however in this branch it seems like customers have no choice in terms of customer satisfaction, I ordered 2 mochas and I asked them to change them as they really tasted bad and watery, they did accept to change it however an unfriendly and grumpy staff comes all the way to my table empty handed and frowning , unprofessionally to tell me to get up and get them myself which I don’t mind, although it would have been nicer to bring it over out of respect, but it seemed like she was not happy about the fact a customer simply didn’t like the coffee for valid reasons, or they just don’t have respect for customer they don’t like, not happy at all the way we we been treated at this branch, we might give it another go before escalating this to their manager.

Nero is my favourite cafe and all my friends know I won’t go anywhere else, but it’s very annoying when I’m forced to have a take away cup because they are very busy. I don’t enjoy having coffee in a take away cup and the reason I stay in is to have a proper coffee in a proper cup. I don’t understand how a cafe like that can give you such a poor service and excuses

The coffee is OK and I know the brand has its fans. However, this place needs a good clean IMO. This is based on a number of visits. The windows have been cleaned - with a dirty mop by the looks of them. I don't think this is a reflection of those working there as I only ever see 2 colleagues who appear pretty busy all of the time. It must just be the model Caffè Nero use. Or maybe someone can enlighten me.

I go there regularly. Nice place to visit.

Great place for a hot chocolate at breaktime. Really friendly staff, despite it being quite busy. Remember there is more seating upstairs.

This has to be the worst coffee and service I’ve had in a long time. The guy who served me with glasses had the customer service skills of a crocodile!! I ordered a latte that was like a flat white no steamed frothy milk which is standard. I won’t be back here ever again, as once was defo enough.

Sunday afternoon 28'C no more milk shake in the carrs so went there. Half a cup of drinks. Bad taste.

Aleays love going to cafe nero, standards of cleanliness are very good usually. I was disappointed once i dat down and looked around me. The window sil was with food n debris and the arm chair had food and hair stuck, i wanted to leave but couldnt as i needed to feed the baby. Management plz sort it out i wouldnt expect that in a place in Wilmslow.

I appreciate that the staff preparing my crème with heart. He cared what addition I really want. Awesome cafe experience!

Great location and great coffee however the cleaning standards are awful, I mentioned this to the staff and was met with a very defensive and arsey response, it’s a shame that this well located shop is let down by the quality of the staff and the lack of cleaning standards

Filthy shop, filthy floor, absolute filthy windowsills and windows inside shop, leather chairs faded and torn wudnt go in there again for a free drink needs closing down and massive re-furb.

It didn't feel covid safe. I love the drinks, but for the cold drinks, there was a cup of unwrapped straws which you were told to get your straw from which isn't covid friendly as others will have touched them.

Service disgraceful. Table fithy. Staff would Not Clean or Clear table. Didnt ask for trace name or phone no.. We Love Cafe Nero, normally , and Always head there ,whichever town we're in... But we will Not be going to the Wilmslow Branch again!!

Bit dark and gloomy inside if I'm honest! However lovely coffee, lovely staff and I witnessed a member of staff being extremely sweet with a young child and her order for her Father.

Nero need to employ more staff because I've never been to a nero that has clean toilets or one without someone's leftovers all over the tables. Nice coffee.

Caffè Nero is my default coffee shop but it wouldn't be if I was a habitué at the Wilmslow branch. The shop itself is quite pleasant but the flat white was tepid, thin and weak. More like Starbucks coffee.

There's only one brolly protecting only one table. In the event it rains (like the day I was there, the other 4 tables will get soaked!

The 2 stars is for establishment only. Desperately in need of a refurbishment, very dirty also. This place is a gold mine which could do even better if customers could sit in comfort on decent furniture in a clean environment. The coffee is excellent, much better quality than Costa coffee.

The coffee is nice and the barristas are really friendly. Lunchtime is not the best to visit, it can get very loud, messy and crowded. Lots of families with children visit which isn't great of you are looking for a quiet spot to work. I'll stick to "to go"

I love Café Nero as a chain. I loved being able to sit in a quiet, comfortable corner with good coffee and great (you know - worth the calories great) cakes. I didn't enjoy the service as much, as we specifically asked for cold milk and were given warm on a very simple order. Also, they swept up around us, which I find rude when you have been sitting down for less than 2 minutes. Overall I would recommend it.

I always enjoy my experiences at Cafe Nero. The staff are very friendly and efficient; and a bonus, for me, is that they are dog friendly.

We often visit this one in Wilmslow. It really needs a good refurb. Chairs torn. What customers don't want is to see trays of cups etc left on tables. It gives a bad impression.

Two floors & outdoor seating. First floor is light & airy, ground floor more intimate & cosy. Friendly staff & good choices of food & drink.
