Caffè Nero in Warrington

Love this Nero, I’ve been coming here since 2012 and the drinks and staff are always fab and so nice. They know the regulars orders off by heart and that goes a long way. Also highly dog friendly! 10/10!

Very bad service doesn't give a ceramic cup before 2 hrs of closing time. No customer satisfaction, very rude and aggressive nature from staff

Very nice staff, good coffee. The clenliness of the place however was very off putting last time. Cultlry on the floor upstairs, doesnt look like any surface has been wiped for ages. Sticky Floor, Sticky tables, Even dusty and sticky window sills. The upstairs toilet is all dirty, not so much the toilet itself but the floor is very manky. Must have been ages since someone has bothered to mop in there. Fluff, crap, rubbish & hair gathering in the corners. Looks Superficially clean but you can tell nobody has properly cleaned in ages.

Not great - the place needs a good clean, some looking after and organisation.

Still the best best coffee, out of all the other coffee shops

The cafe is looking dated now. One server with dyed hair I find very ignorant I avoid being served by her when I can.

Absolutely adorable cafe Nero, it's perfect for a coffee and a date with a Newspaper as it's so relaxed in there. The staff are always so helpful and polite as well as approachable and friendly.Nice window seats very comfortable, and watch the world go by too.

Me & my sister visited this afternoon, she got a shortbread & I got a white choc mocha. Service was really friendly & quick.

Affordable price, great service and loads of seats in the 1st floor. Good dessert and coffee.

Got my order done twice, yet they gave me trainee barista both times who didnt understand what a white chocolate without coffee is. Its never brown! And never tastes like *coffee * or normal *brown* chocolate!!! I know because Starbucks and Costa alsp makes whote hot chocolate without coffee and I have worked as barista in the past.

Just passing and we decided to pop in for a coffee. Was hungry, so tried the Egg n Cress sandwich and Tomato n Basil soup. Ordered 2 coffees. The sandwich and soup were outstanding. Reasonable priced too. Great window chairs that were comfortable. A nice experience. Suggestion: Consider offering Blue Light card discount.

Best coffee shop in town and great staff,need a look at their dog policy though,dogs walking around and barking and jumping up are a real no no

If you like coffee, you'll like Cafe Nero. While service was a little slow, I could see there was a trainee barista so it wasn't a problem. I was met with a warm welcome and received excellent service, oh and the coffee is always very good!!

This place is AMAZING! The decaffeinated coffee there is delicious, the hot chocolate there is delicious, and the brownies there are the BEST EVER! Even if you don't live in Warrington, this place is worth trying at least ONCE! I can honestly say the food and drinks there are HEAVENLY!

Staff member was very professional. However the shop was filthy .The toilet was disgusting with no water to flush There where dirty tables everywhere and dirty floors Sadly would not recommend .no where to complain . As I would not have gone public if there had been an email

I always come here for coffee. I love their hot chocolate mocha 😋

I have attended a few time recently, the cream for the hot chocolate is off, on another occasion I want a toasted cheese and ham croissant. It was still cold in the middle. The worker left the bin on the stairs, blocking the way and is also a fire hazard. She completely ignored me. Use to love cafe Nero, it’s gone downhill over the recent years.

The sausage roll was flattened and burnt in the pannini machine!

Staff take care and consideration with each customer, store maintained and clean - always well stocked and above average quality for food and drink above Costa and Starbucks, also no genocide guilt with every sip 🥴🙏✨🕊️ fair trade products and reasonably priced (meerkat compare provides 25% coffee and pastries, makes all the difference)

The only place I go were they serve a decent chai latte.

Didn't know that a queue works in a random order. Ordered a drink and was waiting and watching the ladies behind me getting their drinks. When I've asked how does it work here, was finally given my drink while being insulted by the ladies behind me. Absolutely disgusting experience, will never go back, thank you.

The noise of crashing dishes being restocked to shelves was almost unbearable in this small cozy space. It wrecked the atmosphere for a conversation. However, good food and service.

Visited this afternoon. Upstairs absolutely caked in dust and grime, visible on every piece of woodwork, I used a baby wipe to clean one surface and the wipe became jet black with dirt. Staff had zero customer service skills, tried to close my sale down when I had only ordered one drink as if she couldnt be bothered with me being there...we were actually ordering three drinks and four food items, member of staff was aggressive towards the till not working correctly, in front of my infant child, plus they served the pastry black (burnt). Felt like I was in McDonald's. Awful.

Visited the Warrington store after enjoying visits in other ones around the UK. Coffee is great as always and staff worked quickly. I have been here twice now though and found both times my tables have been very sticky which isn't good when you want to sit and relax for a while.

Disabled toilets filthy, dust and grim on pipes and on Disabled rail. Filthy underneath air hand drier. Tables may have been wiped down, but could have been scrubbed, my phone stuck to table. Staff lovely, but please give place a good clean, or employ loyal cleaners that care about the job they do.

Good coffee and the pastry's are lovely half decent outside area too if your a smoker like my self

This particular branch of Caffè Nero doesn't have any standout features that set it apart from other locations of the chain. The coffee is good, and the overall ambiance is pleasant. One highlight for me was that my dog was unexpectedly given a small cup of cream, which was a nice gesture. It's those little touches that make a difference. Overall, while there's nothing extraordinary about this branch, it still delivers a satisfying coffee experience.

not too crowded. nice and quiet on top floor with good view of city. toilet didn't lock and was unclean. nice coffee but expensive. would come again

Lovely staff at this Caffè Nero and a lovely little coffee shop atmosphere. Drinks are wonderful as well as the food available too.

Myself, my fiance and my mum and her lil pomchi cross chihuahua dog were sat outside as we were having a drink before we went for our (mine and my fiancé's) train to Hartlepool.

Love their coffee... its strong but not bitter 👍. However I've noticed the floors need a good sweep sometimes, plus usually lots of pots and cutlery on tables. Staff do move them when asked or I do it myself 🥴.

Never actually been to nero but this was a welcome change to the other places I frequent. Plenty of comfortable seating, coffees where delicious and the staff were very helpful. Lovely experience.

The tables are always dirty and the waiters collect the dishes with a very long delay. The service is not very nice.

Friendly staff making great drinks. It’s a really nice venue with comfy seating inside and out but most of all I always find the staff so friendly and patient while I fumble around with loyalty apps etc and good at the craft of making great hot drinks. Consistently good.

Coffee, staff and feeling perfect for me. Went upstairs, and loved the wooden open space with comfortable seating. Loved the pistachio latte and mocha. Will be there regularly :)

Not bad coffee, they run on a skeleton staff. The young girl serving was on her own and ran off her feet. Took a while to get served, some people gave up and walked out. The young girl was clearly stressed, but was polite none the less. I felt sorry for her. The only other staff member was another girl who was just wandering around with a brush, cleaning the floor. Tables were left uncleared. I don't blame the staff at all. This place is losing money with people leaving before being served. 1 more staff member would make a huge difference to the way it runs. My low marks are not in any way a reflection on the staff who are there, but rather a system that isn't working.

Love the coffee even when I ask for black and the staff seem caring cand friendly. Makes your day worthwhile to have people like that

Love finding a cosy little corner here to chill out with a gorgeous latte after a shopping trip. I suffer mental illnesses & my phone had died this perticular day after the Xmas shopping I'd done earlier & I'd become so worked up and staff allowed me to charge it up for a little bit, jst enough to let my mum know that I was ok and on way home shortly and that battery had died as well. Staff was so kind and lovely to help me the way they did. To go above n beyond to help someone in distress meant so so much to me. Thank you to the lovely lady who helped me and made sure I was OK after id had my coffee. Thank you so much.

This particular branch was quite busy hence the level of service dropped. The person who took my order was lovely.... the barista who made my drink on the other hand.. not so .... but I guess it was busy and he just wanted to make the drinks... maybe he was upset at something... I dont know. Hope whatever problems he's having they get sorted.

Went in today, before remembrance parade, to keep warm and have a coffee. Staff were welcoming and gave me my coffee for free, as a thank you for my service. Thank you it was very much appreciated

In a town with more than it's fair share of cafes etc, still a nice place to relax with a brew.

Ordered 2 drinks and had to pay £7 which made me feel sick tbh because that’s ridiculous pricing because the worker offered no help and didn’t take my meerkat discount code after their scanner did not work! I had no choice but to pay as they already made my drinks which were gross. They were already to move onto the next customer instead.

I had an oat flat white coffee which was very nice and my daughter had a coconut and mango fruit drink but she couldn't drink it because the coconut was overpowering, would be better with more mango added.

Service was good, the coffee was good I thought the premises was a little tired but adequate
