A busy cafe nero in the terminal. Typical food and drink offering, some seating but none available during our visit. Friendly staff, but big queues.

Busy airport caffe. However their queing system was rather annoying where eventually 5 people behind me in the que got served before me! But the porridge was grand!

Thought the barista was very friendly but he asked me to open my Nero app and give him 5 stars even though I hadn’t got my drink yet which I thought was odd. Whilst I was waiting I also noticed there were lots of flies on the food behind the counter which I thought was very unhygienic. I think there should be covers on the cakes because I’d be very unhappy if I ordered that

A nice relaxing branch of Caffè Neros. A bit of a wait but was lucky to get a seat & table, so no biggie. The Latte was nice though I've had better elsewhere & the chicken & Bacon toastie was very good. Would definitely visit again. ☘️

Everytime i have come to this place its terrible service and the coffee tastes really bad.

Found the perfect couch to relax here while waiting for a delayed flight... My friend accidentally spilled her coffee all over the table & floor (& me!) & although we tried to insist on cleaning it ourselves, a barista was SO kind to offer her help as well. To our shock, she then asked which coffee my friend had ordered, & promptly made a new one!:) It was such a generous gesture, thank you for the lovely experience<3

The waiting time in this Caffè Nero branch is always long, one thing I don’t like about this branch is there are several waiting lines near the counter, so when you had chosen to wait at one line, you might end up waiting for longer than anyone who came later than you cos their lines were serving and moving quicker, which I found it very ANNOYING, and I have experienced this several times in a year, and they never changed their way of queuing up. Last time I went there a staff offered a free coffee to the person in front of me only cos his card didn’t work, it was a nice gesture however I found it very unfair to the rest of the customers who had to pay.

Manager is terrible. Refused to top up drink with milk as I asked for it without ice. So paid for a drink that was half empty.

I only ordered a cappuccino. There was a queue. Two girls and a boy served. They were very nice and fast. Hard work. You have to keep up. Full respect

Often flying from Stansted and staff looks like cannot handle orders and people are waiting for long time. They are so slow

When I was waiting for my flight ✈️, I needed a cup of coffee ☕️ and something sweet so I took double espresso and fudge 😋. Very delicious, highly recommend it for those who can't without a good cup of coffee ☺️

Can’t really fault Caffè Nero, alway great service, and coffee, what else you need to know.

I like Cortado, but it is nothing like Cortado over here ! It was weak americano with milk in espresso cup ! Kind of soup , but not coffee ! Very disappointing!

Staff too busy gossiping like hens to get the orders right. Queue is backed up right out of the shop but there seems to be no urgency to not keep people waiting. Kudos for the camaraderie, not so much for the service.

Employees from Nero at Airport Standstead (next to Italian Kitchen) were talking bad about Colombian people… They did not realise I am a Colombian waiting in the line to be attended. These types of uncomfortable comments should not be raised in any environment. This talk very bad about the corporate culture and values of the organisation.

Today September 24 , me and my husband was served ice coffee with old milk . 2 hours after drinking coffee ( we didnt get anything else to eat ) me and my husband had the worse stomach pain ever on the plane !!!! It was very painful. Please keep milk in the fridge , not on the counter .

Avoid this place, I had a tuna and cheese melt and I haven’t stopped vomiting I’m away on holiday and feel so weak. I know it was the tuna melt as that’s the only thing I had different to other people. I

It was so busy but it was also one of the few places I could sit down. I had a mushroom and mozzarella toasted sandwich which was good but it completely fused together (top to bottom, so it was like a double sandwich) in the bag. Was nice though.

Very nice atmosphere and coffee but 20 min to get a coffee is way too long I'm afraid.

Cadena de cafeterías dispuestas por todo el país. La sede en el aeropuerto de Stansted no pierde calidad en cuanto a sus productos y a la amabilidad en la atención del personal. Precios similares a los de los establecimientos fuera del aeropuerto.

Very very very slow service. Queue going around the corner and only a trainee and a barista serving. 3 coffee machine in the shop and only 2 open. And dangerous broken table. We let the people know. They did nothing about

Had a cappuccino, which was brewed way to hot. Besides I had a cozy seat on a sofa.

Cozy place and quite good coffee. Compared to normal coffees at the airports, it’s incomparable.

Great tasting coffee and friendly staff. This store has a calm and relaxing atmosphere, complimented by light classical music - making it ideal to get some work done in the early hours of the morning! With a large collective menu of drinks, sandwiches and pastries - this store is a good place to grab some breakfast. I am a frequent customer here, and I’ve never had a bad cup of coffee, hence why I’m a regular! The barista’s have also learnt to know my order - making the experience in store effortless! Will forever be my ‘to-go’ place for a decent cup of coffee!

Great coffee, good range of products and friendly and polite service. It can get a little busy during pick hours, but nothing to put you off.

Very nice atmosphere with classical music playing. The staff were very polite and friendly. I had a cappuccino while waiting for my bus. There could be more chairs as there is only one comfy sofa so if there is a group of people they would need to stand.
